Chapter 25

An idea hit me. Kitty Excalibur meets magical princess version of herself...magical princess Kitty wants to kill Excalibur Kitty. Danny if you are reading this:

  1. Yes. I love put Kitty as a magic girl
  2. I think that happened in Excalibur but I'm changing some details.

Meggan was the first to warm the team something is not right. After she and Brian danced among the fire and touched the magic- which Kitty has disturbing impression is an allegory for sex- how a magic princess lives in the kingdom. How she is powerful to the likes of Scarlet Witch.

Kitty for her part didn't pay any mind. Her mission, at time, was to return home, rather, help fic the damn train so they can return home.

Grief still tights her heart. Even if Kurt consoles her. Now as Kitty is donned in a blue dress akin to royalty- royal blue is an inside joke Kitty is allowed to make- as she waves her hands like a true born princess.

Think of Grace Kelly or Princess Di.

Her fiance is a boy. A literall boy who was so smitten by her- Kitty cringes at that. Why is always little boys? Why?- as her eyes land on Kurt and the rest of Excalibur. She mouthed "help me"

Le flashback

Courtney, or rather, this version of Courtney wants her son- the boy looks nothing like her and Kitty comments fearless and courtly- to marry Kitty Pryde.

"Go take rather in your..."the offense dies as Courtney Queen puts a spell on Kitty where suddenly thinks this 14 years old is a fantastic match. She agreed with the marriage.

"Excellent! You'll be much better wife...than that witch" Courtney explained and puts a leash on Kitty. The effects of the spell dies as soon she saw her 14 years old soon to be husband.

However, Courtney's promise to kill Meggan is very present. It all needs a flick of Courtney's hand and Meggan is on the floor wincing and gasping for air.

Kitty smiles brightly and gives a kiss on her fiance, on his check.

Meggan is breathing back.

The message is clear.

OH GOD. Why am I in this situation? Who can save me? I can save myself...how? Kitty doesn't understsnd the fundamentals laws of this world. Courtney sure manipulates this world but how? She isn't all that powerful she must have a magical item.

Excalibur is thinking the same. Rachel has little patience and just as she is about to go Pheonix's mode, just as Kurt is about to unleash his sword- he won't kill a 14 years old who is smitten by Kitty. Who wouldn't be smitten by her? But rather...The Queen- when someone else shoots a yellow balls at Kitty.

The balls knock her down as she can feel as if tiny tgreats wrapled around ber body and lift her body. Not on her plan? Kitty can heae Courtney shouts one word.

Witch

witch?

Kitty is looking in the mirror and seeing a young version of herself. No, she is lift in the air gazing at a younger version of herself. A version who is a princess- judging by the clothes- and has magic. Again, judging by how Courtney, even defeated by Excalibur, calls her witch.

"Hey"

The other Kitty. Princess Kitty summons an axe made of her yellow energy.

"Huh let's not fight for a prince. He is all yours. I didn't want to marry him at all...the queen forced me" Kitty replied Would I believe that? How Kitty dealt with crushes in her teenagehood seems more healthy now.

The Princess narrows her eyes. "Are you telling the true? Aren't you here to usurpour my place?"

"NO.ALL YOURS. I WANT TO GO HOME"

Princess Kitty thrown the axe on the Queen. It didn't killed her. It only immobolized her completely and the Princess snaps her fingers and Kitty is free of the chains.

"Leave!"

"GLADLY" Kitty didn't waste a second. She grabs Kurt's hand and the others and run to the train, which by sheer miracle is working, and the last scene Kitty has of the Princess Kitty...is she talking to the prince who is totally smitten by her.

She seems to enjoy it.

"'I don't want to talk about that"

Kurt nods. "Huh, you may want to change clothes...you are dressed as a princess"

"Damnit!"
