America gasped, looking up at the student who pushed her against the wall- headfirst. “What is your problem!?” she hissed, and the sorcerer-in-learning huffed. “It´s your fault! It´s your fault, that my brother is dead!” she hissed, and America blinked.

Ah. Right. The scarlet witch. That happened.

She winced. “I´m so sorry-” she started but was cut off as she got punched square in the face, making her fall onto her butt, next to the wall. Before she could talk, the wall beside her opened, she got pushed inside, and the last thing she heard before the wall closed, was “You deserve this”

And then she was alone. In the wall. With barely enough space to breathe.

“Have you seen America?” Wong asked one of his students. Like everyone before, they haven´t seen her either.

He sighed.

Guess he had to call in the big guns.

“What do you mean she´s missing?” A very mad Strange asked, glaring at the man opposite of him. “No one has seen her in five hours” Wong said, and Stephen snarled silently. “Where was she last seen?” he immediately asked, and Wong told him everything he knew.

Which wasn´t much.

“Okay. Okay, so- wait. You said that she left with that- that girl?” Wong nodded. “With Fang” he confirmed. Stephen frowned. “Do you know where she is?” Wong shook his head, a frown slowly forming on his face. “She left the school… four hours ago”

They stared at each other for a few seconds, before quickly storming down the halls.

America gasped, trying to get in air. She needed more air. She needed water. She needed food.

God, her metabolism is fucking with her right now.

A soft groan escaped her as the concrete pushed against a wound she got after she fell on the ground a few days ago. America tried to use her powers, but it seemed like the lack of space also meant lack of powers.

She could only hope Stephen would find her soon.

“Fang. You will tell us where America is” Strange demanded, looking down at the girl who was tied up with spells. She just glared up at them.

“That bitch is just getting what she deserves, she killed my brother!” she snarled, and Strange´s face darkened. The spells tightened. “You´ll find her when she´s dead. Not before” the girl hissed, and Strange felt himself grow angrier with the second.

He would get an answer out of her. Even if it was the last thing, he would do in his pathetic excuse he calls life.

She´s in the walls!” Fang screamed, as the spells dug into her skin, just enough to make her bleed and to make it hurt, but not enough to kill her. She broke.

As soon as she got released, she collapsed, but the two sorcerers didn´t even spare her another glance before they rushed back to Kamar-taj, leaving the girl there to die.

America felt herself grow weaker with the second. She barely managed to breathe anymore. She was going to die here. “Stephen…” she croaked out, her voice not even a whisper. Her eyes closed, and the last thing she felt was the wall leaving her body.

***

America!” Stephen exclaimed, catching his mentee as she fell forward. He quickly laid her down onto the floor before checking she was breathing.

He almost sobbed in relief when he felt the small, shallow breaths coming out of her mouth, and when he saw her chest slowly rise and fall. “Is she…?” Wong gently whispered, and Stephen gave him a small, thankful smile. “She´s alive”

And he´d be damned if she was anything else.
