Thanks to Danny and her fics it inspire me to do something for this ship- I did a lot in the past- so here I'm back.
Based on a fanart of a pretty lady coming out of the lake.
The lighthouse has one bathroom, a sin surely biting everyone's butt. When Rachel takes her turn to the only bathroom, well, time becames an existential dread. Same for Kurt or Meggan.
Captain Britain won't ever voice how the issue of the one bathroom affects him too. With all his comeuppances and flaws, Brian prefers to turn blind eye to the queue in the morning or what happens in the bathroom.
Let be know, the Pheonix force can help you with your hair...but won't help clean the place.
Kitty, being the petite woman, is the one who suffers to take the bathroom. Kurt can teleport, Rachel has Pheonix and Meggan wins by playing dumb- sometimes she takes her boyfriend and the insinuation is left in the open- but Kitty is not if a smart cat.
Time to take matters of my own hand.
Kitty sees as Kurt and Brian are sighing bemused, disgruntled as they have to wait in line- friendship won't happen so soon- and didn't notice one Kitty Pryde carrying a small basket as Lockheed is on perched on her shoulder.
Phasing through the wall and flying discretely. Kitty land on a nice looking lake. Kitty beams, Lockhead is ready to hunt some poor birds.
The lake is crystaline. No soul present- save from Lockheed eating a bird flying by- and she takes comfort in stripping herself and delicately folding it. Seperating the blue towel, and taking with her a nice shampoo.
Her shampoo is natural, won't harm the lake- she select the shampoo carefully a few days ago- and Kitty joins in the crystaline lake and takes her bath.
Her doe eyes look up to see Lockheed flying still. She sees the sky as blue as ever.
It is really so blue...there's a name for this colour but I can't name it.
The bath ends as soon Kitty ends rinse and washing. She now leaves the lake naked- water is dripping from her body- she looks up and the sky is so blue. The sky is so blue...
She stops and looks at the sky. No cloud, no sun. Just the bright blue.
As Kitty is about to reach for her towel, Excalibur shows up in a bamf. Kitty is bare as she can be- trying to cover herself as her teammates are watching her form. "Hi, stop looking?" Drawls out.
And wrapped her blue towel nicely on her body. It does little to protect everything, but Kitty decides to adapt a nonchalantly approach.
Rachel and Kurt are staring.
Meggan and Brian have to speak. "Kitty, you won't believe! We were taken to another dimension...while waiting for the bathroom"
Well, its the normal for us.
"And turns out, we were in HER court and well, SHE told us you were here" Meggan stops cooing softly. "Zaorva still likes you and grant you this lake" Meggan concludes.
Kitty blinks owlish. "No, this lake was here all..." she stops talking as they all shake their heads, especially Kurt.
"Zaorva made the lake for you, look" Kurt points to the lake and Kitty turns to see the lake vanishing until is gone.
"For context, kiddo, the Pheonix was wired up and Zaorva, in a true older sibiling fashion" Rachel can't help to wierd out her own words "help her...and in exchange we learn more about what SHE did in the past"
Kurt is pale as much possible. "She is an outer God...how I handle this, and she is a part of you...should you be a God in the future?" The question seems a joke but he treats as serious.
"I JUST WANT TO TAKE SHOWER, DAMNIT" Kitty looks up and the sky is no longer in that shade of blue.
Lockheed is eating another bird.
Kurt wonders if it would be easier to just do another bathroom. Brian thinks the same.
