Tell me it's not true

Peter was sitting at his desk, trying to concentrate on math class while the professor explained a new concept. However, his attention was constantly diverted to Flash Thompson, who was sitting a few desks ahead of him, hurling hurtful comments and taunting him loudly.
Over the months, Peter had learned to ignore Flash's insults and stay focused on his school work. But there were days when the hurtful words became especially difficult to bear.
As the class progressed, the tension between Peter and Flash intensified. Flash took every opportunity to tease him, pointing out his quirks and trying to get the attention of his classmates.
Peter felt a mixture of anger and frustration swirl inside him. He knew he couldn't let his anger get the better of him, but he also didn't want to be an easy target for Flash.
At the end of class, Peter hurried out of the room, looking for some quiet in the empty hallways to breathe properly. However, he came face to face with Flash, who blocked his path.

"Where do you think you're going, Peter Loser. Your aunt hates you so much she left. Are you a pain in the ass?" sneered Flash, a mischievous grin on his face. Flash forcibly grabbed Peter's face and scratched it.
Peter tried to remain calm, but he couldn't help but feel a surge of indignation. "Leave me alone, Flash. I don't have time for your childish games."
Flash snickered and shoved Peter against a wall. "What's the matter, Parker, too scared to stand up to me? You're just a pathetic nerd with no skills."
"Shut up!"

His patience had limits

"What's up Penis Parker, your aunt is a slut and went to be an international whore? Didn't you have an internship with Stark and enough pay to eat? No, of course not. You're just a liar, no one wants a family murderer."
Anger began to bubble up inside Peter, but he remembered the words of his Aunt May , who had taught him the importance of using his powers responsibly, but... He knew that letting himself get carried away with anger would only make things worse. Peter pushed him away as gently as his brain would allow. He thrashed internally , he knew he couldn't get carried away with the physical. Flash did indeed fall to the ground.

Just then, Principal Morita's voice echoed through the halls. "Peter, stop bothering Eugene right now!"
Flash was momentarily speechless as he heard the authority in the principal's voice. He turned away from Peter and pointed at him playing the sore victim, muttering a few inaudible words.
Moita approached Peter, concern showing in his eyes. "Eugene, I'm so sorry you have to deal with that. We will not tolerate bullying in this school. You can always come to me if you need help."
"Come with me young man" Peter reluctantly followed him.

Are you serious?

Peter was sitting in the principal's office, his heart beating rapidly in his chest. He was stunned by the situation he found himself in, feeling a mixture of confusion and frustration.
The principal looked at Peter with a serious expression. "Peter, I am very disappointed in you. I cannot tolerate violence in this school. You beat up Thompson, and that will not be ignored."

Peter stood up quickly, trying to defend himself. "Director, that's not true. Flash was harassing me and I only pushed him to protect myself. I didn't hit him."
The director looked at him suspiciously. "Eugene , not Flash.. and we have witnesses who claim to have seen the incident and back up Eugene's version. Also, we have decided to call your Aunt May to discuss this matter."
Peter felt a knot in his stomach. He knew his Aunt May trusted him and his integrity, and the idea that they believed he was capable of hitting someone hurt him deeply. May wasn't here, however.
When it came time for the call, Peter was nervous but determined to explain the situation of his Aunt May not being in there.

The tension in the air was palpable, and Peter hoped that the misunderstanding would soon be resolved.
Suddenly, the director looked at the file with surprise. "Peter, you seem to have provided an unknown phone number as a reference.Who is this person? Do you seriously think I'm going to believe for one second that it's Tony Stark?"

Good Sake.

Peter felt a glimmer of hope when he heard Tony Stark's name. He knew that if they got through to him, he could set the record straight and prove his innocence. "I know you don't believe it but he's someone who has supported me on several occasions. He is my mentor and -".

The director looked skeptical. "Please, do you think we are fools?- We all know you have kept up that lie because...two years? Now son, stop lying. Your aunt must be too busy to get calls like this. Are you sure you want to keep lying about this number being legitimate? You're trying to trick us."

"Dial if you don't believe me. See for yourself sir."

After dialing the number, a voice on the other end answers, "Hello, this is Stark here." The director listens carefully as Tony identifies himself and clarifies that he knows Peter.
The director spoke no more and hung up. Peter's phone started ringing off the hook, oh no. He would be in trouble.

However, despite the apparent confirmation of Tony Stark's identity, the director still shows some distrust. He suspects that Peter might have staged this situation to defend himself and escape the consequences. It would not be unusual, even his aunt had lied about some of the severe asthma, bullshit. Another pathetic tale, he was simply an isolated kid with zero social skills and nothing to show for it but good grades.

"Peter, this is chicanery to avoid responsibility for your actions. Even if this person really is Tony Stark, I can't simply rely on a phone call to dismiss the allegations against you."
Peter, frustrated and distressed, tried to explain his situation again. He mentioned how Thompson has been harassing him for a long time and how he was finally forced to push him in self-defense. Explanations to the trash. There was nothing like being sent to detention to watch Captain America videos. Cool.

The only good thing that crossed his mind was to go to the bathroom for a second to try to breathe and wipe away his tears. Because all this was happening without May.
Tony Stark, concerned about the phone call blew up Peter's phone to clarify the situation and understand what was going on.

"Fri, who called me and why. Identify the number."
"Boss, the number belongs to Principal Morita, principal of Peter Parker's school."
"Shit, the kid."
"Try contacting me again with him or Peter. I want to know what's going on" Tony, he managed as best he could super nimbly and got into the suit. Oh yeah, he would fly and be at that school in the blink of an eye.
He dialed Peter's phone number inside the suit, hoping he would answer as quickly as possible. After a few rings, Peter answered in an anxious voice.

"What's going on, kid answer me? "
"Mr. Stark, I swear ...I ...didn't do anything...I-"
"Breathe, breathe Pete, what happened?"
"The director is accusing me of something I didn't do."
Tony, in a firm but calm tone, replied, "Peter, explain everything to me in detail. I need to understand what happened and how I can help you."
Peter recounted the whole situation, explaining how Flash Thompson had been harassing him and how, in a moment of self-defense, he had pushed him. He also mentioned the call from the director and his distrust of him, despite Tony's intervention.
Tony was frustrated to hear Peter's story. He knew that his protégé was a responsible person and was not prone to violence for no reason. He decided to take action and resolve this injustice.

"Don't worry, Peter. I will go to the school this very instant and talk to the principal personally. We will clear things up and prove your innocence," Tony assured him with determination.
After hanging up, Tony quickly prepared to fly and headed for Peter's school. Upon arrival, he sought out the principal and requested an urgent meeting to discuss Peter's situation.
At the principal's office, Tony entered confidently, emitting an aura of authority. Morita sensed that Jesus himself was in his office. He paled a good 80 shades.

"How dare you treat Peter this way? Not only did you accuse him unjustly, but you also doubted my identity when I spoke to you on the phone, for WHAT reason did you hang up on me!".
The director, surprised by Tony's direct and forceful intervention, looked uncomfortable but tried to defend his position and all he could do was to pathetically extend his hand.
"Don't say hello and answer me, where is Peter and what is he accused of? Mr. Director!"
"Mr. Stark, I understand your concern, but as principal of this school, I must take appropriate and fair action based on the evidence and testimony presented."
"Presented of what or why. Answer me!"

Tony sat down gracefully and proceeded to listen to the story with hesitation on Morita's part.
Tony frowned and answered with determination. "I won't deny the importance of taking fair action, but in this case, you clearly made a mistake. You should have trusted Peter's word and my intervention. I demand an apology and a thorough review of your procedures. Furthermore...I demand that Flash be kicked out of school this very instant."
"I understand, I truly understand your anger and although we have already come to an understanding...it cannot be done. Be really frank with you. Mr. Thompson and his father...-"
"Thompson, as in businessmen? So this is about money? How much do you want? I'll multiply it ten times!"
"Wait, it's not as easy as that. Understand me. It's not about the money."
"Pathetic, I want to see Peter and an apology.Im going to sue you and this school. You dont know how fast"
Despite the apology, the director decided to uphold a sanction for both involved. Both Flash Thompson and Peter would receive a one-week suspension as a consequence of their behavior.

Tony was dissatisfied with this decision. However, he could not let Peter face the consequences alone.
After Peter was brought in with a frightened look on his face and he practically threw his arms around him, Peter apologized profusely.
Tony walked over to Peter and put a hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry, Peter, it's okay . I've got you. You're not alone in this. We're going to spend this week at Stark Tower. Not next door to these ... people."
"Thank you Mr. Stark...excuse me I..."
"Shh, it's all right. It's all cleared up."
