Mystique’s Residence, Krakoa, X–Men #6
Irene was playing with Hildegard inside Mystiques home, she wanted to hand out with her today after she had went and helped The Lebeau’s move their stuff into the Lighthouse, Kurt was busy on the other Krakoa so she had decided to go and hang out with Mystique when she had seen that her friends that were her age were all busy with classes and since no one lassoed or bribed her there, she didn’t go.
So Irene was here, enjoying the place that was here when she noticed that there were photos, old timey photos of Mystique with plenty of people there, including some of here with men, women, as well as Rogue as a child, but the ones that seemed most important, the ones that were being dusted and treated with care were the ones of her with a blind woman, the two seeming close together.
She had flipped it over and had seen that there was names on it, “Mrs. Adler & Mrs. Darkholme, 1895.” on it, hearing that, Irene was curios and started to look through the to try and find more on this woman, the name sounding familiar to her when she saw that there was a nook written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle which had made her remember, “IRENE Adler.” she had went.
Irene had recalled that there was a file on her, Irene Adler was Mystiques wife and able to see a multitude of futures writing them in her diaries, which had also meant that she knew A LOT, sadly she had passed away a while ago, as she had went and wondered where she was when she saw that Mystique had come into the room, looking upset, “Hello–” she had started before seeing her face.
“Are you okay?” Irene had went, looking upset as she was, Irene got worried, “Here is a piece of advice for you,” Mystique said, not wanting to say her name right now, “Xavier and Magneto should never be trusted.” Mystique had told her, making Irene nod at this, “Why?” she had asked, wanting to know why they had upset her, “Because they never hold up on their end of the deal.”
Irene didn’t like that, you don’t break a deal, it was rude and it upset everyone, as she was thinking this, Irene had looked to the book, “Where’s Grandma Irene?” she had asked of the shapeshifter, making her pause at that, “She’s… not around.” Mystique had said, confusing her, “I thought that everyone was getting resurrected?” Irene had asked, curious at that while Mystique had glowered.
“They were going to, but then they told me–” she started which had made her mad at them, “That isn’t fair!” Irene had glowered at that, “It isn’t.” Mystique said, hearing that Irene decided, “Can I help?” she had asked her, hearing that from her Granddaughter, Mystique had looked at her, considering what she was offering before realizing that she shouldn’t.
“That’s alright.” Mystique had said to her, “I can bring her back myself.” Mystique had told her, hearing that, Irene had nodded, “Okay,” she went, “But if you’re going to burn it all down, “Please tell me.” she had said, and just like that, Mystique had went and leaned into her, The Shapeshifter had taken her book and at that she started to read her one of their unedited stories.

London Zoo, London, Excalibur #7
Irene was curious as to where the animals were, getting her upset that they were missing, she had to convince her Grandfather to let her see them all alone and they were missing! She was starting to fume at that as she saw that Captain Britain, a woman in a Yellow Coat and a man in a suit, “What do you mean they were relocated?” Captain Britain asked as she backed away, curious.
“They’re live animals– did they move out?” She asked, making Irene giggle at that, “Oh, they might be part of various programs, sometimes they’re unwell, sometimes they get sold–” the zookeeper went, shocking both Irene and Captain Britain, “Sold?!” they went, making Jubilee look to her before giving a smile and going to her phone, “They weren’t easy to care for.” the woman continued.
“Perhaps it’s easy to take care of monsters where you MUTANTS live, but–” the woman had continued before the man in the suit had spoke up, “Ma’am, my name is Pete Wisdom. My business here is governmental.” he had told her, “If we could just see any records you have on the transfer of the animals, we’ll be out of your hair.” he said, trying to be reasonable while the woman crossed her arms.
Well, what if I don’t want to?” she had asked, “What if I’m tired of mutants just telling everyone how it is–” she had went as Pete Wisdom had looked towards Jubilee who had a grin on her face now as she blew a bubble, “Then I regret to inform you that all of your fears of the government secretly spying on you are true.” he had told her, making Irene grin as she looked shocked.
“My agent here went ahead and popped into your network while you were speaking with the captain.” Pete went, “Well I–” “Captain Britain thanks you ma’am.” Pete went, making Irene grin, “Hmph!” the woman went while Betsy Braddock looked shocked, “Pete!” she had went as the woman stormed off, Irene going and waving to Jubilee as Pete spoke to The Captain, “Pint! Pint!” Jubilee went as she acted.
Irene had slipped her phone from her pocket, a little absorb to get her code and checked the address before placing it back into her phone before engaging the chameleon ability that she had gotten from ForgetMeNot as she had went and followed them(Thank you Grandfather and his ability to find everything), making sure that they wouldn’t catch on as she saw that it was Cullen Bloodstone.
Seeing this, Irene had grinned as she had went and headed towards the location which she had seen on the account, so now sh just needed to sneak in so that she could see the Warwolves, after all, her grandfather cannot stop her when she has The ForgetMeNot power which had made her grin mischievously as she had went and got ready to see the animals.

Bloodstone Summer Lodge and Preserve, Durham
Irene had grinned as she had went and looked around, surprised and happy that she had walked over here, it was always good to have a stroll as she had seen the servants that were there as The Excalibur team and Cullen Bloodstone had went and gotten a horse ready and was explaining some rules but right now she didn’t care, instead Irene had went and started to head towards the woods.
She wanted to see the Warwolves, there had been stories of them but she had never seen one of them before and wanted to know what the looked like personally as she had went into the woods, giving a small drain to try and sense one before she had finally caught one, careful, Irene had engaged a Chameleon one from a New Man she absorbed and The ForgetMeNot to be as safe as possible.
What she had seen before her was not a Warwolf but instead was a blonde haired woman that looked pretty, making her smile as she had went and looked around, circling her when Irene heard Gambit’s voice, “I see someone.” Gambit had went, making her gulp, “Ah, Hell, she’s all alone!” Gambit had went, going ahead and ending up in the clearing that Irene and the girl were in.
“Gambit! Wait! Listen to me.” The Captain had said as he had approached the blonde woman, “Hello there.” she had said, looking away for now, “Enchanté, littl’un.” he had said, sounding as kind as he spoke to her, “The creep who runs this place didn’t put you here, nah?” he had asked, worried for her, “No, no, I’m here for my own reasons.” she had said to Gambit while she got worried.
“Seems like a scary place just to have a think.” he said, “You a fellow hunter?” he had asked as the others approached, “You could say that.” before the face had changed, “I see something!” she went and Gambit had a card ready, “Where?!” he asked as she had went and grabbed her mouth, tearing it apart to reveal the real face which had made Gambit cuss at the sight.
“Sneaky!” he went as he threw a card, “I’mma pass a good time beatin’ on you!” he went, seeing this, she gasped at that as Captain Braddock shouted, “Excalibur! We’ve got eyes on a warwolf!” she had went before decapitating the creature, as it had fallen to the ground, Irene had went and backed away from them, Gambit looking around as he heard this.
Irene had decided that now was a good time for her to make herself scarce as she had worried that they found out, letting them hear her would be problematic as she had went away from them, deciding to go ahead and do a little tour of the area, walking around and wondering how long she could stay around here before somebody had went and figured out that she was here.

It had been nightfall now, they had been fighting and their host had been rude, swearing quite a lot as she had went and walked around, seeing some heads of some peculiar monsters, as she did, Irene had realized that sh was inside and about to bump into someone, Irene had barely stopped it before she realized that a vase was falling, seeing this, she went and grabbed it which was when someone grabbed her shoulder.
“Now who might you be?” Remy said, his card ready with his wife, seeing this, Irene had went and disengaged the abilities and gave a nervous smile, “Hullo.” Irene had went, seeing her, both of them were shocked, “Irene!” Rogue had hissed at that as the two had brought her back to their room, “What are you doing here!?” Rogue had asked, hearing that, Irene decided to blab.
“I wanted to see the Warwolves,” she had went, “I went to the zoo but they were gone, I heard the captain talking about them with Mr. Wisdom so I decided to follow you after I got the address from Jubilee’s phone.” she had told them, making both of them look at her in surprise, “I was only there for the first!” She had told them, “I left after that when–” “So you were dat gasp I heard.” Remy went.
Irene had nodded at that, hearing that, the two of them had went and looked down at her in surprise, the two of them surprised that she was already able to do this without any of them being aware for so long, “Nice Petit,” Remy said, “But y’ better head back to Krakoa.” he told her, making Irene pout, “It won’ be safe if Cullen see’s y’ here.” he went, hearing that, Irene looked to Rogue instead.
She gave a pout that seemed to make Rogue look away, “He’s right, sugah.” she went, “I’ll fly you back.” Rogue said, offering her arms to her, “Coem on.” giving her a smile as she said this, hearing that, Irene approached her, Rogue had a slight change, as if she grew concerned that Irene heard the rumors of her touch, seeing this, Irene had went and reacted to her.
Irene had went and hugged her across the waist, happy to do this, to actually hug one of them like this, making both of them surprised at the sight and the feeling as Rogue returned it, “Okay, let’s go.” Rogue had went, still reeling from the hug she was in, Remy opened the window before she had went and flew out, carrying Irene closely as the young girl snuggled into her.
Eventually, Rogue had went and dropped her outside of the property line, “Now, are you good walking home?” Rogue had asked her, Irene nodded at that, yep.” Irene had told her, knowing that she could take care of herself, “Be safe.” Rogue went, at that, Irene had motioned for her to kneel down, Rogue thinking that it was a simple hug and was not surprised but still liking it as Irene did the next thing.
Rogue wasn’t containing it all the way, keeping it tactile after the little surprise and had no time to react as Irene had went and kissed her cheek, Rogue got worried, tensing and waiting to feel her absorption when Irene had went and walked away, “Tah!” she had told the older woman, Rogue still staring at her in surprise and confusion as the place her lips touched her cheek, still there even as she had left.

The Forked Tower, Krakoa
Irene was laughing as she had watched him perform in this amazing place, with all of the religion in her head, she thought that this would be the perfect place for someone to pray, as she did, Irene had recalled something, “Hey, what’s a Crucible?” Irene had asked as she looked around, hearing that, Nightcrawler paused.
“It’s something for grownups.” he had told her, hearing that, Irene had pouted, not liking the sound of that, “So I can’t see?” she had asked, hearing that, Nightcrawler nodded before hearing something from his call, “By the way, my Schwester(Sister) had a question.” Nightcrawler had said, making her look in curiosity, “She wanted to know if you were okay, after kissing her cheek.” he asked her.
Hearing that, Irene nodded, “Yeah, she can control her powers so–” “Except her powers weren’t off.” Kurt went, “She could have absorbed you after a touch, but she didn’t,” he had said, “Or… more like she couldn’t.” Kurt had said, hearing that, Irene had gulped, “My mutation works on energy transference.” she had said, “Energy doesn’t enter or leave me unless I want it to.” she had lied.
Kurt had went and looked at that, not completely believing her, but not disbelieving, “Sadly, I will have to go to The Crucible.” he had said, “So I’m on my lonesome?” she had asked of him, already having a plan in mind, “You won’t get into any trouble, will you?” Kurt had asked, making Irene raise her hand and give a cheeky smile, “I promise not to get caught.” she had said to him.
Kurt had figured that it was the best that he was going to be getting from her had nodded at that before he went and took her hand, holding the young girl before teleporting them outside, him going to go and speak to Logan who was approaching while she had went to go and wander, wondering who it was that she was going to meet this time in one of her strolls.

Braddock Lighthouse, Cornwall
Irene had no idea how she had found herself over here in Cornwall right now, but it was a fun time for her right now as she had went and looked around, seeing that there were people here, “Reen!” Shogo the baby had went, seeing her and she smiled at it, glad that she was able to teach him a version of her name, “Hey Shogo!” Irene had went as the cats had went and circled her as well.
As she did so, a familiar yellow sight had appeared before her, “What is–” Jubilee had started before she saw that it was the little girl that she saw before Excalibur was formed, “Irene, right?” Jubilee had asked of her, making her smile, “Yep.” she said, making her get confused, “Surprised your here, what about your friends?” Jubilee asked, “Gabby is trying to bond more with her brother,” she said.
“And Curse is currently planning on some anarchy and Un– Kurt went to The Crucible.” she had said, “So you came here?” she had asked as others had all started to come down as they had heard the sound of a child older than Shogo down there, “Ah, hey Reenie!” Remy had said as he and Rogue had walked downstairs, Rogue smiling at the sight of her as well with a thought.
She gave a tense smile at that, remembering when she had kissed her cheek, “Good to see you again.” she had said to her, making Irene smile as well, remembering what she was told by Nightcrawler, “So what’re you doing here?” Rogue had asked, curious at her presence, “I wandered here by accident.” Irene had told them, smiling at the two of them which was when Gambit asked a question.
“So your Grandpere is Sinister, eh?” He had asked her, “What ‘bout y’er parents?” Remy had asked of her, Rogue and Jubilee curious as well as they looked at her for her answer, “Grandfather said they were more donors after he put me in the vat.” she had told them, “So you never met’em?” Rogue had asked her, “Nope.” Irene said, “Grandfather just tells me they donated.” she told them.
That had made them all curious at that, so her parents were unknown and Sinister could have gotten their DNA from anyone, “Did you ever try and find out about them?” Jubilee had asked, all of them thinking that anyone was better than Sinister, “I tried a test once, but my blood exploded before it could be processed.” Irene had said, making them all the more curious at it.
Explosive blood, unable to be affected by Rogue’s power, it was all odd, making them more curious as they had heard a beeping, which was when Irene had checked her wrist and revealed that there was a group of settings there that she had started to fiddle with, making them see it wasn’t a wrist watch, “What’s wrong?” Rogue asked, hearing that, Irene smiled, “Just a little diagnostic checkup.” she said.
“Diagnostic checkup?” Remy had asked her, “Yep.” she said, “Just to make sure my suit won’t malfunction again.” she told them, giving a little twirl as she said this to reveal it, confusing Jubilee and Rogue while Remy got an idea, “Image Inducer?” he had asked, ,”Bobs your uncle.” Irene had told him, showing him that she was wearing a version of Sinister’s suit underneath an illusion.
“This is to make sure I don’t become a New Sun.” Irene had told them, making Remy furrow his brow at that, “A New SUn?” he had asked her when the beeping turned into a buzzing, “Drat, I gotta go now, tah!” she had told them before heading away, as the three of them watched her leave, Rogue noticed her husbands expression, “What’s wrong?” she had asked, “Jus’ the wordin’ ‘New Sun’, is off.” he told her.
They didn’t really get it but what they did get was that it was something to worry about, the three of them worry for her and curious whose DNA had been used to create Irene as it were, both Remy and Rogue deciding that they would need to keep an eye on her when they can so that they can make sure that she didn’t end up too damaged as it were.

Bar Sinister, Krakoa
Irene was having a day right now, looking through all of the data that her grandfather had set up, apparently the FIve were having problems with the resurrection of Shadowcat, making her curious at that as she had went and started to plan on the rest of her day, as she had looked over what was available, as Irene had looked it over, the camera she had in her eye socket had beeped.
She had went and pulled it out, feeling as it had slid out, not hurting her eye as best as possible before she had went and installed it into the terminal, making Irene smile as the new pictures of Remy and Rogue, smiling as she had seen their reactions, planning to put them in the holodeck that Grandfather swore was not a holodeck, happy that she had more for her pet project.
As Irene had went and finished up on that part of the programming that she was grateful to absorb, taking a breath, Irene had went and checked out the map, seeing that the island that she had checked out before was now named The Arak Corral, it had looked interesting to her to observe so she had went and saw that there were some animals recorded there as well.
Seeing that, she had went and gotten excited, Irene had went and gotten ready, packing for a day and slinging it on her back, she had given scratchies to Hildegard before she had went and gotten ready to leave, heading over to The Arak Coral once again, it will be fun to adventure there again, heading out of the lab when she had noticed that Grandfather was there with the Apoth data.
“Hullo Grandfather.” she went as she had walked out, “Where are you going?” SInister asked, “The Arak Corral, I want to see the animals there.” she had told him, hearing that, Sinister glared, “Be CAREFUL.” he said, making her nod and know that he knew about some of stunts when she was away from him, “I promise to stay out of too much trouble.” she said before heading to the gate.
As Sinister had watched her leave, he had decided that he needed someone to keep an eye on her as he had worked on getting himself a team that he could use however he saw git, Sinister smiling at the thought as he had went back to work, seeing this, he got excited to see what kind of samples he would be able to get in the future now with no idea what will happen just yet.
