Paisley was sat on Max's lap, roughly pinching and 'smooshing' (using that word herself to describe it) the brunette's face. It's out of character for her to do such things but Max isn't the one to stop her, if anything its amusing. Sure it hurts a bit but the wide smile on the other girl's face, babbling about whatever while doing so, makes it worth it.

Also maybe its from the alcohol they sneaked in? Neither of them drank alot. It was hell to get through Sam with it. She did remember to talk to Paisley about those rules she mentioned at the dinner table. Which was.. funny for the blonde but quite embarrassing for the brunette. Paisley kept looking at Max's direction when her mom would mention something about her that felt slightly amusing.

It made the shorter girl's face heat up. The way Paisley looked at her and mouthed a 'Really?' . Maybe its stupid to feel flustered about such a little thing but she loves the way the other girl's held a grin on her face, not really taking the conversation she was having with Sam seriously. Its not like she'd treat the brunette badly anyway, she knows better.

Max is almost sure her mom saw the bottles through the top of the bag she was holding but she didnt say anything, her mom would rather have her daughter drink at home than anywhere else.

Plus, the brunette had practically begged Paisley to bring these over since well, her mom probably wont let her go out to drink with the blonde.

-

"You're like a.. cat" The girl on top of her spoke up once again, to start yet another rambling, "Your nose is pink just like one, you know?" . Her nose isnt really pink, it just turns into that color whenever the blonde caress her face or.. brush a loose strand of hair off her face or, even the little pecks she'd receive when she was upset.

She pinched the shorter girl's nose, making the other scrunch her face up. The brunette pouts as the blonde pinch her cheeks again, it hurts really bad. Especially with the nails the taller girl have. She suddenly cups the brunettes face, bringing it closer to her own to place a soft kiss on top of her nose. Pulling away to wrap her arms loosely around the brunette's neck, "You'd be... a white cat. With those brown spots," She hums thinking of what else to add as the other girl looks at her, eyes shining due to the light in the room still being lit on.

"The ones with weird shapes on their back like... they have, uhm." She stares into the shorter girl's eyes for a moment, deep in thought. Max loves stars, "You'd have a star shape on your back." A closed mouth smile appeared on the brunette's face.

Paisley stayed quiet after that, resting her head on Max's while playing with her hair. It soothes the brunette. She loves the quiet moments with the other girl just as much as the rest of the things they do together.

"Do you make biscuits too?" The blonde asked, not really expecting an answer from the other.

"Yes?" Max responds, sounding confused. She had baked cookies with her before, are cookies biscuits? She hears a soft laugh coming from the girl on top of her. She pulls away, holding the blonde by her shoulders with a very funny-looking concerned look on her face. It only made the other burst out laughing more.

It really isn't that funny but Max's cluelessness is. "I meant cat biscuits.." The blonde says breathlessly as she calms down from laughing. The brunette still stares at her as if she had grown another head during these few second, you could see the gears working in her head before her expression changed finally. Nodding slowly as a nearly silent 'oh' leaves her mouth.

The smile on Paisley's face slowly fades into a smaller one as she brush a strand of hair off of Max's face. The brunette's mouth stays open as the blonde inspects her face, her eyes switching to every part of it, soaking her features in. It makes Max nervous. Her eyes snap back to the brunette's, seemingly out of what she was recently in.

"Those guys never deserved you," She spoke up, her voice soft. Her thumbs stroke Max's cheeks, just as softly as how her voice sounded. "You are much better than them too.. " She sucks in a breath, its getting hard to breathe all of a sudden. It was the brunette's turn to inspect the blonde's face. She can't tell if she's just saying like that or she's going another way with this. She nods her head, silently telling the taller girl to keep talking.

Her thumbs stop moving, though she still continues to cup her face.

"I.. just think that... you deserve someone better." She continues, her voice shaky, she feels like crying. The brunette immediately notices, she moves her hand to the girl's waist, rubbing soothing circles there, hoping to calm her down. "Like, who?" She asks, eyebrows furrowed. The blonde swallows, Max's eyes catch the movement before they snap back up to look at the girl.

The taller girl's eyes shift somewhere else when Max looks back up at her. She moves her hands away from the shorter girl's face, shrugging. She doesn't trust her voice at the moment. The brunette pouts, a very obvious sad look on her face. She doesn't like seeing the blonde like this.

She slowly moves her free hand to the girl's face, cupping her face and moving it in her direction. The blonde's lips are quivering, it catches Max's eyes. She wants to kiss her. Now. Maybe its a bad time. Though, when she looks back into the blonde's eyes, she notices that she's also staring at her lips. Maybe not that much of a bad time. She waits until the blonde looks back a her.

She seems to have calmed down a bit as Max brings her face closer to hers. Both of their lips are slightly parted, anxiously waiting for the other to close the gap between them.

Paisley is the one to do it, she quickly grabs Max's face with both her hands again. Clumsily connecting her lips with the brunette's. She had always pecked the girl quite alot, a little something to stop her from kissing Max like a starved woman. She was not going to let it pass now that she actually have the chance.

Max whines into the kiss, trying to pull the blonde's body flush against hers. Paisley happily does so for her. She pulls away, gasping for air, looking at the girl on top of her.

"Am i a better kisser than them?," the blonde asked, smirking down at her. The anxious feeling from earlier completely gone. The brunette poked her side roughly, making her groan in pain. She still answers her question though, "Yea..," she mumbles as she leans into the blonde, resting her head on her chest. "Is that why you never liked any of the guys i got with? Like ever?"

"As if you liked any of the guys i got with." The blonde playfully responds to her. They both never liked when the other got in a relationship with some guy. Since well, they cant spend as much time together then. And it felt.. wrong to not be with the other.
