“They're done sir, the anti-magic technology has been installed,” The red android said as tony smiled, he had managed to restore his perfect ain Jarvis and get rid of vision with a simple reboot.
“So Jarvis, what is the status of them,” Tony asked his son with venom in his tone when he said them.
“It seems the traitor T’Challa has managed to get those Traitors pardoned sir. They will most likely come here since they are penniless leaches” Jarvis replied. Making Tony smirk.
“They can try this compound isn't part of American soil anymore since I sold it to the Accords committee,” Tony said as he drank from his bottle of coca cola.
“Sir they have arrived,” Jarvis said as tony and Jarvis turned to the door.
Tony turned around to find himself confronting the traitors known as Rogers. Maximoff. Romanov, and Barton. ‘It seems like Willson was clever enough to know not to come here.’ Tony thought.
"Well, well," Tony said. "What are you assholes doing here?" Tony silently alerted Rhodey to the situation.
Steve looked at tony. "Tony— you need to listen…"
“Listen here stark every thing is gonna go the way we want it your gonna obey us ”Wanda growled. Clint ready his knives hidden under his arms.
"Guys," Steve said, calming them down as turned towards Tony. "Tony. We wanted you to be the first to know. King T'Challa has been in secret talks with President Ellis. He's granting us all a pardon."
“A pardon huh? Is the great Rogers admitting he is wrong?” Tony mocked.
“You don't want to do this stark, your ego is …” Natasha was cut off.
“Shut the hell up you red room slut your ego is bigger than Jupiter” tony snarls
Tony turns to rogers. "And back to you rogers the traitorous King is doing what? What's the point? You barely broke any US laws. Well, except for witch bitch here." He pointed to Wanda. "and guess what Jarvis will be happy to pursue legal action against her for that."
“What do you mean Jarvis, his name is vision,” Wanda said but was cut off by an angry Clint who clenched his fists and stepped forward. "That doesn't matter. We're home now. I'm going home."
"Oh, are you now?" Tony asked, amusement coloring his tone.
“Are you really sure about that,” Tony said with a mocking smirk. ‘Just wait till you find out about what your actions caused.’ Tony thought.
“What do you mean?” Clint yelled his heart beating faster and faster with each passing second. His fear for his family rising.
“Friday load up footage 502,” Tony said as he said that the footage loaded up.
“LILA, COOPER, NATE, LAURA NO!!!!!” Clint yelled as he watched Ross and his man rain fire on his family killing them. Laura managed to hold them off for a bit but in the end, they were killed when she was overpowered.
“Let me tell you something, I heard they tried calling you for help but since you were busy doing god knows what to the witch while they were dying,” Tony said making a sexual reference.
“DAMN YOU, STARK! FUCK YOU! WHY DIDNT YOU HELP THEM!” Clint yelled. his bow then formed but blew up and the magnetic roof pulled all his and his team's weapon up towards it disarming them.
“YOU MONSTER YOU LET THEM DIE! YOU MIGHT HAVE DISARMED CLINT BUT TRY TAKING AWAY MY WEAPON!” yelled wanda as her eyes glowed red but she collapsed to the floor holding out pain.
“You like that Hydra Whore, I call it Anti Magic Tech, it's been installed everywhere in Europe and accords sanctioned countries. But that's not all” Tony said sadistically as he walked towards her while she was on her knees her body damaged from taking in what was essentially poison to it. “Remember this,” Tony said as wanda tried to back away when she saw tony put the collar of her nightmare around her.
“Stop right there monster you can't do this” Steve yelled as he advanced along with Natasha but tony just hummed and several iron man suits flew down grabbing and restraining them. ‘What's going on why can't I move I managed to beat him once’ cap thought not knowing that the suit tony used in Siberia was not a full combat suit just a test.
"Tony, be reasonable, The president himself gave us the all-clear. I know you've got pull, but it doesn't go that high. So release us and make it up to the Clint for not protecting and getting his parents killed" Natasha said calmly but tony sensed murderous intent, he knew she was mad, and that quite honestly gave him pleasure after Siberia he had changed he took pleasure in torturing all who had hurt. It started with him paying Justin Hammers a visit in prison the things he did to him. Scarred even the prison guard but with his money and influence he got away scot-free.
“Your joking right? Even ultron wasnt this stupid Romanoff and he thought peace in our time meant wiping out humanity. Just because your pardoned doesn't mean you can stay on my private property” Tony said in a condescending tone.
"The president seems to believe he has a way around that," Natasha said with a smirk but that died when tony smiled back at her.
"Oh, does he Now? Well, I guess it was a brilliant idea for me to sell the Compound to the Accords Committee."
"What?" The rogues shouted. Yes, even wanda shouted and she was still on the ground clutching her heart.
"It's true, The papers were finalized two days ago," Jarvis said.
“Vision why are you supporting stark instead of me I thought we had…” Wanda was cut off by a slap to the face that her flying into the kitchen.
“I'm not the failure that betrayed sir, I am Jarvis” Jarvis replied making the rogue's eyes widen.
“Tony what have you done!” Steve yelled making tony laugh.
“I got rid of the trash and restore perfection” Tony stated.
“You killed vision your ai,” Natasha said trying to guilt tony.
“No, I fixed Jarvis,” Tony said.
“Vision no! No! NO!” wanda yelled crying as her eyes started to glow red but then she let out a scream as blood started to leak from her mouth, eyes, and ears.
“WANDA, WANDA, WANDA, TONY LET US GO SHE IS GOING TO DIE” Steve yelled as they tried to dash towards her but the legionnaires held them.
“Friday plays footage 1999,” Tony said as wanda eyes glowed even more making her bleed more when she heard the year her parents die. Tony smiled sadistically his plan to punish her for using her powers was working.
“What are you doing tony? This isn't you no matter what happened before you've never done this! You never took your pain out on anyone or tortured them!” yelled out Natasha.
“You happened! Now stand there and look ugly, the real fun begins now,” Tony said as the entire room was covered in a hologram that simulated wanda’s parent's house falling on her. Her parent's dead body lying at her feet, Wanda's body glowed red as her arms burst off her body making her scream out in pain as blood spewed out.
“Aaarrrggghhh!” wanda screamed out in pain. “Make it stop!” she yelled. Tony watched with pleasure as she cried and struggled but couldn't do anything. Tony heard other avengers yelling things like “Stop!”, “she has already suffered enough!”, “Your nothing like Howard!” Tony was not gonna lie that one pissed him off since rogers showed little regard for Howard in Siberia and now all of a sudden he has the audacity to act like he knew Howard's character.
“Now play 2015,” Tony said as a hologram appeared in wanda’s nightmare and showed Pietro's death on repeat but tony made Pietro say “it's all your fault wanda if you had just listened I would be alive” Tony laughed as he saw the red glow darker and blood burst from her legs she once again howled out in pain and started to cry. Tony nodded at Jarvis who used fire to cauterize her wounds. The illusions faded and wanda fell unconscious.
The avengers stared in horror. “Monster” rogers said as tony laughed at that. “That's quite hypocritical of you rogers you forgave the bitch for doing the same to me,” Tony said.
“Tony how could you,” Natasha asked with fear in her eyes. Tony laughed at her. “What Romanoff you haven't heard of karma. You what they say what goes around comes around and she mind raped so I mind fucked her back” Tony said as he watched the rogues try to break free. He saw the anger in the hydra sympathizer's faces.
“Let me go tony, let's do this man-to-man” Rogers yelled making tony laugh. “Now now rogers why would I stark waste time on a street rat who my father took pity on? A man whose body is the result of a drug. A man who hasn't earned anything he had. A man who is more spoiled than me and had everything handed down and guess what I'm a billionaire” Tony said with disgust making steve rogers flinch. “Plus I don't see a man I see a stark weapon gone rogue” tony mocked.
“I will kill you for Wanda, for Pietro, for my family!” Clint yelled as he struggled to move from the grip of the iron legion. “Pathetic, who decided to add you to a team of superheroes anyways you were just a man with a good aim. Even Dum-E can do what you can” Tony mocked.
“Were?” Clint questioned before he yelled out in pain when the iron legion fingers pierce his eyes and ripped them out blinding him and then proceed to snap clint’s arms off. With a nod from Tony Jarvis once again cauterized the wounds clint had.
“Clint!” Natasha yelled as she struggled to try to get to him but the iron legion tightened its grip on her making her scream out in pain. “Let me go, Stark! Tell them to let me go now!” Natasha begged desperately making tony smirk this is how it should have been her begging her better for the right to move.
“Tony stops this right now!” Steve yelled as he tried to move but couldn't. “Now, now wait your turn. You know what they say good things come to those who wait” Tony said before turning to barton. “Remember what you said about rhodey’s back in your cell where you belonged,” Tony asked.
“Fuck you, if you think I'm gonna apologize for that you're more delusional than I thought stark!” Clint roared out with pain and anger.
“I don't want you to apologize it's not like I would accept it. Im past forgetting and forgiving” Tony said.
“What about it then stark” Clint yelled out in pain and anger.
“Well like I said to wanda what goes around comes around. You made fun of rhodey’s breaking his back and so did your precious little Natasha so I think it should be fun for you both to watch each other's back be broken” Tony said as he gave the order the iron legion threw them both to the ground and started to slowly beat them until their back was unrecoverable. They screamed out in pain.
Tony then walked over to Clint before knocking him out. He then lift Natasha by the chin and motioned for the iron legion to hold the paralyzed assassin so that she was facing him. “Perhaps if you kept your ego in check you wouldn't have come here and your back would be fine,” Tony said before he punched her face breaking her nose and her skull. She fell to the ground slump.
“How?” rogers questioned even with his serum he wasnt that strong. Tony turned to him with a smile. “It's simple really my extremis is better than your weak serum,” Tony said as the illusion disappeared to reveal a tony that looked about 25. Tony ignited his hand. “And I have firepowers”
“How can you do this they, no we were your family?” Rogers asked with fear as tony walked to him. Tony laughed. “My family you, them? Are you crazy? Do you have any brain cells? I wasnt your family I like you were using you lot, to make sure the world was safe but when you turned into a threat I stopped seeing you as allies and as threats. You know I don't like ross but I have to agree with ross that You, Barnes, and maximoff are threats that need to be imprisoned. You think you are above the law just because some idiot said you were a good person, hydra’s weapon follows you like a dog and the witch bitch is and always will be hydra. She purposely killed innocent people and took pleasure in it just to get revenge that's not avengers material.” Tony stated as he pulled out an injection.
Steve took a step back as he looked at the injection with fear and distrust “what's that stark?” steve asked. “Oh, this? This little thing is my own creation its called the anti serum its purpose is to revert you to your true, ugly, weak, and disgusting self.” Tony said.
“Get that thing away from me” Steve yelled trying to get back but could move. “Get off me” Steve screamed trying to get the legion off so he can get away. “No no no!” Steve cried as tony got closer, he tried to struggle but starks bots were strong. Tony jabbed it into his arm and he screamed out in pain as blood rushed out of his body. Gas came off him. When the blood and gas disappeared standing in front of tony was something so horrendous he wanted to puke.
Ugly Rogers had returned. Tony puked on him. “Holy shit you were ugly no wonder you were bullied. No wonder your parents died. They were probably trying to get away from you” Tony said horrified at the sight of rogers. “Friday knock him out I don't want to touch him, I might catch and weak from him,” Tony said as the iron legion punched him clean out.
“What now sir/boss,” Jarvis and Friday asked.
”Prepare the quinjet we need to get that ugly piece of shit out of here and then burn this compound to the ground.” tony said.
A few hours later
Tony sat on the quinjet looking at the enhanced cells. Then one by one the rogues got up. Well, apart from the spies they were strapped onto the wall with chains.

“Rise and shine we are currently heading to your new home Tartarus a prison I designed just for you,” tony said. The rogues turned and looked at him with fear, pain, and hatred. Natasha looked and noticed steve she puked at the sight of him
“Eww steve what the hell happened to you,” she said her face facing steve so she couldn't stop looking at the person that even a mother could not love. She shut her eyes as wanda turned to look at the sight of rogers, and she puked.
“Why is he so ugly? My eyes! My eyes!” wanda yelled in pain and disgust.
“He removed my serum” steve stuttered out depressed. His self-esteem lowered at tony and the other's remarks and disgust towards his true self.
“Where are you taking us stark? What are you going to be like ross and illegally confine us?” Natasha yelled.
“I'm taking you to the authorities for trespassing,” Tony said.
"There's no point to this stark, You have to turn us over to the police, and they'll just release us," Steve said. Making tony laugh.
“Who said we are going to the American authorities you trespassed on land owned by the accords committee? So, guess what? You were on Nigerian soil.” tony said.
Steve looked at him defiantly. Which made Romanoff and maximoff puke. That look did not suit someone like him anymore it was like an ugly worm trying to stand up to a handsome lion. “So what? The president will never let you—"
"Steve," Natasha said through gritted teeth. "They don't need to hand us over, and they don't even need extradition papers. Tony is taking us straight to the Nigerian authorities. There is no American involved with this process. So no president Elis helping us." she said.
“It seems like your learning your place Romanoff. Too bad you learned it too late” tony mocked making her shoot a glare at him. “Also rogers why do you think the president will save you when you look like that? Because of the anti-serum, you have no worth your not special anymore” tony mocked.
At tarturus
Tony had delivered them to his prison after debriefing Nigeria who had approved it.
A few hours later screams and crying were heard. Tony smirked he didnt name it Tartarus for no reason. The cells were custom-made with barf technology it was personal hell for them. Wanda’s cell had her trapped in her parent's collapsed house, her parents' dead bodies beside her while she watched her parents and brother's death over and over. Tony also had heavy objects dropped on her to simulate her being crushed. Her mind was the first to break.
Romanoff’s cell was the red room. She will watch her sister Yelena dance and dance for her whole remaining life and also she will be watching the kills she committed for KGB, Red Room S.H.E.I.L.D, and Hydra. The kills were generated using the data used from the data dump she did. While her ego was mocked by her red room masters. Her mind was the third to break.
Barton watched his family be killed by ross’s soldier over and over. He also saw the kills he did under mind control. His mind was the second to break.
Rogers's cell had Peggy carter and agent dan Sousa kissing. While showing the adult scene. It also showed hydra controlling Barnes. Steve also watched all the people he had killed. He also saw tony kill Barnes over and over Steve was the 4th to break.
At the compound
Tony had arrived home after watching the torture of the rogues he sat down and relaxed on his chair. “So sir I see all went well,” Jarvis said.
“Yes, Jarvis it did,” Tony said with a smile as he looked at the screen and saw president Elis being sacrificed by the new united states president a captain America hater and iron man loyalist to save the united state's face.
“Boss you have a call,” Friday says.
“Who is it fri” tony asked.
“The worthless king boss” Friday responded. Tony sighed as he picked it up.
“Hey, hydra supporter how can I help,” tony said with disrespect.
“Mr stark how can you do that to my soldiers” he yelled.
“What on earth could you mean,” tony asked mockingly making the king get mad.
“I mean your iron legion killed my Dora Milaje” T’challa yelled making tony take the phone off his ear.
“Firstly you little shit don't ever yell at me and secondly did you really think you can break into my prison that was sanctioned by the U.N. But I have to thank you for sending me vibranium with this much of it I compare it to my starkium and test on both,” Tonys said. Making t’challa mad. Tony smiled. He liked it when he pissed him off the so-called king of the failed nation was such a spoiled bastard. Well failed after tony started selling starkbranium
“You will return the vibranium you scavenged from them,” said t’challa.
“Or what hmm, what will you do? Are you forgetting I made anti-Wakanda weapons I know Shuri told you? my device heard the conversation and the fear your people had when I was demonstrating starkbranium nukes and vibranium rippers?” Tony mocked making him shut up.
“I am sorry mr stark. I will not oppose you again” t’challa said with fear.
“Yeah, it would be best if you didnt. I don’t want to use them but if you want to send your people out to die by trying to break those traitors out then I will respond with everything I have” tony threatened.
