Prologue
The universe, a place which is the habitat of millions of galaxies. A place that has not yet been 100% explored. A place of all stars, galaxies all over the planet earth. The colors, the stars all the things in our galaxy seem so beautiful and unique. However, what would you say if you knew that our galaxy is not the only one that exists?
You see our universe is just one of the many parallel universes that exist in sync. Every universe, every decision we make is connected to the great vast multiverse. Many people have various thoughts on the subject, some believe that it is a myth, a tale of something impossible, others believe that it is real but the truth is that in the vast multiverse everything is possible.
The multiverse works in that way, every thought you have, every dream, every decision you make, a new universe is created. There are two types of universes that are similar to ours whose difference lies in a decision. Or the universes that, despite having a similar history, have many notable differences. Earth-1610, also known as The Ultimate Universe, is one of those universes. The second one to be exact. A universe similar and at the same time very different from the classic marvel universe that we all know, Earth 616, a universe with many variations of the classic heroes that we all know, The Ultimates (The Avengers Version of that Universe), The Ultimate X-Men and above all the most important hero of that universe The Ultimate Spider-Man.
For those who don’t know, the multiverse is wrapped in a great web called the web of life and destiny. Each spider web that is found in the web of life and destiny, has a universe in its web and with each one an alternate version of our universe where in each of these alternate realities a spider-totem lives. If you don’t know who the spider-totems are, they are people, animals and even robots with spider powers whose powers are connected to the great web. The center of the Spider-Verse, the center of the multiverse.
However, there was a woman sitting in a dark space located nowhere, who appears to be of an elderly age. It seemed that she was the only person in that mysterious place, there was no one besides her. The woman wore a red outfit with her along with a huge round spider on her chest that was white in color. She wore red colored glasses at the same time as she had white hair which gave clues about her age.
The old woman had a serious and worried face, the web of life and Destiny was dying. She could feel it, like something is happening, like a threat worse than the Inheritors is rising. A threat that could not only wipe out the entire Spider Verse but the entire multiverse as well. She has seen the future, how all the Spider-Totems are being corrupted by Shathra. And as the chosen one the Peter Parker of earth-616 lost, and with him the entire multiverse. However she can’t let this happen, she has to prevent it somehow.
She thinks about talking to the Peter Parker from his world. Remember how he once told her that very soon she would fight his biggest challenge to date. However, he couldn’t do it alone. Maybe she could call on Beyonder for help, he helped them when an evil version of spider-man tried to destroy the multiverse.
But still she couldn’t risk it. Using her precognitive abilities to see the great web’s future past, she would try to see a way to avoid the terrible fate that haunts the Spider-Verse. Until she then came up with an idea. The Ultimate Universe, their Spider-Man. It could work. And no, she wasn’t talking about the child.
She was talking about Peter Parker, the late Spider-Man from that world. Although unlike the chosen one, this Peter is still a teenager. However, he has already faced many things, while at the same time he has shown that he has a greater strength than his counterpart on earth-616 had when he was his age.
A small smile begins to appear on his face. He already has a plan, he’s going to call the Beyonder to do the same thing he did when they fought Spider-Carnage. In order to be able to, he recreates young Peter before he dies. However, in his journey he will not be alone, since his Peter will also accompany him. In her journey, a kind of pink smoke begins to envelop her as she only smiles more.
And now that we are talking about it, I would like to mention a detail that I forgot about the web of life and destiny. It not only works for traveling to alternate universes but also for time travel.
Earth-1610 - The Ultimate Marvel Universe
Life was going so well for Peter Parker, he came back with Mary Jane. The city now loved him and even admired him. When, at first they thought he was a menace, and now even the police love having him around . And even J Jonah Jameson became a nice guy after he found out about his identity, to the point that he started paying him a good salary, enough to afford a college.
I challenge you to think of a better life than the one Peter Parker had at that time. Every New Yorker loves him, he has merchandise (They don’t even pay him a cent because he’s in the public domain, but still) and lately he just had a big surprise birthday party make by all his friend and love ones.
Everything was perfect. However, not all good things have to last, especially if you are Peter Parker. Because just when everything was going well, the stupid ¨Parker Luck¨ had to come and ruin it.
It all started in the morning, at first everything was completely normal. Peter Parker was on a date with his girlfriend Mary Jane Watson. Which for Peter she was one of the most beautiful girls he has ever met. Have you ever thought about the combination between sexy and cute? Well, Peter knows the answer and it was right in front of his eyes. Her silky hair, along with her beautiful emerald lips, her beautiful green eyes, she was the perfect girl. Peter can’t help but fall in love with her again every time he’s in front of her. Even if they were already a couple. They were talking, laughing, in a place where smoothies were served, he remembers well. Even though the restaurant was full, for them it was as if it was just the two of them. Then he got a call from Captain America and it all went down the drain.
First, he received a speech from Captain America where he told him that he is not responsible and that he is very young and because of that he does not know how to be a hero. Second, on his way home he would find the dead body of Doctor Octopus at the same time that he receives a call from Mary, which reveals that all his villains have come together to kill him.
Have you ever heard the saying ¨Anything that can go wrong will go wrong?¨. Well, in Peter’s case, that is exactly what happened.
If all the villains that Peter has faced not only know his identity but also were planning to go to his house to kill him, wasn’t enough. During a Conflict between the Ultimates and the newly created Avengers team. Peter would push Captain America who was about to receive a bullet from the Punisher. Unfortunately the bullet hit Peter instead, so now alone and without help Peter was bleeding. The Ultimates were gone, everything was gone. Peter would use his remaining forces to get to his house and fight the Ultimate Six and with that we got to where we are now.
A Peter Parker without a mask, in pain, who was only wearing his spider-man suit which was in shreds. While there was a cobweb in the place where the bullet hit, so he wouldn’t bleed out. But it was not enough. The teenager’s heavy breathing would be present, he had defeated them, he had defeated all the Ultimate Six. Or at least he thought. He just fought the easy ones. Now only one member was missing, Norman Osborn.
The Parker residence was filled with cameras, reporters, and a bunch of other people whose job it was to report the news. However, most of the people in the place were normal people, more like their fans. They were all surprised and worried. Not only seeing the hero they admire in that state but his face, his beautiful bloody face showed that he was just a child. From his face it seems that he is not even 18, being someone 17 or less.
The teenager would breathe heavily. At the same time that he watched a huge figure begin to approach him, Peter knows that figure, he knows it well, it was the Green Goblin. The shadow is revealed revealing a monster, it was the same size or bigger than the Hulk, it had horns and a bestial snarl came out of its mouth.
“Parker!!!”, would say the monster giving a bestial growl.
However, Parker didn’t flinch, he wasn’t even afraid. Peter would simply look at him seriously as he would close his eyes to think about something other than the pain he is causing.
“What’s the plan Osborn?”, Peter would say at the same time that he begins to raise his voice while addressing the one who was the first enemy he faced in his superhero career.
“I’m dying to know...what next? You kill me, then what next?”, Peter would say angrily as he slowly approaches the person he once admired, while Norman does the same.
“Your son you killed won’t magically come back to life!” , Peter would say angry but sad at the same time remembering the person who was his best friend, while little by little he is getting closer to Norman, while the Green Goblin does the same.
Your world as captain of industry won’t magically go back to the way it was!!. And your hair...won’t magically come...into fashion.”, Peter would get a laugh at what was said in the last part, making a joke, his last joke.
“But you will be dead”, he would say with a sadistic smile, the villain eliciting a sarcastic laugh from the teenager.
“Yeah, there’s that”, After saying that, the teenager throws himself at the villain known as the Green Goblin, starting a bloody battle, blows, ways of fighting all kinds until some time later, Peter Parker managed to win. I manage to knock him out and leave him on the ground.
Peter looked at the Green Goblin, who is in just as bad shape as he is. Although Peter was worse off, Norman Osborn doesn’t wash having a spurt of blood fall from his mouth.
“You do not understand, I am a witness of God, he wants this to happen. I just tried to serve God purpose”, Norman would say with a maniacal laugh as Peter takes a truck full of one tank of gas. Peter was getting married, he feels that their strength is gone. However, seeing how his family is in danger due to the Green Goblin, Peter cannot give up. He is getting upset every time he passes by, but even so if he is going to die he won’t until he manages to protect the ones he loves.
“If you’re going to do it...”, Peter would say with a ragged breath, he lacked the strength to say the complete sentence.
“Do it quietly”, after saying that Peter throws him to the truck which was full of gasoline. Due to his powers, Norman would absorb the exploding gasoline, killing him but unfortunately Peter as well. .Peter feels it, the pain begins to disappear, his muscles begin to stop being tense and he feels that his body enters absolute peace. Peter begins to close his eyes waiting for the end but it never came. Instead, unbeknownst to Peter, some kind of purple cloud begins to surround him.
Darkness....
That’s all Peter Parker can see, until he decides to open the eyes. To his surprise he was lying on his back looking at the sky. Even if something isn’t right, Peter can feel it. He has seen the sky at night many times to know that even if it has a moon or stars, Peter knows this since the fight he just had took place in this specific period of the day, the night. Here there is none of that, everything is completely dark.
Peter would get up agitated looking at the place, is this perhaps heaven, hell, purgatory?. He doesn’t know, but what he is sure of is that he is no longer in New York. Peter touches his head agitated, surprised after noticing a kind of cloth that covered his face. It was his mask, Spider-Man’s mask. Peter would look at his suit to see that it was like new, the scratches were gone, not only that. But also the gunshot wound had healed without leaving a scar as if it had never been there. Peter would look at the place seeing that it seems to be floating in a black place that seemed to be in the middle of nowhere.
It doesn’t show under his mask but Peter’s brow forms a frown, under the white glasses of his red mask. Peter had a lot of questions. Where was he? What happened to Aunt May and Mary Jane? And why does he seem to be floating?
“One question at a time, Spider-Man”, As if someone had read her mind, a voice began to say.
Peter would instinctively look to where the voice was where he was, with purple smoke which ends up dispersed throughout the place revealing an elderly woman, which was the same woman that we see at the beginning of the story.
However, this time she was not alone, she was accompanied by two people.
They were both grown men, the first being a muscular man with long hair, silver armor, and yellow eyes.
While the second one would leave the young Peter in shock, due to his experience with some impostors who posed as him to commit crimes long ago.
The second person to accompany the white-haired old lady was someone in a suit that was very similar to the suit that Peter was wearing, only with noticeable differences.. The red and blue were lighter, the lenses of his mask were smaller and had a triangular shape. At the same time that he had a musculature just as marked as the adult in the silver armor.
“Peter Parker”, the adult in silver armor would say with a serious tone voice.
“Of the earth 1610”,the old woman would say with a serious tone but at the same time clam.
“We need to talk”, Both the old woman and the adult with a shoulder strap would say at the same time, while the young Peter belonging to the 1610 universe would look at them together with the person who wore a suit very similar to his, who would only look at him without saying a word.
Peter was a little nervous, but mostly confused, so he would say loudly the first thing that came to mind.
“What The FU-”, Peter would say holding his head with his two hands while he screams in confusion.
