X–Mansion, Westchester, Earth–2182
The X–Men there were planning on how they were finding The Brotherhood and the living suitcase nuke they had, “Any idea how to find your cousin?” Professor W had asked, making TJ shake her head, “Not me! If it were her parents, Mister Sinister or Miss Sinister, they could just use the trackers installed in her.” she said, “Trackers?” Kitty had asked of her.
“Yeah, according to Irene, ‘I’m a moppet that likes to wander and cause mischief, it’s much safer if people that can deal with me know where I am’.” she had quoted, “Alright then, and we don’t have access to them so–” James started when a blue gate had opened up, “Is that–?” Talis had asked, “Backup.” TJ said with a grin as her friends came in, but also two others, Bling and– “Tati!” TJ shouted.
She went and hugged him, surprising Kurt at the statement and her action before seeing the TJ of this world and him, “Hello Talia, me.” he said, nodding his head to the pair, “Hey… Nightcrawler.” Talia said, not planning to call him dad, as she saw that others were there, “Who’re these–?” Wolverine had asked before he had seen two that were familiar to him, “Azari? Nomi Blume?” he asked.
“You know us?” Azari had asked of the man, making the two of them look towards the man, “Yeah, Storm and T’Challa’s kid and The leader of Genosha’s M–Guard.” he had said, making the two look to each other, “Cool, I’m a team leader.” Nomi had said with a grin before they had remembered what they were here for, “Where’s Irene?” Nomi asked, looking around.
“The Brotherhood kidnapped her.” Kurt had said, “She faked being Armageddon and they couldn’t tell the difference.” Talia had continued, making them all groan, “She has a habit of doing dangerous and dumb things like that.” Kurt said to them before pulling out a device, “That to track her?” Kurt–2182 had asked of him, “Ja,” Kurt told his other self, “With this, we have–” he said, revealing the location.
“Alright, The X–Men of this world and the two of us will go and rescue Irene.” Kurt said, “All of you will–” he started before realizing that someone was missing, “Where’s the mini–Irene?” he asked them, “What–?” they asked, looking around in surprise, “Maybe she left with Gabby and Curse?” TJ asked, “No, she went in first, and the two of them went to Krakoa to dig Irene’s grave.” he said to them.

Curse had lost the bet and Gabby went to make sure that Curse was not going to do her own thing when she walked away with a Hawaiian Lei, Curse in question had seen someone that wasn’t looking happy which was when she realized that they were new which made Curse smile, as she approached, Curse heard the last part of their conversation, “It’s Excalibur HQ, Buddy. And my new place. So we’ll go with you.”
“Welcome to Krakoa!” She said, offering the lei, “Aaaaah!” He went, flinching in shock, “The gate just told us it’s your first time here.” she explained, “Would you like some flowers?” Curse asked, “God, no!” he said, upsetting Curse, she was trying to be nice and he– “Get me the hell OUT OF HERE.” he said, Jubilee putting a hand on her shoulder, “Curse, what’re you doing here?” Rogue asked.
“Oh! Right!” The pink mutant said, “Me and Gabby were called in to tell you guys that Irene and TJ got sent to another universe.” she said, shocking them, “What–?!” “But don’t worry! The mini–Irene got everyone, including Kurt and Bling to go rescue them, so they’re all good.” Curse told them, relieving the parents a bit, “Good.” Remy said, “Tell us when they get back.” he said, and as they left, the two grew worried for Irene.

Brotherhood Hideout, Westchester, Earth–2182
Irene was humming to herself as Radioactive Man and her mother looked at her, “Take a picture, it’ll last longer.” Irene snarked to this Rogue who was still looking at her, “Remy and me,” she said, “We made you?” she asked, a little scared at the answer, “Technically, yes.” she said, “How could it be technically?” Chen Lu had asked, not understanding it so she tried to think of an answer.
“Did you have a mission against Mister Sinister say a decade ago or I guess two?” she had asked of this Rogue considering this world was a bit ahead, “Yes, he died.” Rogue said, remembering it, “Well that explains why I don’t exist here, that was when he took the samples to make me.” she had told Rogue, rocking as best as she could with the ropes and inhibitor.
“So, what is the other Earth like?” Chen Lu asked, “Awesome!” Irene said, “We have our own nation, Krakoa, now! And everyone lives there and Grandfather is letting me be with my parents! And–” she started before seeing their expressions, “What?” Irene asked, “Remy died… destroying Krakoa.” Rogue said, surprising her, “WHAT?!?!” she shrieked, “You killed her?! This world's Pere died cause you all killed her?”
They were surprised by this as all of a sudden, a Toddler appeared, “Hey there Irene!” I2 said, “Hi Irene! I take it the others are here too?” she asked, “Nope! I’m here on my lonesome!” I2 said as Rogue went to grab her but she had passed right through, “Haha! This is just a hologram!” I2 said with a cackle as she disappeared and they saw Irene with two extra arms untying herself.
“You’re not getting away that easily!” Chen Lu said, grabbing and burning the girl, “You idiot!” Irene shouted, confusing both, “I already got the collar off!” she told them which was when they saw that her skin was turning her green, her body starting to give off radiation now, “伟大的！ 现在我要去核！(Great! Now I'm gonna go nuclear!)” she told them before a bubble appeared around her.
“非常感谢，陈露。(Thanks alot, Chen Lu.)” Irene had said to him, already trying to suppress it, but her collar was gone and things were getting bad now, “What happened?” Scott Summers had asked, “She got a large dose of Chen Lu is what happened!” Rogue had said to him, “Then it looks like we may need to speed up our operation.” he had told the team as Irene felt a pressure growing.

“I’m back!” I2 had said as she teleported in front of them, “It’s a mini–Irene!” TJ said, she heard about the others but still, “Hi TJ!” I2 said, “Anyways, I got the location! But bad news, Chen Lu had made contact when Irene and it doesn’t look like she’s taking to it well.” I2 said, making them worried, “Alright, so how bad is it?” Wolverine asked, at that, Kurt had the answer, “Well, let’s see.” he told them.
“Adding in the radiation, how much ambient energy she’s been absorbing, it would total up to–” he started before seeing the projections in the little computer that he brought, “How bad–?” Talia started before The Phoenix spoke, “It could wipe out New York at the least, our planet and moon at most.” The Phoenix told them, “Why did Sinister make Striped Gumbo?” he asked them.
“Let’s try and stop the Brotherhood from doing anything dumb first.” the native Kurt said, “Okay, so where would they bring a living suitcase nuke?” Nomi had asked of them, “Today, Genosha is going to have talks with The UN this week, Magneto and others that are pro–peace will be there.” Talia said when there was a boom, “Then what’re we waiting for?” I2 asked as Ove, Nomi and Line were the first to head in.

Nomi Dane had sighed, wishing that she was here with her mother instead of these flatscans that were only interested in burning Genosha to ashes as she saw that others were there, wanting to make them small, Nomi had pulled at the collar of her M-Guard uniform, The Sapphire Blue Circlet on her head having the coat of arms for their house, taking a breath, Nomi had removed it on schedule, “Mother?” She thought.
“Nomi, status report.” Lorna Dane, heir of Genosha after Pietro had married into the Inhumans and Wanda didn’t desire to rule from a palace but instead help the people, “Everything’s okay, the bigots are staying quiet for now but–” She started before seeing Professor W, “Ah, my old tutor’s here.” She had said before seeing that there was a group of kids, a mini–colossus, an atlantean, a mini–Storm and–
That was when she saw Azari and her as children besides a child with star like eyes and a toddler with red and black eyes as well as a baby TJ and a few of the X–Men, “Professor! It’s good to see you again!” Nomi had said, leaving her circlet on the table as she went to embrace the man who had taught her how to be a hero, “Hey there, Maggy.” he said, making her smile.
“So this is what I’ll look like.” The mini–her said, “I cannot wait for this future.” she said with a smile, “A past version of me, like Kitty?” she had asked, “Nope, alternate universe.” Nomi had said, which was when Line had acted up, “They are here.” Linea said, “They have brought Reen here.” The Arakki said, “What’s going on?” Nomi of The Red Guard asked of them, “Brotherhood, nuclear mutant kid, terrorism.”
W had said as the two Kurts gave nods before they had went and started to teleport, “Understood.” Nomi had said, “Hyve!”Nomi had shouted and a person that looked around their age with gray skin, six red orbs for eyes and mandibles approached, “Yezzz?” they had asked, “The Brotherhood that stole a colony of your insects is here, they stole a child, find them.” she had said.
Hearing that, Hyve had nodded and opened their mouth, insects coming out of the mouth and their joints as the Hyve–Mind had started to fill the room, “Hey! What is your mutie doing?!” ome of the English representatives had said, “The Brotherhood is here.” she had silently muttered towards the man, “Hyve is going to be working with The X–Men to find them, we need to keep this quiet.” she said.
The man had looked towards her before nodding towards her, “Security will assist and put those terrorists down.” he said to them, “Carefully! They have a hostage with them.” she had told the man, “Another mutant?” he had asked of her, “Yes, one that could go off if someone shot them.” she had told them, “Fine, what do they look like?” he asked her, “Like me,” I2 said, “Although they got some Radiation man now.”
“Got some?” Nomi had asked, “She/We have an advanced form of Rogue’s power, and last I saw, Chen Lu was holding her and her power was going crazy.” I2 had said and hearing that, the others were getting worried, “So we need to find traces of radiation, understood.” Nomi had said as they had went to go and find the living bomb that was planted there.

Irene was still trying to break out of the bubble, her body was filled with radiation and it was strong, strong enough to overtake most of her abilities as she had attempted to burn through the bubble, “I’m sorry.” Rogue had said to her, making Irene glare, “Spare me.” Irene told her, “You’re not my mama, she wouldn’t do this, nothing excuses this.” she had told her with anger.
“Don’t worry,” Scott Summers had said towards the pair as he had approached, “Your sacrifice will not be in vain,” he said but she wasn’t convinced, “Sacrifice implies that I’m doing this willingly, this is more of a mass execution through a single murder.” Irene had said to him, she never liked Cyclops, this one and her native Earth’s when she had noticed a bug, one that she was getting something from.
“But eh, you know villains never get the last laugh.” she had said to them, leaning back and smiling towards them as she had started to power up, making them work for her death as it were as she had planned to give them everything that they needed to find the group, humming happily as she had seen the bug start to crawl backwards and away from the room that she was in.

“Drone–Self hazzz discovered Irene–Friend.” Hyve had said to them, “They are in Basement level.” The mutant had said, already heading towards the location, Nomi following her Hyve as they had went to try and find the Brotherhood, “Okay! Let me call the others and–!” she had started when there was a blast, hitting the wall 616 Nomi blocked as she had seen the attack, the one known as Beast firing a rifle at them.
“Kid! You okay?” Nomi had asked of him as 616 Nomi had use the nearby bench to attack Beast, the crowd screaming and causing a panic as one of them had went and knocked into her, making the magnetokinetic fall to the ground and lose her concentration which was when Pavel who was with them had went and tackled him, knocking Beast to the ground as the native Nomi had helped her up.

“We need to set her off, now.” Scott had said, surprising Irene, “They know about the plan.” he had said, powering up his visor, “Yeah, one problem–” she had started to say then there was a device in Scott’s hand, “Linked Bodyslider,” he said, “The moment we make you go critical, we are gone.” The Mutant had said making her glare, “Okay, I’m gonna cuss now, enjoy!” she said with a smile, “You–!”

TJ, Talia and the The two Nightcrawlers were hurrying as they had noticed that there was a noise, “What is that?” 2182 Kurt had asked as TJ had listened, “Sounds like Irene.” TJ said to them as Talia started to understand what was going said, “Jesus! How does a kid her age know that many–? What’s a Space–Toad?”
“It’s a Skrull insult.” 616 Kurt told them, “So Rogue is there.” 2182 Kurt said, surprising his doppelganger who hadn’t heard about what had happened to her “Let’s go!” he had said as the two had grabbed a TJ and teleported them downwards as fast as they could to rescue them just as the others had started to head downwards thanks to Hyve so that they could hopefully stop the explosion.

“–Understood?!?!?!” Irene had said and for at least ten seconds, the two adults were both stunned that the child before them had said something so vulgar and rude, “Let’s set her off.” he said, powering his visor, “Open a hole,” he ordered and for a moment, Rogue had hesitated, “Go ahead, it’s not like you care.” she had snarled to this Rogue who was upset by that statement.
“Sorry, baby.” Rogue said, opening a hole, Irene went to shoot her arm out and hopefully fire a blast at them, but Scott was faster, firing a lethal beam of energy into the hole, hitting her arm, “Aaah!” she had shouted, barely absorbing it and making it worse as she started to gain more power just as the four of them had went and appeared, “Irene!” TJ had shouted as both her and Talia had fired a Hex Bolt at Rogue.
2182 Kurt had drawn his sword and tossed his other to 616 Kurt as they had both leapt towards Cyclops who had went and fired upon them, “Are you seriously insane enough to kill a child to blow up a UN building?!” 616 Kurt had asked as Irene had held her stomach, feeling pain, “One life to remove–” “The ambassador of Genosha and multiple mutant friendly representatives? Yes, REAL smart!” 2182 Kurt had said.
TJ had went and possessed Rogue, thankfully Talia had distracted her enough for the younger mutant to get her, “Irene!” TJ had shouted, “Put me in a bubble!” she had shouted out and TJ had went to do as much, keeping her in one as there was a sound of fighting, “My guess that’s the rest of The Brotherhood engaging The UN or our teams.” 616 Kurt had said to them as TJ had felt Rogue fighting back.
“Uh… old Tati! I’m losing control and she’s going critical!” TJ had shouted, hearing that, 2182 Kurt had stabbed into his armored arm, disabling it as he had a blind put on and his other hand stabbed to the ground, “Someone get Mach Two and lead!” 2182 Kurt had shouted, hearing that, a hold was made as 616 Nomi had crashed through thanks to Ove making a hole in the wall, worried.
616 Nomi and 2182 Nomi had started to use the pocket space that she kept metals in case of a lack of them, shooting out bars of lead that she had stored in case of radiation leaks before the two had started to spread it out, “Open the bubble!” 2182 Nomi had shouted out, at that, TJ had started and did as much when the lead had went and covered the girl, keeping her contained like Chen Lu does.
“Hoo…” Irene had said, feeling herself able to control it, “Great! Now I can take them down!” Irene said, trying to use her telepathy, but all she got was her radiation, “Crap.” she had said, but thankfully, they were already done, “That’s not good.” Irene had said to them as I2 had approached, “Yay! I don’t need to replace you!” I2 had said to herself as the others were being restrained.
Seeing that everything was okay, they were fine for a bit now, “Great! I’m not going to destroy a planet!” Irene had said to them, “Now I just need to worry about getting my new body under control.” she had said to them, spitting into Scott Summers as Linea, Nomi and Ove had hugged her, “I’d stop that if you don’t want to get radiation burns.” she had told the trio.
They didn’t listen as the trio had went and made sure to hug only the lead parts, “That’s great, Reenie.” 616 Kurt had said, “Let’s get your radiation under control before we get you all home.” The Nightcrawler had said and hearing that, Irene smiled, “Yay! We can have fun together!” she had shouted out, exciting the other kids even though the adults were all surprised that they could want to celebrate after that.

Lebeau Residence, Krakoa, Earth–616, EXcalibur #18
There was a flash as Kurt, Roxanne, the GeNext kids and the two Irenes had returned, all of them dressed up in clothes from Earth–2182, “Mama! Pere! We’re home!” The two Irene’s shouted before I2 had started to walk away, “Okay, this is where I go back to my tube.” I2 had said, “Tah!” she had told them, already teleporting away as Irene looked at herself in the mirror.
It was nice as the kids had all gotten curious when they had noticed that it was empty, “Huh, wonder where they are–?” she started to asked before seeing a crystal cuff on the metal around her wrist, making her look to Bling, “Yeah… I’m not letting you out of my sight again.” she had told the young girl, seriously, she lost sight of her for a minute and Irene was found a day later as a radioactive girl.
Now she was covered in glowing green energy with black and yellow armor covering her body, a red x with a diamond shaped hole in the center, she looked more like a hornless midnight ultron than anything else, the joints and seams glowing green with her mouth moving in the snarl, “Come on…!” Irene had said when there was a noise as her phone she left there.
“Hello?” she had asked, “Irene! Your trackers were disabled!” Claudine had shouted out, spooked, “It’s fine, I just absorbed too much Earth–2182 Chen Lu and they all burned out.” she had said to her, “Fine, how was your trip?” She had asked her, “Awesome!” Irene had shouted out in excitement as Irene had looked to her friends, “I’ll see you later, Aunt Claudine.” she said before hanging up.
“So, what now?” she had asked as Nomi had went and planted her in her seat, “You’re going to sit here and not run around to get kidnapped again.” she had said and the others all nodded, “Come one…!” Irene had shouted out, but none of them were going to listen and let her get loose again, “Oh come on!” she had shouted as Kendall had went and gave her a zap, making Irene sigh.
“Okay, okay!” She had said to her, glaring towards the others, “I miss my old babysitter.” she had muttered, pouting towards the others which was when Kurt had sighed, “Where even IS Malice?” Kurt had asked and that was a good question as they had wondered where the Marauder was, they had searched but it was as if the spirit had vanished like a ghost.

She was staring out into the water, back alive and able to interact, as she had looked out to it all, she had smiled before hearing about Irene, that was good, it meant that she had gotten her wish, now she would get hers, if she was lucky enough to get them all angry enough, she had went and returned to the lighthouse, she’d to play it smart, but eventually she’d be able to get what it was she wanted.
