Girl
"So Scott, who's the girl in the relationship between you and Hank?" Luis asked one day as he and Scott were having lunch together at the office.
Their colleagues were out as it was just the both of them. Scott choked on his drink as it went the wrong way and was coughing.
"Wait, what?" He asked, looking at him.
"You and Hank: Who's the girl?" Luis asked.
"Why asked about that, man?"
There was silence between the two as you could hear the traffic outside.
"My boyfriend says that I'm the girl in our relationship, and I wanted to know if you were the one," Luis explained.
"Wait, boyfriend? I didn't know you were gay," Scott said, surprised.
"Bisexual, actually," Luis said, "we've been together for two months."
"Congrats, man," Scott said with a smile, making Luis smile in return. "Which one of you is older?" He asked.
"I am. Why?"
"Cause I'm the girl in the relationship since Hank's older," Scott explained.
Another silence, but it lasted only a few seconds. "Really?" Luis asked, surprised.
"Yeah."
"Excuse me, Scott, but I need to call my boyfriend really quick," Luis said, grabbing his phone and dashing out the door.
"Wait, Luis!!!"
It was already too late as Luis was out of earshot, making Scott groan.
"Shit."
-----------
"You did what?!" Hank asked, surprised looking at Scott.
Scott fidgeted as he told Hank on what he had done earlier again.
"Are you an idiot?!" Hank asked as Scott looked at Hank, who was standing in front of him, with his arms crossed and an angry expression on his face.
"Yes, I am," Scott said with no hesitation.
"Scott, being a girl in a relationship between two males doesn't mean it's the younger one. For Christ sake, I can be the girl if I wanted to," Hank said, annoyed.
"Would you be?" Scott asked.
"If I'm in a playful mood, yes. But right now, I'm not. Have you tried calling Luis?" Hank asked.
"Yes, and it just goes straight to voicemail," Scott said worriedly.
"Have you tried going to his apartment?"
"Actually, no. I was in a panicky mode that I didn't realize," Scott said.
Hank sighed, "Go to his apartment and apologize, Scott."
"Yes, Daddy."
----------
When Scott returned, his face was flushed with red.
"I take it everything is alright?" Hank asked who was near the stove and cooking dinner.
"No."
"What happened this time?" Hank asked as he seasoned the steaks.
Scott told him from beginning to end. Once he was done, Hank was staring at him dumbfounded.
"You used my suit?!"
"I had to! What if Luis was in trouble?" Scott asked unhappily.
"Did he look like he was in trouble?!!!"
Scott flushed, "I didn't realize it after I startled them in the bedroom," he said.
"Where's the suit, Scott?" Hank asked.
"In my pocket."
"Good, after dinner, it's your punishment."
"Yes, sir."
