“Don't bullshit me, Rogers! Did you know?” Tony asked rage evident in his eyes
“Yes.” Steve uncaringly replied. Tony was about to punch steve but stopped suddenly.
“Boss it wasn’t James Barnes's fault bring them in. instead of making steve suffer by killing his friend. Make him suffer by exposing him as the fraud he is. I have recorded everything”Friday said.
Tony thought about it that is the most reasonable way to make rogers suffer his aunt peggy and uncles of the howling commandos told him how steve wanted to be a hero more than anything to expose him as a fraud would destroy him.
“Friday use the sonic taser” Tony demanded, happy that he took that from stane and added it to mark 47.
“On it boss” she replied. A taser appeared and sound waves enter the area everyone apart from tony was paralysed. Tony walked over to the stolen quinjet and brought out starkbrainum cuffs.
“Steve Rogers, James Barnes you are under arrest for murder and aiding hydra. Anything you try to say will be used against you neo nazi” Tony said as he dragged them into the quinjet and put them in hulk proof glass prison cells.
After a bit steve regained his body “let us go tony, bucky is innocent” Steve yelled. Tony pressed a button and the cuffs shocked him making him fall screaming in pain.
“Hydra’s fist may or may not be innocent that’s for the jury to decide but you Mr Rogers have confessed to the crimes of obstruction of justice which my lawyers who are like sharks will be able to convince the jury to up the crime to aiding and abetting hydra a known terrorist group” tony replied with a hateful tone.
“Tony please think about this calmly. I know what I did was wrong. I purposely did hide your parent's murder but I didn’t know you wouldn't kill him” Steve replied before another few volts of electricity attacked him.
“I don't care! You are going away for good. You hear that Captain hydra! Let me tell you something Rogers I was coming to agree with you that accords need to be changed you can even ask your fuck buddy Willson when you are sharing a cell with him that I apologised and admitted I was wrong but seems like I was wrong again.
You said the safest hand are yours but who’s going to keep you in check from lying and covering up deaths for hydra again? For god sake, you covered up wanda and bruce’s involvement in ultron and let me take the fall while I admit I was wrong, both of them were just as guilty.
Let's not forget wanda was even more guilty than me while I played with something I should not have and accidentally released ultron. Back to wanda, she not only did that but also helped ultron get the material required to destroy sokovia. She also launched poor bruce on innocent people. In conclusion, because of your actions based on today and before this war, I’m leaning back to the accords they might not be perfect but with enough media coverage, something can be done to change them. Tony was nearing the raft. He saw T’challa’s quinjet he had the sonic taser ready. “This is the raft control centreIdentity yourself,”A voice came from the speakers of the quinjet.
“This is Stark, Ross I come bearing gifts to criminal super soldiers with evidence to convince the jury Steve Rogers is Hydra,” Tony replied. The raft opened up. And tony landed. T’challa was the first to greet Tony.
“Mr stark they are innocent of my father's death you must release them,” T’challa said. Tony looked at him with rage in his eyes.
“If you don't back T’challa I will expose Wakanda and vibrainum to the world. What do you think will happen when the nuke-crazy countries find out Wakanda is aiding hydra? Especially since they want your resources. You have no power here I have already reverse-engineered your precious vibranium and can sell it for cheaper than you can. If you want to repent for Barnes hire him a lawyer but if I even detect a single bit of vibranium near them unofficially I will set off my personal Starkbrainum nukes on (2 39'30.19" S ; 29 0'29.36" E)” Tony said with a rage-filled smile. T’challa’s eyes widened.
“How do you know the location of the golden city we have plenty of dummy cities for decoys,” asked t’challa.
“Klaue told ultron, Friday hacked ultron and learned everything he did. Now are we at an agreement or do I have to do something I don’t want to” Tony asked.
“I swear on bast, i or Wakanda will not intervene, to help steve rogers, James Barnes and his group.” t’challa said with fear. Tony smirked this king has learned not to mess with him.
Tony took the prisoners to the cells where he was met with screams of rage.
“I trusted you” Sam yelled.
“Fugures hank did say not to trust a stark, You starks steal tech like the pym particles,” Scott said.
“I warned you to watch your back but you sold yourself out to save yours, Nat was right you are not a team player” barton yelled.
Wanda was braindead like last time.
“Oh really Willson did you think I wouldn't find out the truth did you think that you can make me promise to go there as a friend and find out the truth and just accept it” Tony yelled. Sam stayed quiet.
“So you find out that steve hid, he did it to protect his friend that’s called loyalty stark. Damn, it stark learn to forgive ” Willson yelled in a fearful tone knowing that he nat and steve were fucked. They wouldn't get a life sentence for covering up that many murders.
“What do you mean sam” Clint asked.
“Oh don't you worry barton, by the way, I am a team player barton just for people I like and care about? Just wait useless you will find out why I did what I did at Rogers's trial” tony yelled.
“And you person who I don’t know. I don't give a shit what hank pym says he is a CEO of a failing company that hadn’t had any breakthroughs since the 1900s. The old fuck is probably jealous I am better than him in every way. I heard my dad throw him out from my aunt” Tony said making scott mad.
“How dare you” Scott yelled but tony ignored he had no time for some no-name hero. Even his protegee had a better reputation than this superhero wannabe.
Tony eventually had ross thrown out of both the accords and the sectary of states position and had rhodey take his position by threatening to release ross’s wrongdoings to the media. He also had some accords policy changes like no trials, blood samples and chipping of enhanced.
Tony was currently sitting in court he had just testified to his lawyer's claims of rogers being a hydra implant. He had found some interesting footage in his tower of Steve rogers saying “hail hydra in the elevator during the 2012 invasion.” (yes the footage of endgame 2023 steve daying hail hydra) he had also sown the Siberia footage of steve admitting cover Howard and his mum's death. The jury was horrified at being tricked and so was tiny he couldn't believe he worked with a hydra implant this entire time.
“Guilty” tony tuned back in the entire jury had judged him guilty and he would be de-serumed and have life in prison. Tony and the rest of the victims of steve rogers got up from their seats happy that justice had been delivered.
Tony smiled as went walked home and celebrated sex with pepper. In the following days, tony from tv as hydra’s falcon sam willson was also convicted because in the raft tony had got footage of sam somewhat admitting to knowing about steve Rogers's covering up death for hydra. The next was wanda who was death-sentenced she was too dangerous to keep around. After that was clint barton who got 40 years in prison. Then was scott lang who was sentenced to 10 years and banned from seeing his daughter.
Tony also used the footage of scott lang talking about hank pym, to sue pym tech and hank pym for bankruptcy. He was now the legal owner of the wasp and Antman suit as well as the newly dubbed stark particles formerly known as pym particles.
With Natasha
Natasha was running clothes ripped as shield agents chased her gear and stark armour blew up as solemn as they got near. This was obviously a coordinated assault. She ran into a dead end and got tased.
“Damn stark’s ego if it wants for him I would be living like a queen and these lesser lifeforms would be servicing me the legendary back widow” Natasha yelled.
“Well well well the spider is surrounded what do say we torture her before turning her into general James rhodes and the accords,” said an agent as the others agreed. Screams of Natasha filled the area but nobody cared,
With steve
Steve sat crying he was once again ugly and weak he had been beaten by the prisoners aka hydra agents in the same cell. They tortured him. Sam was the person he feared he was obsessed with steve and always took the opportunity when steve dropped the soap.
Years later
Steve heard from the guards the alien returned. Steve boldly claimed “he will save the world and be a hero again” making the guards laugh.
“You how you skinny ugly and weak. Actually, we might win with you. You should just shop your ugliness you will force Thanos to commit suicide. BTW you're going to be in the same bathroom as sam willson” said the guards.
Steve look fearful when he heard sam. But push it aside they will call him. Steev knew it he was captain america tony would make a new serum and steve will be strong again he will kill sam for doing what sam did to steve when steve accidentally dropped the soap.
A few hours later
The guard walked in steve was standing ready to fight. “What do you want?” they asked.
“I am ready to save the world. I am ready to once again lead the avengers to victory” steve yelled making the guards laugh.
“Diot stark used his nanoparticles to wound Thanos and thor and doctor strange held him down while stark sent nanoparticles into Thanos using the wound and had them expand and ripping him from the inside out. Warmachine lead the avengers to victory while being assisted by captain marvel. You have been replaced James Barnes is the new winter captain.” the guards said.
Steve should there shocked. Bucky his bucky stole his dream. He had been replaced. He is not a hero.
Steve that night cried himself to sleep in his cell.
