"There have been other examinees who took on the large villain in the past, but its been a while since someone blew it away, or someone took into account of just how much damage that could be caused.", " but to suffer such serious injury with his own attack... "

"Its like he's a young child who's quirk just manifested"

The black haired teacher silently leaning against the wall in the back huffed a bit.

You had to beg your mom to let you go to UA, she decided it would be better to have your sister show you up there. You put on your uniform and ran out the door, you left at five am saying how you knew your mom wouldn't drive you. You rushed there making it twenty three minutes early.

Ok, this place was huge! You had your schedule, but had a hard time finding your way to 1-A. If probably took you a good ten before you found your classroom. You took a deep breath before opening the door, almost no one was there yet. Only the blue haired person that interrupted everyone, a black bird person, and someone with black hair.

You went to your seat as more people cam spilling into the classroom, one of which, low and behold, was Mina. She sat at the front while you sat in the back. The door opened with the last person as the chaos unfolded.

"don't put your feet on the desk!", the blond who sat I front of you looked up " huh?" He said in a snarky tone. "Don't you think that's rude to the UA upperclassmen? And the people who made the desk?", " Nope. What junior high did you go to side character?" You didn't like either of these two. "I attended Somei privet Academy. My name is Tenya Iida"

"Somei? So you're a damn elite, huh? Looks like I'll have fun crushing you" Tenya looked utterly shocked "Crushing?! That's cruel! Do you truely aim to be a hero?!" The two notice the green haired guy standing in the doorway. "O-oh uhm-" the green haired started "good morning!" Blue haired looked at him walking over.

"I am from Somei Privet Academy, my name is--", " I heard!" You looked down at the two "I'm Midoriya. Nice to meet you, Iida.", You walked down to them only to hear Iida say "Midoriya, you realized that there was something more to the practical exam, didn't you?" You looked at the two "u-uh- hi?" They both looked over.

"Hi I am from Somei-" you looked at him "Private Academy, I know." You looked at him "and your Midoriya, correct?" Midoriya smiled, "yup! What's your name?" You blinked before you registered what he said, "oh! Uh- L/N Y/N!" Iida looked at you, about to say something "and I heard your name too Iida"

"Oh! That curly hair! You're the plain looking one!" A brown haired girl behind him gushed "you passed just like Present Mic said! Of course you did! Your punch was amazing!" She did a punching motion. Midoriya went red "w-well uh, I was going to speak to you directly that I, uh", " how did you know about that?"

"Oh! Uh that's because-" you didn't listen for the rest of it, you looked at blond hair who looked ready to kill Midoriya. "Go somewhere else if you want to play and make friends" everyone looked at the black haired guy in the yellow sleeping bag- you realized pretty quickly that it was Eraserhead. "This is the hero course" he drank what appeared to be apple sause.

'Something's here?!' 

He stood up in the sleeping bag and unzipped it "Okay, it took you eight seconds before you were quiet." He stepped out "time is limited, you kids are not rational enough" he looked at everyone in the class while closing the door "I'm your homeroom teacher, Shota Aizawa. Nice to meet you." He spoke monotony.

"Its kind of sudden, but put this on and head to the field." He pulled out the gym uniform.

"A quirk assessment test?!" Everyone in the class spoke at once, you stood next to Mina as Uraraka spoke up "what about the entrance ceremony, the orientation?!" Your teacher didn't even face you guys "if your going to be a hero you don't have time for such events." 

"UA's selling point is how unrestricted its traditions are. That's also How the teachers run their classes." He finally didn't just stand with his back to you guys, and actually turned around. "You guys have been doing these since junior high, too, right?"

"Physical fitness tests where you weren't allowed to use your quirks." He held up a phone looking device, "the country still uses averages taken from students who don't use their quirks. Its not rational, well the ministry of Education is procrastinating''

He turned and faced you, " Y/N, you finished first in the practical exam, correct?'' You nodded slowly as everyone turned to face you, "in junior high, what was your best result from the softball through?" You tilted your head "uhh- 47 meters" you blinked in shock of how many were staring at you, "then try that with your quirk"

You walked into the circle, "you can do whatever you want as long as you stay in the circle. Hurry up, give it all you got." you glitched the ball and threw it, people watched in wonder as it soared from sight. "Know your maximum first, that is the most rational way to form the foundation of a hero."

He held up the phone looking device '177- 178-179-804-807-809-2006-300222-70006228-' the number kept increasing as everyone stared at you "haha... Hiiiii????" 

"Increasing meters, seriously?" A yellow hairs guy with a black lightning stripe in it stared in awe Mina clapped her hands together "what's this? It looks fun!"  A black haired guy with tape dispenser elbows spoke up "we can use our quirks as much as we want! As expected from the hero course!" Then the angry blond looked at you and huffed.

"It looks fun huh? You have three years to become a hero, will you have an attitude like that the whole time" you just stared at him wondering if you were fine to go back to the group. He gave a concerning smile, "all right, whoever comes last in all eight tests... Will be judged too have no potential and punished with expulsion."

"HUH?!"

"Were free to do what we want about the circumstances of our students" he used his hand to pull his hair out of his face "welcome... To UA's hero course!"

You liked your odds against everyone, you made it first in the practical exam. So there was probably low chance of you getting last, maybe not first, but probably not last.

"Last place will be expelled? But its the first day of school!" The brown haired girl from earlier looked at him, while you still stood there like an idiot wondering when you could leave the circle "no! Even if it wasn't the first day of school, this is unfair!" You looked at her wanting to say but life isn't fair but know you shouldn't.

"Natural disasters, big accidents, and selfish villains. Calamities whose time and place couldn't be predicted. Japan is covered with unfairness. Heroes are the ones who reverse those situations. If you wanted to talk with your friends at Mickey D's after school, too bad. For the next three years UA will do all it can give you, one hardship after another. Go beyond, plus ultra" he said it so monotone, jeez

"Over come it with all you've got" he continued "all right, demonstrations over, the real thing starts now."

Test one! 50 meter dash.

First it was Iida and a green haired girl, "on your mark" the robot had a squeaky voice, "get set..." Then a loud bang was heard as the two ran. "3.02 seconds!" Iida was the first to cross. 

Then it was brown hair who was doing something with her quirk, which you didn't know. "5.49 seconds!" The tail guy got over first, then brown hair with "7.15 seconds!" 

Then it was Mina and some guy with a belt around his stomach, "everyone, your not being creative enough!" He turned around. "I'll show you what its like!", " go!" He jumped up as a blue beam made him go flying he looked amazing! Unnntilllll he fell. Mina ran ahead and won.

You were up now against three people "due to our class being uneven, we'll have all three of you go against each other." You were up against Midoriya and angry blond. "On your mark, get set..." The bang was heard and you turned into atoms "where did she go?!" You heard someone call, you reformed just before the line glitching out a bit. "0.23 seconds!" Everyone gasped as blondie finished second "4.13 seconds!"

Then Midoriya "7.02 sequickly

Midoriya was catching his breath as Iida walked up to you. "Is there something wrong with your arm?", " hm?" You looked down shot your glitching out arm "n-nope!" You stuttered out in pain, but the pain quickly disappeared, along with the glitch. You looked to your teacher with his hair floating, and his eyes were a ruby red instead of the normal bluish grey.

"How do you think your quirk will do any good if it damages you after so little use?" He asked staring into what you felt like was you soul, "I-I- erm-" you stammered "it doesn't usually glitch me out so quickly! Uh- it usually takes a lot longer, just I'm not used to doing that certain thing... Its new but I've been working on it!" You explained yourself quickly.

"And that thing would be?" He blinked and his hair fell back down "oh! Turning myself into atoms and moving" he nodded slowly "erm... My quirk doesn't do that all the time, only when its something newer my body is getting used to." You explained further, "so you were trying something new?" You nodded thinking about what to say next carefully.

"I need to test my limits to be able to break them" he nodded and turned away calling the next group "that was terrifying.." You muttered under your breath before walking back to the group. 

Test two! Grip strength!

You all got given a grip thing that measured your strength. You weren't sure how to use your quirk here so just went for it, 42.6 kg that was... Okay.

"Wow! 540 kilograms?! What are you, a gorilla?! Oh! An octopus!" Tape guy said to someone with three arms on each side. "Octopuses are sexy" some short grape guy said.

Test three! Standing long jump

You jumped and glitched the air running and then jumping right before the robot landing. "Hey that wasn't a long jump!" Some student called

Test four! Repeated side steps

You had an idea, but its something you've never tried and you didn't want to glitch out in front of everyone, so you did it normally.

Test five! Ball throw

You already did this so you sat and watched, brown hair threw it and got unlimited which everyone probably would have reacted more if you hadn't gotten practically the same thing, for some reason it just showed as ∞ not an increasing number.

Midoriya was up after her, he just stared at the ball for quite some time. "It doesn't look good for Midoriya if he continues like this.." You looked at Iida "yeah..." You mumbled. "Huh? Of course not! He's a quirkless small fry!" They talked more but you didn't listen.

His arm started getting red glowing lines where his veins would be, but when he threw it... "46 meters" the machine squeaked. "That exam definitely wasn't rational enough," how many times had he said rational in one day? "even a kid like you got accepted" his hair floated and his eyes were a ruby red, guess that happened every time he used his quirk.

"You... Erased my quirk?" Midoriya seemed too realize what pro hero it was, finally. Were you the only one who knew when he first walked in? Midoriya went on about his quirk and said what hero he was, "Eraser? I've never heard of him", " I have, apparently he's an underground hero!"

"From what I can tell, you don't know hoe to control your quirk, do you?" He had a small glance to you making you shrink back. "Do you intend to be incapacitated and have someone come save you again?" The memory flooded back to you, did he see?!

It was right after the UA exam, you started to glitch out so you ran into an alleyway so no one would see you though it was just your arm. Suddenly though, the glitching spread and pain filled your whole body. Your breathing got funny and you passed out from pain for a bit, when you came to the glitching stopped and you heard foot steps running away. Had it been...

Aizawa?! No way! CRAP CRAP CRAP! Your homeroom teacher saw you passed out because of your quirk! This wasn't good, he probably no longer saw any potential in you! 

"Th-thats not my intention!" His scarf grabbed you and Midoriya and pulled you to him "whatever your intentions,I'm saying thats what those around you will be forced to do." Shoot it totally was him, wasn't it?

"In the past, there was an insanely oppressive hero who saved thousands by himself and created a legend. Even if you have the same reckless valor, you'll just be decked and turned to a worthless doll after saving one person. Midoriya Izuku, with your power, you can't become a hero" he let you go, does he still have faith in you? He did make sure to say just Midoriya.

"I've returned your quirk, you have two turns with the ball throw. Hurry up and get it over with" you walked back to the group standing in the back. People started talking, seems only you and Midoriya heard anything and a bunch of kids started to walk up to you, until Mina stopped them.

Midoriya didn't have the vain things as he threw it, you caught a glimpse at the phone thing he hadn't shown it yet. "Sensei..." The black haired teacher looked over, Midoriya turned around and curled his hand into a fist "I can still move" shoot now you were the under dog-

"He got over 700 meters?!"

"Finally, a hero like record!" Brown hair bounced

"His fingers swollen! He got injured in the exam too... His quirk is strange." Iida hummed

"Its not very stylish" belly button guy said.

Blondie however seemed destroyed, "wh- what's with that power?!" His jaw was open wide.

"Hey!" Blondie yelled running forward, mini explosions coming from his hands. Aizawa was about to use his scarf but you beat him to it. Blondie was unable to move and people looked back to you. Aizawa however had his quirk activated, you could stop his movements, not his quirk.

"Jeez, stop making me use my quirk over and over." He mumbled "I have dry eye!" 

'its such a waste, because his quirk is so amazing!' 

He blinked waving his hand to say you can let him go, "we're wasting time" you of course let him go. "Whoever's next get ready."

You finished two more tests

Long distance run

You were lined up with everyone waiting to be able to go, once you were you turned into atoms and beat Iida.

After that, you finished the tests. It was finally over. Midoriya flopped over as people walked past him, you walked up to him staring down "are you ok?" He looked up at you "uh-.. Y-yeah!" You helped him up "th-thanks!" He ran off blushy mess "hm?" 

"Okay, I'll quickly tell you your results. The total is simply the marks you got on each test. Its a waste of time to explain verbally so I'll just show you the results."

Midoriya... Was last? You felt bad for him, he was nice!

"By the way, I was lying about the expulsion" he said in monotone as usual. He smiled "it was a rational deception to draw out the upper limits of your quirk!" This guys favorite word had to be rational, right?

"what?!??!?!!!!!!" Everyone but a black haired female who came out in 2nd, and you yelled. "Of course that was a lie, it was obvious, you should've thought it through" you looked at her "it wasn't. I have an older brother who got expelled from his class, he wasn't lying. Not to mention his body language didn't say he was either, it always changes depending on..." Everyone including Aizawa stared at you.

"Erm... I mean... Never mind..." He stared at you "anyway, with that we're done here. With that there are handouts with the curriculum and such in the classroom. When you get back look at them" he walked away. "Phew" you heard Midoriya sigh out of relief, and fear for the future. 

"Midoriya" he pretended you didn't just call him out. "Have the old lady fix you in the nurses office, L/N, you should go as well." He handed the two of you slips. "Tomorrow will be packed with even more rigorous tests. Prepare yourself" then he continued to walked away.

In one day, he was already your favorite teacher.

Midoriya got kissed and she examined your arm and ended up patching you up, you and Midoriya walked outside exhausted. Him.. More so, but, was this the start of a new friendship? Based on how many friendships you've had (one) you weren't quite sure.
