Peter Parker wakes on what had been the battlefield. People on both sides were starting to wake up confused about where they were and what was going on. Steven Strange the weird wizard guy had stood up on a piece of rubble and was beckoning people over. Both sides went over. Stephen had a very resigned look on his face and while one hand beckoned the other hand was massaging his temples. This was going to be interesting.
“Ok, now I know we all want to know what is going on and I’ll try to explain this as…simply as I can.” He looked like at this moment he was dreading his existence “What was meant to happen was we were all meant to be trapped in a sort of limbo inside the soul stone not aware of what was going on, but well it seems the soul stone wasn’t happy with that plan and has worked in tandem with the other stones to basically duplicate the universe and all the people who were snapped are now in this universe, I’m going to see if we can contact the original universe, but I doubt it. It seems we now need to work together to get this universe started.”

James Barnes stood looking down at the head of fluffy brown hair and the puppy dog eyes of Peter Parker. He had not seen his face during either of the fights. He was just a kid. Welp. He now had a new Steve, a very cute Steve named Peter that was all his. No Sam you cannot share my Peter, He is mine. Peter was perfectly fine being picked up like a surfboard, tucked under Mr Barnes’ arm and carted off to who knows where.

“You mean that all these children have no one to look after them?? Unacceptable, they are all mine now” Wanda said with a decisive nod while Stephen Strange tried desperately not to laugh at Wanda going mummy crazy early.

Nick Fury tried desperately to hide when he heard the terrifying screech of Laura Barton as she apparently blamed him for Clint Barton running off to fight with Steve Rogers. He had nothing to do with that! He had tried to explain that multiple times, but she was very accurate with that paintball gun, he was just glad she wasn’t using a shot gun although the embarrassment of being hit with bright fluorescent pink paint dotting his trench coat was certainly message enough. Hearing her children cheer as he was hit was really demoralizing. He had asked for help from Maria Hill who upon seeing his situations had just laughed at him and walked off to go and have coffee with Hope Van Dyne. He was alone and surrounded. God F@#$ing Damn it!

T’Challa sat in the compound kitchen watching his sister Shuri, the little white boy Peter and a talking tree all chattering away. He had no idea how Shuri or Peter were understanding this… Groot but apparently they did and seeing the mischievous looks being sent his way he thought now would be a good time to make himself scarce before something else happens.

Peter Quill, Drax and Mantis had decided to stay on new earth for a while and try and work out what there next step will be. Well that’s what they told anyone who asked but really they stuck around for the drama. Come on! This is way better then spending ages being bored travelling around space! The food was good too if he was honest.
