Bumblebee part 5
*Usopp carries some tools with him as he walks back to the Going Merry. But he hears noises coming from the ship.*
Usopp: Uh oh.
*Luffy and Morbius carry some planks of wood.*
Morbius: Usopp said a few more tweaks and Bee’s ramp should be good to go.
Usopp: Guys! There’s something going on with the ship!
*They drop the wood and run to the Merry. But the planks fell on Usopp’s foot, hurting him. They quickly climb onto the ship and find Bumblebee in the lounge room with all the furniture destroyed.*
Luffy and Morbius: Bumblebee!
Bumblebee: Mmmm.
Luffy: What have you done?!
Morbius: What were you thinking?! We told you to hide!
*Bumblebee transforms into his vehicle mode.*
Morbius: Helpful shame spiral, Bee.
Bumblebee: Mmmm…
Luffy: We’re not mad. This is our fault. We shouldn’t have left you alone.
*Bumblebee starts transforming back into his robot mode.*
Morbius: Hey, maybe don't transform all the way? We've still got to get you through the door. Come on, buddy.
*Bumblebee exits the ship half transformed into his robot mode.*
Morbius: We are so screwed.
*Later, Luffy, Morbius and Usopp start cleaning the mess left in the lounge room.*
Luffy: Nami’s gonna kill us!
Morbius: And Sanji, too! The kitchen is a mess!
Usopp: I’m sure we can clean this up before they see it-
*But Nami, Zoro and Sanji enter the lounge room and see the mess.*
Nami: Oh, my gosh!
Luffy: Uh, oh.
Nami: The ship!
Morbius: Look, Nami. We can explain.
Sanji: What did you do to the kitchen?!
Zoro: Looks like a tornado flew in here.
Luffy: We can explain everything. But we have to go right now.
Nami: No. You're not going anywhere.
Luffy: It’s about the car. It’s really important.
Nami: About your car? That you spend all day and night outside with, doing God-knows-what with?
Luffy: We can’t really talk right now, Nami.
Nami: Oh, no, you really can, Luffy. You really can.
Morbius: Nami, we really can’t talk right now.
Nami: I can’t believe you guys. You make me buy you a car and then you go and do this? That’s so irresponsible! And it looks like I’m gonna have to take that piece of crap back to the dealer!
Luffy: No way! You can't, he's our friend!
*Luffy walks out.*
Morbius: Luffy!
*Morbius follows him.*
Zoro: “He”?
*Luffy and Morbius drive Bumblebee on the highway.*
Morbius: Are you ok?
Luffy: Yeah. We can’t let Nami give Bee away. He’s our friend and part of our crew.
Morbius: I know. You know, there's this quote that I like. “The darkest nights produce the brightest stars.”
Luffy: That's nice.
Morbius: My caretaker got it from Weight Watchers.
*Suddenly, the road is blocked by a team led by Agent Burns. More vehicles block the path behind them, trapping them all.*
Burns: Get out and move away from the vehicle.
Luffy: Are they marines?
Morbius: I don’t think so. They look more like men in black.
*Bumblebee revs his engine.*
Morbius: Stay cool, Bee. Get out, Luffy.
*Luffy and Morbius exit the car.*
Luffy: What’s going on?
*Then some soldiers grab them.*
Luffy: Hey! Stop it! Let go of me!
*Bumblebee transforms into his robot mode and tosses the agents holding
Luffy and Morbius.*
Burns: Weapons now! Take it down!
Morbius: Run!
Burns: No, don't run. Do not run!
*Bumblebee grabs them both and runs away.*
Burns: They ran.
*Bumblebee slides down a hill and transforms into his vehicle mode to drive away. But a jet and helicopter appear that transform into cars and then into Shatter and Dropkick.*
Morbius: Please tell me they're on our side.
*Shatter transforms her hand into a neutralizer gun and shoots at them.*
Luffy: Nope!
*Bumblebee quickly transforms into his robot mode to shield Luffy and Morbius. But they get knocked back by the blast.*
Morbius: Ow… Luffy!
*Morbius tries to make Luffy get up but he’s unconscious. Bumblebee’s battle mask flips on.*
Shatter: No more running. No more hiding.
*He spots Luffy and Morbius on the ground.*
Shatter: B-127, you're a traitor and a coward. Tell us where Optimus Prime is hiding.
*Shatter punches him.*
Morbius: Bee, look out!
*Dropkick then kicks him.*
Dropkick: Why isn't he fighting back? Why don't you fight?
Morbius: Luffy, get up! Crap!
*Morbius quickly gets in front of Bumblebee to protect him.*
Morbius: Leave him alone! Please!
*Bumblebee is then shot by Burns’s team with taser rifles that electrocute him.*
Burns: Hit it again!
*They shoot him again.*
Morbius: Stop!
*Morbius attempts to help him but he is electrocuted after touching Bumblebee.*
*Luffy and Morbius wake up on the deck of the Going Merry.*
Burns: Your friends stole government property.
Nami: We knew they were acting strange, but we had no idea it was this serious.
Luffy: We didn’t steal anything and he doesn't belong to them.
Nami: “He”?
Burns: Ma'am. I can assure you that it is an “it”. And “it” is a highly dangerous war machine.
Luffy: No, he isn't, okay. He's not some “war machine.”
Morbius: Yeah. I don't know what he is, but…
Luffy: He’s our friend.
Burns: Ma'am, they’ve had a traumatic experience today. Maybe they don't understand everything they’ve seen. They’re disoriented.
Morbius: No, we’re completely fine!
Luffy: You gotta believe us, Nami! We didn’t steal anything!
Nami: Just stop it, you 2! Go below deck!
*Luffy and Morbius have no choice but to comply.*
Zoro: You know, I stole things, too. Stole a box of Mallomars once.
Burns: Yeah, we know.
*Luffy and Morbius sulk below deck.*
Morbius: This is bad. They’ve got Bumblebee. Now they’re gonna do horrible stuff to him.
*Usopp finds them below the deck.*
Usopp: What’s going on, guys? The town has a bunch of military people pouring in. The TV says it’s some military exercise but I doubt it. Does it have something to do with Bumblebee?
Morbius: Yeah.
Luffy: Where is their base?
Morbius: I don’t know. The nearest military base is McKinnon Air Base.
Luffy: If Bumblebee's still alive, that's where they're keeping him. We have to go. We have to try and save him.
Usopp: What?!
Morbius: Well, no use talking you out of it. I’m going with you.
Usopp: Me, too.
Morbius: Not, you, Usopp. We need you to make sure that Nami doesn’t know we’re gone. Do what you do best. Lie.
Usopp: If you say so. Good luck.
*At McKinnon Air Base, Shatter and Dropkick integrate Bumblebee with Dr. Powell present.*
Shatter: Tell us where Optimus Prime and the rebels are hiding, and we can end this war.
Bumblebee:…
Dropkick: Talk!
Powell: Who is Optimus Prime?
Shatter: This doesn't concern you, human Powell. Last chance.
*Dropkick punches him.*
*Luffy and Morbius manage to find the air base.*
Morbius: Are you sure this is a good idea?
Luffy: We’ve gotta try.
*Luffy stretches his hand.*
Morbius: Hey, you can’t-
*He touches the top of the fence to climb over it.*
Morbius: How'd you know the power was off?
Luffy: I didn't. Let's go.
*Luffy stretches his arm and grabs Morbius to get him over the fence.*
*Dropkick starts beating up Bumblebee.*
Dropkick: Can I?
Shatter: His memory cells are fried. Finish him.
*Luffy and Morbius look through the window to see Dropkick step on him, activating the message from Optimus Prime in its entirety.*
Optimus: We will fight on. Regroup, rebuild, and retake our home. But we must find refuge first. You will travel to Earth. Once we've gathered the others, we'll join you. You must protect the planet. If the Decepticons find it, then our people are truly finished. Stay safe, soldier. I am coming.
Dropkick: Prime is coming here?
Shatter: They're all coming here. This is our chance to wipe out the Autobot resistance for good.
Dropkick: We'll burn the whole planet to cinders.
Shatter: We must get word to Cybertron immediately.
*Dr. Powell calls Agent Burns on a walkie talkie.*
Burns: This is Burns.
Shatter: Tell them to bring an army.
Powell: Burns, we made a terrible mistake.
Powell: Burns, we made a terrible mistake.
Burns: Powell?
Shatter: And thanks to our human allies, I know just how to get the message home.
*She displays a hologram of a satellite.*
Powell: They're using our satellites. They're calling an army. They're gonna kill us all.
Shatter: Thank you for your hospitality, friend Powell. He's all yours.
*Dropkick transforms his arm into a scatter gun.*
Powell: No.
Burns: Powell?
Powell: You have to stop them!
Burns: Powell!
*He then shoots and liquifies Powell, killing him.*
Morbius: Holy shit!
Zoro: Where's the Krazy Glue?
Sanji: You really think that’s gonna fix everything in here?
Nami: Luffy! Morbius!
*Usopp climbs above deck.*
Nami: Where are they, Usopp?
Usopp: Luffy and Morbius have fallen ill and must stay in quarantine. They wish not to be troubled. Keep clear of the bottom deck.
Nami: What?
Usopp: Luffy and Morbius have fallen ill and must stay in quarantine. They wish-
Nami: Usopp!
Usopp: Um…
Shatter: I found a tower to transmit our message. It's close. Oh. B-127. I almost forgot.
Dropkick: I didn't.
*Dropkick shoots Bumblebee, seemingly killing him.*
Luffy: No!
*Morbius restrains Luffy to keep him quiet. Shatter and Dropkick exit the hangar and transform into their aerial vehicle modes to fly away.*
Luffy: Bee!
*Luffy rushes to his side.*
Luffy: Talk to me, Bee, talk to me! You can’t fix this, right?
Morbius: I don’t know, Luffy. Fixing a radio is one thing. But this…
Luffy: You got to wake up, Bee. You got to wake up.
Morbius: It’s possible the electric guns can save him. But-
*Luffy grabs one and shoots Bumblebee with it. But nothing happens.*
Luffy: Another!
*Morbius hands him another one to shoot Bumblebee with but nothing happens.*
Luffy: We can’t lose you, Bee!
*Luffy grabs another gun and shoots him but nothing happens.*
Morbius: Luffy, we tried. I don’t think there’s anything we can do.
*But then, Bumblebee gets up.*
Luffy: Bee!
*He wraps his arms around Bumblebee.*
Luffy: Come on, Bee, we've got to get you out of here.
*Bumblebee’s battle mask flips on as his memory starts to return. But they can’t celebrate yet as Agent Burns and his men arrive at the hangar.*
Morbius: Um, Luffy. We’ve got company.
Luffy: Come on, Bee, you've gotta get up. Can you get up?
Burns: There's a door in my way.
*They start attaching bombs to the hangar door.*
Morbius: They’ve got bombs! We've gotta go!
*They set off the explosives, knocking Luffy and Morbius back.*
Luffy: Uh… Morbius. Morbius, get up!
*Burns and his men enter the hangar.*
Burns: Hold your fire! Get them out of here.
*They grab them and drag them out of the hangar.*
Luffy: Bee! Run! Let go of me, you jerk!
Burns: You need to get away from that thing.
*Bumblebee gets up.*
Burns: Take it down!
Luffy: No, stop!
*Harpoons are fired at him.*
Luffy: Stop it!
Burns: Contain it and dismantle it! Strip it down to parts!
Luffy: Leave him alone! You don't understand. Fight back, Bee!
*The jeeps then start pulling Bumblebee.*
Luffy: Bee!
Burns: Bee! Kid, stop! It's a machine!
Luffy: He's more human than you'll ever be!
Burns: That is enough!
*He throws Luffy into the ground. This angers Bumblebee and he gets back up.*
Burns: Oh, shit.
*Bumblebee tosses Burns away and cuts the harpoon cables with his blade.*
Agent: Open fire!
*The agents start shooting him, but Bumblebee transforms his arm into a shotgun and starts shooting them.*
Burns: Fall back! Take cover!
*Burns and his men run for cover as Bumblebee keeps shooting.*
Luffy: Bee! Bee, stop!
*Bumblebee stops shooting after seeing Luffy is alright.*
Luffy: You remember, don't you?
*More Sector 7 vehicles drive to the air base.*
Luffy: There’s more coming.
*Morbius wakes up.*
Morbius: Whoa! What happened?
Luffy: He got angry and fought them off. Are you okay?
Morbius: Yeah, I'm fine. We need to get out of here. We've got to get you someplace safe.
*Bumblebee displays a hologram of the satellite tower Shatter and Dropkick plan to use.*
Morbius: Bee, stop. They will kill you!
*He then replays part of Optimus’s message.*
Optimus: If the Decepticons find Earth, then our people are truly finished.
Luffy: Then we fight.
*Bumblebee transforms into his vehicle mode and leaves his doors open.*
Luffy: Let’s go.
Morbius: Go on. I'll buy you some time with these guys. You’re stronger than me. If anyone should be going it’s you, Captain.
Luffy: Alright. Good luck.
*Luffy gets inside the car and they drive off.*
Morbius: Halt! Stop.
*The Sector 7 vehicles drive past him.*
Morbius: Well, that didn't work.
*Morbius follows them.*
