Yoonji was making sure that the strings of her bass were tuned when an outrageous shriek made her lose concentration and look with strangeness at the owner of the scream.

Jin looked at her cell phone with red cheeks and panic in her eyes.

—she's here! She actually came! what do I do? What do I do?—

—you go open the door first of all— the mint-haired answered.

—I can't go alone! I'll mess up! besides this isn't even my house!—

—fine! I'll go with you as the owner of the house, but please stop screaming— Junko growled and stood up from her seat in front of the drums to accompany the purple-haired.

Hyeok and Yoonji waited there just for a few minutes when...

—what happened?— the red-haired asked once she saw Junko go down the stairs quickly, alone.

—she came with friends... One of her friends is Taehee—

—what do you mean she came with friends?— the mint-haired approached her— wait, and she came with Taehee?— she groaned.

Cool, now it would be two idiots in love.

—I don't know what happened. I went with Jin to open the door and when we did there was a brown-haired with glasses, Taehee, and a black-haired—

—and did you greet her?—

—of course not, Hyeok, I ran off immediately after I saw her—

—you ran...?—

—what more did you want me to do?—

—act like a normal person perhaps?—

—how the fuck do you expect me to be normal if...?!—

—here it is— Seojin's voice was heard and the steps of the four girls going down the stairs— here is where we... Do magic, if you want to call it like that— she laughed.

—'sup?— Junko murmured leaning against the nearest wall. Yoonji held back a laugh.

—they're my friends and bandmates; the red-haired one is Hyeok, our guitarist, the blue-haired one is Junko, our drummer, and the mint-haired is Yoonji, our bassist—

—It's a pleasure— Hyeok greeted with a shiny smile.

—girls, this is Namyeon— she pointed at the brown-haired— and these are her friends Taehee and Jimin— she respectively pointed to each.

And she saw her.

Yoonji saw the most beautiful girl she could ever see in her whole life. Her black hair fall down her back in small waves, her eyes were small and honey-toned, and her make-up was a pretty pale pink shade and a soft eyeliner, with tiny flowers of a darker pink around it. Her lips... Her lips were shining, they were pink and seemed soft and appetizing, fucking appetizing.

When she saw her, the black-haired smiled and waved at her, making Yoonji blush and return the greeting with a shy nod.

—well...— Jin murmured after the dense silence that formed with the intense gazings— I think it's time for rehearsal, isn't it?—

—rehearsal...— Yoonji mumbled, not remembering quite well the meaning of that word. When Junko hit her in the arm with subtlety she was able to come back to the real world— rehearsal! Of course... Which one do you want to sing?— she asked Seojin knowing that the purple-haired probably wanted to choose the song herself to impress the brown-haired girl.

—the cover— she answered sure of herself. Until now, they had three original songs and a cover of "Crazy", Aerosmith's song.

Yoonji complained for a whole week because it was the most romantic song they could choose from Aerosmith and, yes, her friends did it just to annoy her, but they actually did so well that they kept practicing it and presenting it.

The mint-haired kind of thanked Seojin wanted to sing that one.

They prepared themself quickly, took their instruments (three of them nervously), and after a deep breath... Junko started to play.

Jin started mumbling the first words in a deep but delicate voice. English was difficult for her without a doubt, but at the moment of singing everything becomes easier for her, that's why they did so well on this cover; they had to modify the velocity a little and the tone because Seojin's voice was a bit higher than Steven Tyler's, but her vocal ability was wide, especially because she specialized in rock, so she could do many of the techniques from the original song.

—Say you're leaving on a seven-thirty train and that you're heading out to Hollywood—she sang looking directly at the brown-haired in front of her— Girl, you've been givin' me that line so many times it kinda gets like feeling bad looks good, yeah—

Yoonji looked at the pretty black-haired directly. She was beautiful, stunningly beautiful, and... Cute...

She, in general, wasn't that into cute girls, she liked more the ones that could offer her a problem; those that she knew would never stay, the ones that show you a whole adventure, and then they go.

Yes, her love life was a disaster.

—That kinda loving turns a girl to a slave, that kinda loving sends a girl right to her grave—

Her gaze swept Jimin from head to toe and smiled.

I go crazy, crazy baby, I go crazy
You turn it on
Then you're gone
Yeah, you drive me crazy
Crazy, crazy for you baby

She looked into her eyes while chanting the word "crazy" with Junko.

What can I do, honey?
I feel like the color blue
You're packing up your stuff
And talking like it's tough
And trying to tell me that it's time to go, yeah!
But, I know you ain't wearin' nothing underneath that overcoat
And it's all a show, yeah!

And she looked at her while she played the chords she knew by memory.

That kinda loving
Makes me wanna pull down the shade, yeah!
That kinda loving, yeah
Now I'm never, never, never gonna be the same

Yoonji studied delicately every embarrassed expression, every quick look she dedicated her before lowering her eyes to the floor.

What can I do, honey?
I feel like the color blue
I'm losing my mind, girl
'Cause I'm going cra...

And she winked at the black-haired once she saw the blush grows on her cheeks, letting Hyeok make her solo.

I need your love, honey, yeah!
I need your love...

It was a minute later that the song finally ended, leaving the three guest girls completely impressed.

—that was amazing— Nam was the first one to flatter with small applause— you're fantastic, all of you... Especially you, Jinnie— she murmured the last thing with a cute blush, knowing that the eldest sang for her all time. Of course, she noticed it.

—you weren't bad...— Taehee mumbled— my favorite part was the voice. You sing very nice, Seojin— she smiled at her kindly— and you did great too, girls— she said looking at Hyeok and Yoonji, skipping Junko on purpose. When she got a discreet poke from Jimin she sighed— you too— the blonde said looking at the floor. Junko smiled.

That was something.

—I loved it too— Jimin said tucking her hair behind her ear, her eyes glued to the mint-haired— y'all are so talented—

—thank you— Hyeok smiled noticing the tension between the six girls— It's our pride, singing "crazy" is always fun—

—and do you have other songs?—

—yeah, we have three originals, but we still need to practice them more— the red-haired answered politely to Taehee.

Soon they took a break of ten minutes when Taehee, Hyeok, and Junko got into a conversation that Yoonji wasn't listening to or was interested on do so (even tho it was funny to see how the blonde and the blue-haired talked exclusively to Hyeok, whose was trying to answer as if she was on one normal conversation and not in two different ones), Namyeon and Seojin went to a secluded corner to talk about who-knows-what and...The only ones in silence were Jimin and her; the black-haired looked at her cell phone while she played a bit with the volume controls and tone of her bass.

—hey— a sudden voice was heard close to her and she looked a bit scared at Jimin, who was already sitting next to her with a big smile— Yoonji, right?—

—yes, exactly— she smiled— and you're Jimin—

—I am— Jimin returned the smile— umh... What were you doing?—

—I was just... Playing a bit with the tone— she answered and proved her point. Jimin looked fascinated.

—Do you know a lot about the electric bass? Have you played it for a long time?—

—since I was twelve— she smiled at the memory of her first time touching an electric bass.

Her life has always been surrounded by music since her father was a musician, so she knew how to play the guitar since she was a child, as well as the piano and, then, the bass. She plays other instruments too, well, for just seventeen years old she was some kind of musical genius.

Or at least that was what her lovely parents says to her.

—and you're seventeen, aren't you?— when she saw Yoonji nod she gasped— you've been playing the bass for five years—

—exactly— she laughed— I'm still learning actually—

—how is that possible? you've been five years learning—

—well, there's always something new to learn— she shrugged— it's exciting because you can never assure that you know "everything", you never get bored because there's always something new that you didn't know—

—that sounds so interesting, I've never played any instrument— she said touching her hands nervously— I've always wanted to learn, but the opportunity was never given—

—uh, why not?—

—I'm a bit shy, to be honest— she smiled— especially a year ago, so the idea of taking a class terrified me. I didn't have the money to buy any instruments and learn from the internet anyway and my parents... They didn't agree with me focusing on that... So, yeah...—

—sometimes those things happen— Yoonji laughed— I have a guitar here if you're interested... I could lend it to you so you can get a little familiar with it and see if you like it... A-Also it must be my keyboard somewhere, umh... I have a fiddle too, I-I...—

—I would love to— she smiled.

Yoonji nodded and stood up quickly, leaving the bass softly on its stand and bringing with her a pretty black acoustic guitar with golden details some minutes later.

—it's beautiful...— she smiled once she took it. Yoonji helped to hang the instrument on her shoulder.

—it is— she smiled— look, this is a six-string acoustic guitar, okay? to learn to play it the first thing you need to know is that this— she said taking her hand carefully and putting her thumb on top of the strings, then she made a soft pressure so the girl would lower her hand— is the simplest torn—

The girl seemed sincerely impressed by the sound it came from it.

—and then I must learn chords, right?— the mint-haired nodded.

—that's a bit more complicated, but with practice, you'll make it... If you want I could help you with...—

—Yoon— the red-haired interrupted with a guilty smile— I'm sorry for interrupting, but the rest is over—

—sure— she gave her a tight smile— umh, I gotta go... But you can keep seeing the guitar and all the instruments you want, there's no problem, most of them are mine—

—thanks— Jimin smiled sweetly when she saw the rude girl so nervous.

She had a feeling that something good would come out of there.

═══════════════════. ❀five months later✿ .═══════════════════

—Ji... Jiminnie!— Yoonji called with a scream, playing with the tongue piercing she got last year so she could hide it from her parents and teachers.

The black-haired smiled narrowing her pretty, shiny eyes and she made her way with her friends, who seemed confused.

During these five months, both girls didn't stop seeing each other; they spoke for a few minutes during breaks, they hug up after classes so Jimin could keep playing the guitar, and somedays, like today, Yoonji would scream at Jimin during lunch so they could eat together... With the rest of the girls.

—you're a loser— Junko mocked when she saw her friend so excited to see Jimin. Yoonji glared at her.

—Taehee comes with them, idiot—

—what?!— she asked and, overcome by panic, she started to fix her hair with her hands and to clean carefully the corner of her lips just in case there were traces of food.

They were in the cafeteria and she enjoyed eating exaggeratedly; she never worried how she would look in other's eyes because Taehee hated her, so the possibility of her approaching like now was null. The blonde's opinion was the only one that mattered to her, to be honest.

—y'all are so lesbian— the red-haired mocked eating a good piece of meat. Jin laughed.

—uh, you're a homophobic now?—

—of course not!—

—what you said sounded pretty lesbophobic to me, Hyeok— she scoffed raising an eyebrow. The girl growled.

—how could I if I like...—

—Yoonji— Jimin's sweet voice interrupted the fight— Hi... Can we sit?—

—of course— Yoonji smiled and moved her chair so Jimin could put another one beside hers.

The three girls settled, one of them reluctantly, and they started to eat their lunch in silence.

—that looks tasty— she said looking at the black-haired's dish whilst she put her hand on the back of the youngest's chair.

An advantage of spending so much time together was that Yoonji finally felt like herself again; she didn't get too nervous next to the black-haired (or at least now she could hide it) and she could flirt freely with her.

—oh, it is, my mom made it for me. Wanna try a bit?— she said smiling and taking a spoon of her food to hand it to Yoonji; the mint-haired opened her mouth and Jimin, with a big blush, fed the eldest.

The mint-haired loved how Jimin blushed. She made sure of making her blush a lot lately.

—mmh...— Yoonji savored with a smile— it's really delicious— she flattered looking at the black-haired.

—Mom will be happy knowing that you liked it— she said a bit embarrassed.

Yoonji couldn't waste the opportunity— invite me to dinner and I could say personally to your mother what divine creations she has— she bit her lip expecting that Jimin caught the indirect.

Of course, Jimin did it, because her immediate response was to look down and blush. The eldest smiled.

—oh, y'all are the girls from "Heaven's Door"— a girl with dark clothes interrupted the flirt attempt of the two girls— you'll indeed be presenting at a near bar next week?—

—it is— Yoonji smiled at the recognition— I suppose you'll go to see us, right?—

—of course! they say it's going to be full, but I'll make it to the first row to see you— she said leaning a bit on the table, looking at the mint-haired with special attention— will I have some special treatment for going to the same school?—

Yoonji laughed— I'll have to think about it—

—I'll wait for a positive response then...—

—thank you for listening to us!— Hyeook interrupted looking sideways at the black-haired shrunken in her place— it's an honor to be recognized by people of our school, if we see you at the presentation we could sign you something or invite you a drink— she smiled hoping that would sound enough of a good-bye for her to leave.

It did.

—s-sure... Thank you, you sound great— she said quickly before walking out. Yoonji looked at her friend with confusion.

—why did you kick her out?—

—it's rude to talk to someone with your mouth full— she fake-smiled at her— and many of us here have our mouths full, Yoon, so look around before talking that way with our potential fans—

The mint-haired looked at her still not understanding, feeling so much more confused when the black-haired got up with some aggressiveness.

—umh, I had a great time eating with you, but I'm afraid I'll have to go. I need to s-study and those things, so... Bye— it was a quick goodbye before all saw stupefied the speedy exit of the youngest.

—she's right, we have to study, so see you later— the blonde was next on standing up.

—what do we have to study? I thought we had the weekend free—

—you were wrong, we have to study, remember?— she looked at her friend almost threatening and then she took her food tray and the black-haired's— thank u for receiving us, we'll get going, bye!— she said goodbye making a sign to her friend and almost running out after.

Yoonji was conscious (unfortunately) of the quick glare Taehee gave her before leaving the place.

—did I provoke that?— she asked her friends nervously.

—if it wasn't obvious, yes— it was Junko who answered her question with a laugh.

Jimin was complicated. Very complicated.

For being so young, Yoonji had a life philosophy very marked; music was her priority, of course, but if she could enjoy the privileges of fame she would be happy with that.

The privileges of fame were having the girl she wanted without commitments or stormy emotions that could affect her number one priority.

Yes, fame also brought men, but she was openly lesbian and her attention would always go to pretty girls who didn't want something serious with her.

That's why the situation with Jimin overwhelmed her sometimes; it was obvious that the black-haired wanted something serious with her and maybe Yoonji wanted that too, but she didn't know how to behave! all of this was too new to her.

—I can't understand it, Yoon, do you like Jimin or do you want her for the same thing you had with the other girls?— Seojin asked genuinely curious.

—Uh... I don't know?— she said as a question. Her friends snorted— I truly don't know! this is too new for me, I've never been with someone that actually wanted something serious...—

—you have to be careful with the things you do if you want to keep Jimin close— Hyeok advised, putting a spoonful of food in her mouth before keep talking— that girl wants something serious with you and she mustn't be very amused to see you flirting with others in her face—

—I know that!— she growled— it's just... I like Jimin a lot, okay? And I think... I just think I might feel those shits... The ones with colors and wings... I can't remember the name...—

—butterflies—

—those fuckers. I think I feel those butterflies in me every time I see her, but I've never felt that before and I don't know how to act—

—maybe not flirting with other girls in front of her?— said the blue-haired. Yoonji rolled her eyes.

—thanks, Sherlock... I know I shouldn't flirt with other girls, I just don't know how to do that; I'm too used to behaving like that and I forget that Jimin doesn't feel the same things that the other girls I've been with— she complained putting a hand on her forehead and closing her eyes.

—you can always talk to her— the eldest advised— maybe if she knows that you want to try with her she'll be more understanding... But do it later, when she isn't that mad at you—

—you're right— she sighed— I'll try to do it—

═══════════════════. ❀~✿ .═══════════════════

—ugh!— Jimin shrieked kicking a small stone on the floor. They were in the schoolyard, waiting patiently for Jimin to feel a bit calmer after the little scene in the cafeteria.— I hate her! What did I get myself into? It's all Namu's fault!—

—mine?— the girl parted her lips indignantly— how in the world could this be my fault?—

—because of you I met Yoonji!— she pointed at her— if you hadn't asked us for help for your dumb date with Seojin in Junko's basement I wouldn't have met Yoonji and none of this would be happening— she crossed her arms and pouted.

—It isn't Namyeon's fault, Minnie— "Thank you," said the brown-haired immediately— It's Junko's fault!—

—In what world?— Jimin asked raising an eyebrow. Taehee rolled her eyes.

—the basement was hers, duh— she said as if it was something obvious.

—no...— the black-haired sighed— I know this is my fault... Nobody forced me to try something serious with a freakin' player— she murmured sitting on a bench. Her friends sat with her— it's just... I like that freakin' player too much— she groaned resting her head on the brown-haired's shoulder— I'm sad...— mumbled with a pout and tears flooding her eyes. Her friends hugged her tight.

—don't worry, Jiminnie, surely it was a mistake... It's obvious that she likes you, I don't think she wants others—

—besides, you're the irreplaceable Park Jimin, who would pick any other person over you?—

—Yoonji would— she said with a pout— it's so complicated with her...When we're alone it seems like she only has eyes for me, as if I was the most beautiful person in her eyes and she wouldn't stop taking my hands or caressing my face... Then we are with other girls besides you and it's like the spell faded—

—maybe she's a fuckgirl— Namyeon said pensively and frowning. Taehee cleared her throat.

—or she just doesn't know how to express herself in public— consoled the blonde— anyways, I think you two should have a serious talk—

—you're right— she agreed, raising her head from the brown-haired's shoulder— I'll do that—
