His husband, Miguel, had passed away when their daughter, Gabriella, was seven- she was now twelve. They had lived in Neuva York when Miguel was killed and decided the city didn't only carry too much emotional baggage but was also too dangerous to live in.One fateful day when a villain appears through a strange portal and Y/N isn't able to apprehend him, a strange man comes to help- a strange man that seems a little too familiar.
