The Day Peter And Loki Became Friends.
It was a normal day at school. Peter was a bit bumbed as Ned didn't come to school that day. After school got over, Peter ran out excited to go back home. May must have made something good. As he passed the corner, a cold breeze set past him. Chills ran down his spine as his spider senses irked up. He whipped around but there was no one. Then suddenly a voice spoke up from behind. It was Loki! That also in his black suit!
Loki : Ah spider boy! Good to see you here.
Peter was startled and had jumped backwards so hard that he landed on his Butt with his hands stretched out, ready to shoot.
Loki : Frigga! You Midgardians are so foolish! I thought you had greater senses, unlike my brother.
Peter got up and straightened. Then, a huge grin played across his face.
Peter : Mr. Loki! What are you doing here? Oh are you here for Thor? But I don't think he is here. He is somewhere with Mr. Banner. Oh are you taking over New York again? Okay no I was joking...
Loki : Okay halt spider boy. I'm not here for whatever you are saying. I'm here to talk to Stark.
Peter : Oh! So why are you here with me?
Loki sighed.
Loki : Can you take me there?
Peter : Can't you go by yourself?
Loki sighed again.
Loki : I'm not allowed to go to the tower without someone with me. Apparently I'm not trustworthy enough. You try to take over New York once and steal the tesseract thrice and you need a babysitter. I'm a God for Asgard's sake!
Peter struggled to striffle a giggle.
Loki : Okay I get it. So can you?
Peter : But Mr. Loki I'm not going to the tower right now. I'm going home to Aunt May and then I'll go for petrol and then I'll go to the tower.
Loki : Alright. I will accompany you in your endeavors till we go to the tower.
Peter : Uhhh you wanna come with me to petrol?
Loki : Like I said. Anyways I haven't had a good tour of New York except for when I tried to take over New York but that was under the influence of Thanos.
Peter immediately brightened up.
Peter : Of course I will take you for a tour. But first we have to go to Aunt May's.
Peter sneakily climbed in into his room through the window with Loki and asked him to stay there as he went in through the main entrance. He was greeted by a jovial May.
May : Hey kid! How was your day at school?
Peter : It was good but Ned wasn't there.
May : Aww sorry kid but let's your mood lightened cause I made your favorite Mac and Cheese. Go freshen up and I'll get you some.
Peter : Ah May, can I eat in my room today? I'm a bit tired.
May : Sure Pete.
Peter : Thanks.
Peter freshened up and brought the Mac and Cheese with him upstairs and saw Loki looking at his webshooters.
Loki : What kind of abomination are these?
Peter : Those are my webshooters. You know I'm spider man so I shoot my webs.
Loki : I thought you did it. Aren't you a spider?
Peter : I mean I am but I can't do that. God but I wonder if there is a universe where I can shoot webs naturally. Anyways I got us food.
After they finished eating, Peter got ready to petrol.
Peter : But Mr. Loki how are you going to come with me?
Loki : Oh that would not be a problem.
Green smoke filled the room and Loki transformed into a green spider and attached himself to Peter.
Peter : Wowww that is sooooo cool!
Peter swung around Queens and NYC with Loki still attached to him. As Peter helped people in need, Loki continued with his annoying commentary.
Peter : OK Mr. Deltar next time keep a look out for your cat. Keep spidying!
Loki : Keep spidying? What kind of a phrase is that?
Peter : I thought it would be a good catchphrase.
Loki : Young Araneae that is the most outrageous "catchphrase" I've heard, even worse than 'go thunderbolting' from Thor when he was young. Why do you need to say anything anyways?
Peter : To seem cool ig?
Loki : Trust me you are already bracing.
Peter : Thanks Mr. Loki.
After swinging for a while, Peter headed to the tower.
Avengers Tower
Tony was pacing around. He was worried that Peter wasn't there yet. He slammed his hands on the kitchen counter which spilled Natasha's drink.
Natasha : What the hell Tony!
Tony : Peter is not here yet. Where is he?
Sam : Calm down Tin Man. The kid can look out for himself.
Bucky : Ya like you? You were in the med wing three times this week.
Sam : That's what I'm saying! He's way more responsible than me.
Tony : You too shut it.
Natasha : Listen as cute it is to see you worry for Peter, you spilled my drink. Do it again and you'll have to say goodbye to your hands.
Flipping her hair, she walked off to the basin. Just then, the Elevator doors opened and Peter came out with Loki still talking.
Peter : I had so much fun today Mr. Loki.
Loki : Yes I suppose it was adequate. I would not oppose for another opportunity. I did like the sweet and sour liquid that you fed me.
Peter : You mean the lemonade? Ya they are the best.
While talking, Peter's eyes darted to the four avengers staring at them with wide eyes and open mouths.
Tony : Kid! What are you doing with Hermes wannabe here?
Peter : Mr. Stark don't worry we were just hanging out before I brought him to the tower. He wanted to talk to you.
Tony squinted at Loki.
Tony : What do you want Reindeer games?
Loki : I would not have dignified you with a response but my brother forces me to behave better and that I should make amends so I am here.
Bucky : Are you trying to say sorry?
Loki : If you must take it in that way.
Natasha : This is... I gotta call Clint.
Tony : What changed your mind? Thor alone couldn't have pulled it off.
Loki sighed.
Loki : When you die for the Odin knows how many times, find out that you have a secret sister and kill her and then see your entire kingdom and people getting destroyed, you would want to turn a new leaf.
Natasha : I thought you hated humans?
Loki : I did. I still do. But this kid right here got me a view.
Tony smiled proudly. His kid even melted the heart of the God of Mischief.
Tony : He seems to have that effect on people.
Sam : Are you sure?
Suddenly a loud thunder crashed outside as Thor entered through the window.
Thor : Brother!!
Loki : I thought you were not here.
Thor : I wasn't but I got a message from Val that you were here so I came. It's so good to see you here brother.
Tony : Wait you are here so Banner is still there?
Bruce : No Tony he carried me here. Thank God I didn't Hulk out.
Peter : So that everything is okay now can we watch a movie? I don't have school tomorrow.
Tony : Sure kid. Pick any movie.
Thor : Come on brother, I will introduce you to this heavenly delicacy called pop - tarts.
Loki : I better not.
And so everyone together watched Inside Out.
