It's yet another day in New York. Though the avengers aren't currently present the residents of New York don't seem to notice or mind. The avengers, plus loki, are currently on another planet fighting some galactic threat.
But this story isn't about the avengers, at least not yet. We're currently located in Midtown high school in the middle of a class. "mister Parker could you read the next paragraph" the teacher says pointing to a barely attending Peter Parker. Peter stands up and begins reading, miraculously landing on the right sentence.
"Loki and Odin made a blood bond, making them blood brothers. Despite the fact loki was still part Jotünn he acted just like any other god and created relationships with the gods. Him and Thor, the God of thunder, became as close as brothers. He and frigga became as mother and son" he reads aloud before sitting back down. Flash visibly rolls his eyes, as if he knows more about the gods then the textbook.
"thank you Peter. Now that's all we have time for today, remember we're getting some very special guests next lesson so dress as your favorite God, they might see you" the teacher says smiling brightly. The class nods and hums in agreement as the bell rings and they all storm out of the classroom.
Abe, flash, Cindy and Betty form their group naturally and they start conversing. "I can't believe we're getting to meet Gods! I'm so going as hathor" Cindy spouts excitedly. "please you're not nearly pretty enough for that" Abe jokes holding in laughter. "oh well who're you going as then?" Cindy retaliates hoping to get an opportunity to hit him back. "Hestia" he says calmly. "pfffff you? Hestia? Please that'll be hilarious" Cindy bursts out laughing."anywho. Flash, Betty who're you guys going as?" Abe asks trying to ignore Cindy's obnoxiously loud laughing. "i'm going as hel!" Betty says smiling brightly. "loki probably" flash shrugs, he didn't care much about his costume and with loki he could get away with dressing up the least possible. Wel also he could get advise from the real deal.
"enough about this we're ging to be late" Betty says as she drags Cindy off to their class while flash and Abe walk to their next class together. They sit down next to each other and slowly chat as before shutting up once the teacher starts talking.
A while of the lesson goes on before Abe starts staring at flash. Quickly other naar by student join. "mister Thompson your necklace is glowing" the teacher says joining the students in looking at flash. Flash looks up surprised, he got used to the glowing a long time ago. "oh uhm sorry ma'am I didn't realize I pressed the glow button" he says as he taps the necklace twice, removing the overwhelming glow from the necklace. "alright to the lesson" as everyone went back to paying attention to the class.
School ends just about as quick as it starts. The kids flow out of the building and parents flow into the parking lot to pick up their little bastards. Cindy, Betty and flash all leave the building together as they're talking about how knows what. "well guys Gerald's gonna have my head if I have him wait for me any longer so see ya" he says as he steps away from the group and into one of his 'parents' cars.Once he's inside he presses his necklace twice again. "Hey" he says with a slight hint of concern. He doesn't usually get any calls during school. Did something happen? He was kind of worried. "ah child! Our deepest apologies for contacting you during school hours. There was a uhh situation at work" the sound rings through the necklace. Well that's terrifying. "so what happened?" flash asks confused and concerned.
"well we were in the heat of battle and I might've accidentally said 'oh dear please tell our son I love him' " the other person says. "and now they may or may not want to meet you" the necklace sounds. Flash sits there in shock. "the avengers want to meet ME?" he asks extremely confused. "well yes you're our son! Anyone should feel honored to meet you" the voice sounds confidently. "fine... When is it?" he asks with a deep sigh. "I believe it's in two days" the voice from beyond the necklace says. "that's the day before the God thing at school. Maybe I can ask mom for help with my costume then" he remarks "very well, we'll come pick you up" the necklace sounds before the glow disappears and flash is left in the silence of the car.
The car finally arrives at the large home flash resides in. He steps out of the car and steps inside, Gerald following closely behind. "hi Mari" he says ackwardly as he gives one of the house staff a small wave. "Hello sir Thompson" the heavily scarred woman replies found her best to smile. He steps into his room and simply collapses on his bed before checking he wouldn't hit George, his geko who he let's roam freely around his room. After laying down for a little too long he rolls around to be met with a geko in his face "hello george, I missed you too" he says as he picks the geko off his face and he pulls out his laptop.
"let us see what the media thinks loki laufeyson looks like" he says as he types in loki Laufeyson. Ignoring the million of articles about him he clicks on images. He sighs. It's only hypermasculine super (human) attractive men. "this is just so wrong. Even when they're feeling masculine they keep their form feminine" he says extremely dissapointed. "screw it i'm going realistic" he decides closing his laptop. "now let's get you to your cage" he says picking up George.
Meanwhile Peter Parker is doing his homework as he gets a call from Tony Stark. He frantically picks up "hi mister stark" he says his voice trembling. "woah kids calm down. I'm feeling you about pointbreak. You'll never guess it. He has a kid! He's bringing them to stark tower in two days. We want to invite you to join us during the meeting. Thor says he's a HUGE Spiderman fan" Tony explain very casually slightly chuckling. "wait Thor has a child?!" he asks extremely confused. "yeah! So you commin'?" he asks "I mean sure what time?" Peter asks. "right after school I'll get happy to pick you up" Tony says before hanging up. "wow... Thor... A child" peter says shocked.
Two days later it's the day. The avengers will meet thor's child. Peter is bouncing with excitement all day while flash is sweating the entire day. Happy came to the school to pick up Peter together with Thor, who insisted he picked up his own child, Tony didn't allow him to borrow any of his expensive cars so he ended up going in a very old, rundown car. They both step out once their parked. Luckily Thor was wearing somewhat of a disguise. "you know I can just pick your kid up. I'm sure they won't mind Peter" Happy says trying to stop your from embarrassing himself. "I told them i'd pick them up so I'll be picking them up" Thor says stubbornly. "your kid's loss" he says shrugging.
Flash leaves the building first. He rushes over to see his dad in a frankly ridiculous outfit. "hey kid, you can just drive with me, you don't need to embarrass yourself like that" Happy nudges towards Thor. "thanks" he says smiling as he gets into Happy's car. Thor, very upset, gets in his car and drives away to stark Tower.
Peter comes out a little later than Flash. He spots happy ends waves to him excitedly. "hello mister Happy" he gets with a bright smile. "hi Peter. Just FYI i'm taking another kiss to the tower too so be chill" he says before they both get in the car.
Peter and flash just kinda look at eachother nervously and confused. "so uhm why are you going to stark tower?" Peter asks trying to break the ackward silence. Flash breaks out in sweat. "oh just some meetings with uhm y'know a meeting with uhm some avengers, maybe even Ms. Potts. I didn't realy pay attention when they told me what it's about" he explains, fully lying. Peter nods, he very well knows flash is lying but doesn't want to tell him because well then it'd give away he's more than an intern. "oh cool!" he says trying to keep a bright smile. "i'm guessing you're going for your internship" flash says ackwardly. Peter nods in acknowledgment.
"yeah we've got to do some work with a few of the avengers, we'd do it with all of them but there's a meeting" Peter says smiling ackwardly. This time it's flash's turn to know Peter's lying. "oh cool! Uhm so do you know what you're gonna do?" he asks very confused but trying to not let it shine through. "oh yeah just some experiments and like uhm stuff" Peter replies too nervous to come up with any good lies. "cool" flash nods trying to not make anything obvious.
Meanwhile Happy is driving furiously rubbing his temples trying to understand why these kids keep lying. Luckily the ride to stark tower isn't a too far drive. Thor has already gone up to the other avengers in await for his child. Peter and flash basically jump out of the car. Happy however gets out like a normal person. "there's no rush, thompson you need to take that elevator, Parker that's yours" he says as he points to two different elevators.
They both quickly go to their respective ones. Flash's elevator simply goes to the living quarters, meanwhile Peter's takes a stop at 'his' room so he can change into costume. The moment the doors open Peter rushes to get into costume. He and Thor had arranged a little show for him to show up since his kid's such a big Spiderman fan."uhm hi" Peter manages to push something out of his throat. "uhm hi, i'm flash... Thompson well technically it's Lokisdotter but that doesn't matter" flash says somehow just as nervous as he is. "now spider take of that mask. Our son deserves to know who their favorite hero is eh?" he asks as he steps closer to the two of them. "I wouldn't do that" Tony remarks. "oh c'mon how bad can it be" before anyone can react Thor Janks Peter's mask of. Flash can only stare at him in shock. "I KNEW YOU WERE LYING" he eventually yells. "I KNEW YOU WERE LYING. WHY DID YOU LIE?" Peter asks very confused "OH BECAUSE I JUST TELL SOMEONE THAT I'M GOING TO MEET THE AVENGERS" neither of them know why they're yelling, they're surprisingly ecstatic about this. "hold up. YOU STOLE MY CAR" flash says a little less excited. "... Yeah I uhm kinda needed to track down the vulture" he says very nervously knowing he might have to pay for that car... It was expensive aswell. "you can swing can't you? Y'know what doesn't matter. You're lucky I don't like human means if transportation" he says odly threatningly. "human means? You mean your not human?" he asks kind of confused.
"you really don't pay attention in mythology class do you? Lokisdotter Parker. Loki doesn't have any regular human children" he explains in a very no shit way. "... Okay fine I might not pay attention in mythology class but then what are you?" Peter asks confused. This also peaked everyone else's intrests. "a furry" flash jokes. "okay no seriously i'm a fox. Kinda like fenrir except like... Normal sized. I just have these razor-sharp teeth that can tear through mountains" he says pulling his cheek back showing off his incredibly sharp fangs.
Practically everyone looks at his teeth in shock and amazement. "woah, I hope your weren't an ankle biter as a kid" Bruce comments only half joking. "one i'm technically still a child, especially in God years. Sadly I was... Mom's ankles are destroyed" he says chuckling ackwardly "he was a riot as a kid" Thor says rubbing flash's hair vigorously. "is this why you kept growling in middle sc-" Peter tries to say something but he's interrupted by flash "mention that again and I rip you in half Parker" he says in probably the most threatening way he's ever said anything. His fangs beginning to show and his iris beginning to become thinner. "understood" Peter nods. "good" he says now smiling again, his teeth and iris returning to normal.
"I see you've been listening to your sister advice about threatening people" loki says awfully proudly. "how could I not after those lectures" he says sarcastically. "that's actually really cool" Peter says in awe. "uhm thank you?" flash says kind of confused. "no he's right that was very well done. If I saw that on the job I'd be kind of threatened" Tony agrees whilst nodding. "that is something" Natasha says also nodding. "I only got half of that entire thing but it's nice to meet you flash" Clint says ackwardly. He should probably get new hearing aids since these ones are getting quite old and not working as well as they used to."it's very nice to meet you too" he says smiling brightly as he tries to stay calm. Somehow it hasn't really reached his head yet that he's in a room with the avengers. "uhm. Ya like jazz?" he asks nervously. Peter snickers at the joke. "I don't get it" Bruce says nervously. "you don't know the bee movie?" Peter asks in disbelief. "uhm no?" Bruce replies confused. "we need to watch the bee movie"
So they watch the bee movie. Flash and Peter laugh their asses off while the others are just confused. "on so a lady dated... A bee?" Natasha asks very confused once the movie was over. "correct" Peter nods. "why was it so wierd?" Bruce asks thoroughly confused. "because the producers were probably high while making it" flash answers. Never did he think that he would watch the bee movie with the avengers but he is.
"oh hey flash. Tomorrow's the god meeting right?" Peter asks looking over to flash, only getting a nod in response. "do you think we could do matching costumes?" Peter asks smiling brightly. Flash can only laugh "sure. I already have my costume. I'm going as mom or well loki" he explains. "then I'll go as Thor" Peter nods still smiling. "oh let us help with the costumes! We'll make them look just like us. People will freak when they see our matching fits. Right hon?" thor suggests, throwing his hand around Loki. "sure thing. C'mon we'll get started" loki replies as they leave to the elevator and the others join after them hurrily.
A long night and a lot of fabric later Peter and flash have picture perfect replicas of thor and loki's clothes. They're hardly even costumes seeing how well they're made. "people at school are gone flip when they see these" Peter says looking into the mirror. "I think my fangs actually work with this" flash says pulling back his cheek to reveal his no longer concealed fangs. "they do! Do you think other Gods'll recognise you?" Peter asks curiously. "I doubt it. I haven't met many. I don't even know if fenrir or jormund even count as gods so I have no clue if they'll be there" flash shrugs. "they're letting my take all my children. I'm be taking all of them. Well except you... And sleipnir. He's still getting hogged by Odin" loki explains. Peter nods excitedly "this is going to be so cool."
So the next day they're walking to school together. Dressed in costume and chatting away. Ned intercepts them "hey Peter... And flash" he says a little very confused. "hi ned! Nice costume" Peter says complementing Ned's costume. Ned's wearing a helmet of sekmeth (God of destruction) and some simple robes. "thanks. Your's is really cool too. Thor right?" Ned replies. "awh thanks Ned. But thank flash really. I wouldn't look this good without his help" Peter says gesturing to flash. "oh wow. He's loki right?" ned asks looking over at flash. "yeah. We went matching" flash explains with a meek wave.
As they enter the building nearly everyone is wearing their costumes. The meeting is in the gym so everyone is filling into the gym. They don't know how the gods will enter but they were told it would be impressive and grand. Flash, Peter, Ned, mj, Betty and Abe managed to sit in a kind of circle on the benches. Out of all of them flash and Peter are the most accurate but Betty's definitely the most extra. No one knows whether that's a good thing or not.
After a few minutes of waiting the principal heads up to the stadium. "dear Students. I'm glad to be announcing the arrival of the gods!" the principal says as he gets off the podium. And suddenly there's a bright flash of light. It leaves as quick as it came but now there's God's on the stadium. "hello children! We are the gods! Now let this feast begin" Thor announces before gesturing over to the group where Peter and forest are located. Flash presses a button on his phone and the music stars playing. He pre-recorded a bunch of remixes to play at the party.
Soon the lights change from the regular ones to purple ones. For some reason the scoop wanted to make this an actual party. The gods get off the stadium and the kids start flocking over to them. Thor and loki manage to push past the crowd and meet the group of teenagers. Hel, carrying her brother on her back gives a small wave towards her sibling. Fenrir is also there sitting next to his mother. Luckily Fenrir and jormundgandr can shrink down to normal size.
"hello children. You must be Betty, Cindy and Abraham. It's a pleasure meeting you." Thor says proudly. Abe and cindy just star at each other amazed. "you know us?" abe asks confused. "yes. Peter and flash have told us a lot about you" loki says smiling gently. "no wonder your costumes are so spot on" Cindy comments a little ackwardly. "Omgås du virkelig disse svake søster? (You really associate with these weaklings sister?)" hel comments crudely. "Ja det gjør jeg søster. De er mye morsommere enn deg(Yes I do sister. They Are much more fun than you)" flash replies with an identical attitude. Fenrir barks something that turns some heads. Hel looks offended and flash shocked. Even Betty is shocked, which is rare. "Fenrir calm down. No need to be rude" loki says equaly as shocked as the others. Fenrir barks again abs everyone returns to their normal posture.
"what did he say?" Peter asks extremely confused. "something we literally can't repeat... Like the words don't exist in English and if they did it'd be slurs" flash explains. Peter's eyebrows scrunch up in disgust. "now i'm glad I don't speak wolf" Peter says nodding disturbedly. "you know what why don't you kids go meet some other gods and we go meet some other kids" Thor days trying to lighten the mood. They all now and walk off in different directions.
The good greeting goes over in a whim and out was surprisingly fun. Especially when fish actually got on the dj table, he knows how to rile up crowds. Eventually the day ends in laughter and joy. And the only thing that was certain was that flash was thankfull he went to meet the avengers.
