Chapter 1

Peter was standing near a computer and typing something into it. He had been experimenting with portal travel for a while now and believed he was getting close to figuring it out. His goal was to find a way to travel between dimensions without magic. Peter hadn’t left the lab for almost 3 days at this point, but fortunately Tony was there to bring him food and remind him to take a break. Tony was a bit worried about Peter as it was clear that the young man was pushing himself very hard.
Tony attempted to get Peter out for a little but it didn’t work. Peter sighed and went to sit down for a moment. While he walked to his chair he knocked over one of the many coffee cups he had on his desk. “Oh shit!” Peter said running to try and stop the coffee from getting near his work, but it was too late. The computer started to malfunction. Peter felt his spider sense go off but before he could react the portal prototype he had suddenly sparked to life. Peter tried to run but the portal was too powerful. He was sucked in.
Peter was floating through the portal not knowing where he was going. He was lucky enough that he was able to grab the nano bots that made his suit before he was sucked in. After a couple of seconds of aimless flying another portal appeared. Peter flew through it and was flung into what seemed to be a wall. The impact knocked him out and before it all went black he saw a group of figures staring at him.
