T’challa entered Wakanda’s airspace and landed his quinjet only for the dora milaje to surround him and the rogues. They slammed their lighting spears into the rogue avengers and t’challa and placed Shuri’s anti superhuman cuff’s on the group. The dora milaje then escorted them to prison.
T’challa woke up to see he was in a Wakanda holding cell along with Steve Rogers and his team.
“T’challa why are we in prison? You promised me bucky would safe!” steve rogers roared out like a raging animal. T’challa looked around to see a crying wanda who had her shock collar back on and was in a straitjacket. It was constantly shocking her. A hand-cuffed barton, lang and willson were sitting there. He saw shuri’s enhanced human cuffs on him, wanda, the captain and Barnes.
“I don’t know why but I will find out. Then I shall repay my father's debt and help you” t’challa replied. T’challa banged on the door and yelled in Wakandan. Eventually, the doors opened and 2 guards of the border tribe came in.
“What do you want ex-prince t’challa,” asked one of them. T'challa was confused about the ex-prince part. 'maybe they meant that because he will be king' T'challa arrogantly thought.
“Why am I here? I am the king I demand you let me and my friends go” T’challa said only for him to be punched and sent flying back.
“Do not speak to us that way! You are no king! The council had declared you unfit! Traitor!” the man yelled.
“Hey, don't hurt him,” steve said but was sent flying as the second guard using the vibrainium shoes kicked him in the face which sent him flying steve hit the wall with so much force he was bleeding.
“You don't speak to me. We do not speak to your kind over here coloniser” yelled the second guard. Before the first guard turned to face t’challa
“Your trial will be held in 2 days. The council will decide whether we sacrifice you to appease lady Bast. Traitor” yelled the first guard as he walked away.
“What the hell was that,” barton asked. T’challa shook his head. “The council doesn't like I brought outsiders here. They don’t like I revealed that I was enhanced or that Wakanda has a full vibranium suit” T’challa said.
“What about bucky” steve cried.
“Will shut up about bucky. We have more important things to worry about like our lives” barton yelled.
“Don't speak like that about bucky. Bucky is the most important here. You are all sacrifices for me and bucky to fight till the end of the line” Steve yelled. Making t’challa glare.
“If I die it will be the end of the line for both of you,” T’challa said. When those words left his mouth steve tried headbutting him like a lunatic.
“You dare threaten bucky. Bucky will never die he will never be separated from me again” rogers yelled trying to headbutt him. It was at this moment that team cap realised they fucked up. Steve only cared for his old warbudy of a friend they were all sacrifices to him.
2 days later
T’challa was in front of the council not as the monarch who had the final say but as the one who was being judged.
“T’Challa son of T’Chaka you stand here accused of treason against Wakanda. How do you plead?” asked W’kabi the leader of the border tribe.
“Not guilty honourable council,” T’challa said. The council spoke to each other in anger that this spoiled prince dare question their wisdom.
“You answer these questions with yes or no,” Queen Ramonda T’challa’s mother said with disappointment in her tone.
“Yes mama,” T’challa said but suddenly had 2 spears slammed into him sending him flying to the ground.
“Do not call me that. You right now are disowned until proven not guilty you are a prisoner and shall address me as queen. W’kabi you have the questions ready Ask them to him.” Ramonda commanded.
“Yes, my queen tell me T’challa did you reveal the existence of the black panther vibranium suit to the outside world even though it was not to be shown off,” W’Kabi asked.
“Yes,” T’challa responded as the council gasped.
“This idiot has doomed us”
“He has brought war to our footsteps”
“All this time our ancestors, including his father, spent hiding the existence of vibranium and this idiot boy exposes it.”
“He expected to be awarded the title of king, after making our great nation a target” was what was heard throughout the council. T’challa looked down in shame
“Did you go on a mission of revenge without proper authorization from the Wakanda council or a king or queen that had passed the trials of bast?” asked W’kabi.
“Yes but…” T’challa was cut off. The council once again condemned T’challa’s idiotic actions
“No buts tell me do you think yourself so highly of yourself! I can't go and get revenge on klaue for my father's death but you can go and use Wakanda’s resources to avenge your father's death. I even heard that you did not bring the killer here for justice but you even gave our king’s killer zemo to Everett Ross.” W’kabi said.
“T’challa I am disappointed in you. You had no right to do this mission and expose our sacred vibranium. you weren’t king yet you had not passed the trials of bast. Do you think yourself better than goddess bast that you will assign yourself missions without her approval” Ramonda said,
“I… I was grieving I needed to avenge…” T’challa was cut off.
“Enough! The council does not care what you feel. We are here to protect the interests of Wakanda, not one person's personal interests even if he is the ex-prince. You will respond to yes and no only we do not have the time waste hearing your excuses for defying Goddess Bast!” yelled W’Kabi how dare T’Challa selfishly seeks revenge while endangering Wakanda while T'challa's father not allow him his revenge against klaue?
“Did you knowingly bring the avengers who went against your father’s idea of the accords here to defend them and disgrace the legacy of our king?” asked W’Kabi.
“Yes,” T’challa said. Ramonda shook her head and looked at her ex-son with hate. She knew it was over the spoiled fool was going to be beheaded and thrown off the mountain and sacrificed to appease lady bast.

Yelled the council.
“But it is because I owed the winter so…” T’challa was cut off.
“I said before we don't care for the reason you disgraced your own father. Now onto the last question did you bring the murder of 7 of our people Wanda Maximoff here to shelter her from the consequences she deserves?” asked W’kabi.
“Yes,” t’challa said as the council erupted into a rage.
“Dora milaje take t’challa out while the council discusses what to do” W’kabi commanded.
“Of course honourable leader of the border tribe,” Okoye said dragging T’challa out while looking at him with disgust. A few hours had passed and T’challa was dragged back in at the request of the council.
“T’challa son of T’chaka the council of elders, the tribes and the queen to a decision,” Ramonda said waiting a few seconds to hear and see her disgrace of a son get anxious.
“T’challa son of T’Chaka on counts of reckless endangerment of Wakanda you are guilty,” Ramonda said as T’challa put his head down accepting his fate.
“On accounts of treason you are guilty,” She said.
“Your punishment will be you shall be sacrificed to goddess bast to appease her. Your friends will be escorted to the American authorities while wanda maximoff will be sentenced to death for the deaths of 7 wakandan’s” said Ramonda.
A few hours later
Wakandan’s crowded around the cliff. They watched as t’challa’s head was beheaded and his body fell off the mountain. Shuri let out a tear. “Foolish big brother I told you to humble yourself. You can't get away with everything just because you're a prince.” She said as she walked away. She went to her lab to design a female black panther suit.
With tony
Tony watched as steve rogers was sentenced to life in prison he testified against rogers and proved steve rogers was Hydra by using footage of rogers saying “Hail Hydra” to some shieldra agents.
He also had a video sent to him by an unknown number which was the late king t’chaka’s daughter shuri. It showed Wanda maximoff having her head cut off and being pushed off a mountain. Tony smiled another justice was delivered.
Tony then saw barton being dragged to jail for 40 years due to his crimes. Tony was horrified he had almost as many hands kills as tony’s weapons had done. Tony did not even fire those weapons barton knowingly killed the people he did.
He watched as Sam Willson was dragged off to jail for 12 years. Tony also watched scott lang being dragged to jail crying for his daughter he had 16 years of jail time.
Tony smiled as he looked up at the breaking news. It read “Natasha Romanoff found dead stabbed to death Traitor, murderer, killer and whore engraved on her body.” Tony couldn't say he disagreed. Natasha was a murderer and a killer. She always switched sides to the one who she thought would win and based on 2010 when she was his assistant she was a whore. She took advantage of his mental state not being fully there.
