Wolverine and the Xmen au.
Dance is something no one could imagine Magneto to enjoy or allow, however, after Genosha is officially on the map and the main antagonist is no more, well, even Magneto can enjoy a dance or two. The Xmen are invited.
Logan grunted and is ready to show his claws- vexing for a fight, maybe because Magneto "joked" how Logan's persue for Jean Grey is pathetic or how even in death she still loves Scott Summers- thankfully for everyonr involved, Storm is there to put good sense in Logan.
"Put the claws down" is all she needs to say and Logan does without questions. The scowl, however, remains. If king Magneto has a sudden need to mention about Scott and Jean's happy marriage, well, it's a coincidence that no one can disprove.
The Xmen are guest of honour as it was their quick thinking and wit that lead to sucess. Kurt won't lie and say he doesn't like the attention- to be seen as a hero for people, it is an amazing feeling- but what makes the moment better is to know he is dancing with her.
"You're one of the prettiest women around here" Kurt said in such gallant tone. Kurt draped in his best suit looks positively dashing.
Kittt, wearing a pink dress, looks so delicate. The image of innocence, the image of an angel.
"Thanks, elf, you don't look so bad" she said in a cocking tone, but one can see her pink checks. "You could have dance with the futire queen"
Kurt knows who she is talking about. Wanda Maximoff is beautiful, no doubt of that, but she is not the one who he wants to dance.
"I prefer dance to you" and counter replies. "You could have asked her for a dance"
"Yeah, I could. I prefere you more through"
