Nicholas Joseph Fury Jr looks down at the files of their JUNIOR program of agents.
Teenagers.
Superpowered teenagers and children of either active or deceased agents.
But Teenagers none the less all except one that is.
“Computer start video log.”

‘Not quite a teenager but not quite an adult either. A brilliant Scientist like his late Father and amazing agent like his late Parents. Recruited at sixteen. His special summer camps his family would send him to were secret shield training camps. Normally for adults but he found them initially and wanted to protect his surrogate younger siblings and friend the best way possible.
It just so happened that those kids were all children of deceased agents.’

‘Five agents all at once. On a single failed mission. Helen, Carl and Richard brilliant scientist that discovered some sort of scientific breakthrough that was going to be weaponized. The information the Brocks, Parkers and Stacy discovered was taken to their graves.’
‘Both Eddie and Peter were orphaned and taken care of by their paternal Aunts and Uncles.
‘Gwen’s father ended up raising her on his own. As far as Fury and Coulson could see Officer Stacy, the Parkers or the Brock’s knew nothing of their Secret agent status. The kids ended up becoming close knit.’

‘Both died of natural causes. Poor Madeleine died from the stress of her ex Husband's abuse. I Regret not paying mister Watson a visit. Maybe Madeleine would still be around for her daughters. But what an interesting coincidence that the Watson Sisters would move next door to the Parkers.
Emily’s death was not as concrete. Something was off about the autopsy report. Fury suspects it was Norman’s doing. Emily infiltrated Ospcore due to its military contracts and fell in love with her target.
Perhaps Norman found out the truth and silenced using the child birth as perfect opportunity.
Again another coincidence that he would become friends with Watsons,Stacy, Parker and Brock.’

‘SHIELD still doesn't know how this happened.
An archaeologist and historian couple who immigrated to the country years before their children were born. Both were top of their respective fields. Eventually they stumbled upon some mystiqic items and documents. Which got the mixed up with the wrong people. I still remembers how Helen went into a full rant about touching old broken jars and bacteria it might hold with your bare hands.
I saw their potential and recruited them. They were desk agents. Only going the field when needed. Not many in shield knew about them since they mostly worked in museums.
So who would even go after them? A foreign country and black market brokers?
Their search revealed nothing. Yet.
Once Again a big coincidence Amadeus and Maddy moved in with Aunt of who just so happens to be a friend and coworker of May Parker.
Meaning the Cho children ended up becoming friends with Eddie’s little group of kids. Despite being much younger they got along with the older kids.’
Fury sighed took a sip of his scotch and opened the next set of files.
‘The JUNIOR program agents were promising. Currently the oldest member was Eddie. Eddie knew their were four teen heroes in the program but not their civilian identities.’

Ava Ayala age 16: White Tiger
Fury Rubbed his temples.
‘All these kids were children of SHIELD agents as well.
Unlike the others this wasn't a coincidence they all came together. They were all here because they inherited their powers because of their SHIELD Agent parents.
This whole JUNIORS Program started with Luke.’

‘Once again brilliant scientist who died in a plane crash that would orphaned Luke. Only difference was Luke was on that plane and only survived due to the recreated super soldier serum. Not quite the same as Caps but gave Luke super strength and invincibility.
If it wasn’t for my intervention the higher ups would have turned him into a Lab Rat.
Luke spent most of his formative years on the Helicarrier learning to control of his powers eventually becoming an agent and hero.
He wasn't the only one who faced loss of family.’

‘Ava inherited a legacy of heroism from her grandfather Nestro Ayala Sr who eventually passed it on to his son Nestro Jr who passed it on to his son Hector. Hector eventually would be hunted down by Kraven which caused Nestro to take it back and go after Kraven with Maria. Only for them to die by Kraven’s hand with their Older Daughter Awilda and injuring Ava. Thankfully she survived but the damage was done.
The tragedy didn't end their for Ava. Filippo, her other brother died due to his criminal activities.
Ava was too young to handle the pressure of the legacy. Awilda’s husband Luis put his foot down on that wanting Ava to heal.
Luis and Awilda’s oldest daughter and an experience SHIELD agent took up the Family Legacy. Her Brother Rey and Sister Marisol didn't want the mantle preferring normal civilian lives.
Eventually Ava manged to convince her Niece that she was ready for the Mantel much to Luis’s protest. Ava was a genius in her family and also the baby so everyone wasn't completely on board with her being an Agent and Hero. But Ivey experienced it first hand on how she uses her intelligence to get her way.
I hate to admit that how ready I was to take her under my wing as a Valuable asset with her fighting skill and intelligence.’
Agent Heather Rand (Silver Dragon): Alive
‘Danny lost his father when he was young. Like the others did but his mother lived. Apparently Wendell Rand was an accomplished martial artist and eventually made his way to K’un L’un and was adopted by the ruler. . At some point he came back to the states and took over Rand Industries. Eventually he and Heather met and had Danny. Learning of her own martial art expertise and status as an Agent he believed Heather could be worthy of the mystical power of the Iron Fist. Heather didn't believe she would be worthy but was up for learning new techniques.
Unfortunately Wendal was killed by his business partner. Heather managed to save her son from the attack and made it to the mystical city. Injuries sustained from protecting her son caused her to be out of commission for year. Danny accumulated well in his new environment. But once Heather healed she knew it was still dangerous for Danny to return to the outside world. Leaving him in the care of his adopted grandfather. Silver Dragon reclaimed her husband company revealing several weapon deals that would be used against the UN. Danny would eventually return to the us at the age of fourteen. Under the condition he spends two years getting his affairs in order. But I believe my future agents can convince him to stay.’
Fury poured himself another glass after downing the last one.
Agent Jesse Alexander(Formerly Nova of the Nova Core): Alive

‘Jesse and Eva are both earhborn Human/XandarianHybrids. Their bio father were both Xandarian members of the Nova corp and both were enlisted when they graduated high school. Both were black ops members and both are retired. Due to their status as former members of the Nova Corp they would have been used by SWORD. But due to them being very adamant about being there for their kids instead they work with SHIELD as trainers and experts about the cosmos.’
‘While their Daughter Kaelynn is still very young and will inherit her mother's helmet. Sam has all ready inherited his fathers. Albeit accidentally. This would lead him being trained by Guardians of the Galaxy for a brief time before settling back down on earth. SWORD has requested that Sam be sent to them as liaison of sorts but Agent Brand and both agreed that Sam needed some earth time experience.’
‘It is unknown weather Kaelynn will be trained under the Guardians or if we will have a go at her first. What we do know is Sam has re-accumulated to earth nicely. Which gives me some peace of mind if Kaelynn goes down a similar route as her brother’
‘As of right now Ava, Sam, Luke and Danny have been part of the JUNIORS program for two years. One year of training individually amongst out recruits and one year as a team. Sam has the most experience with work in large and small groups so he has been able to adapt to his teammates although he arrogantly believes that makes him the leader. Despite only knowing eachother for a brief time they have become like a well oil machine. Unfortunately they are very rigid and act more like Agents then Heros. Or actually teenagers.’
‘That is why I have set them up with their current Under Cover mission. Learn to interact with Civilians as Civilians and discover the identities of Spider-Man and Spider-Woman. So far Agent Coulson and I know the truth but are planning to use this as learning excercise. Spot their targets and potentially allie’s and enemies.’
‘As for Peter Parker and Gwen Stacey both could be valuable assets for SHIELD and have potential of being great heroes. Possibly greater then the greats. Unfortunately they have attracted unwanted attention due to their abilities. They have a good partnership but could benefit from having a team and extra protection for themselves. Unfortunately that means I have to break a promise to Eddie by letting them join SHIELD. But if I don't I fear the worst case scenario can happen to them’
‘Fury signing off.’
No sooner did he shut the recording off Coulson comes into his office looking tired.
“Long day?” Fury asks handing him a drink.
“You could say that. So far out Midtown High team are failing their assignment.” Coulson begins sip his drink. Sighing in relief.
“They suspected everyone but Gwen Stacy and Peter Parker.”
“No more like they suspect everyone but Peter Parker. Ava is an over achiever. This has led to some conflict with a few other students and teachers. Stacy has reported her multiple times for 'Bullying’ because Parker’s humble and mousy attitude has been perceived as disrespect. Student known As Flash Thompson has Bullied Parker since grade school. Luke has gotten in several altercations for defending Parker. Which Causes Osborn to get suspicious of Luke believing he has nefarious goals in mind which causes some wild accusations. Danny tries to defuse this but even Danny lose his cool a bit when it comes to Osborn. Apparently Osborn insults hit close to home. Sam for some reason decided to become the class clown in a attempt to fit in. Since Peter Parkers life is apparently nothing but misery Sam has decided to make a bunch of Jokes and Insults at Parker’s expense which cause Watson to get involved. Which devolves into a screaming match. We are thankful the Cho Siblings aren't enrolled at that school yet because I don't even want to imagine what two super geniuses will do in this situation.”
“That’s not a bad idea.”
Fury couldn't help the shit eating grin slip on his face at Coulson’s look of horror.
