Summary
Peter writes letters to the people he knew.

To the girl that loved him so.

He remembers it so vividly, that day when they were still together. When they kissed and hugged, but that was all in the past.

She no longer remembered him, to her he never existed. It scared him, it scared him to think that she only knew him, not as him but as someone else. As apart of him that hes grown to love and hate.

And as much as he wishes to reconnect with her, he can't. As he wishes to rekindle the flame they used to have, the knowledge that;

She might be happier with him at the moment, she'd just be better off without him.

--------------------------------------------

To the boy who knew him the best.

He sometimes reminds himself of the past, when he approached the boy alone on the playground. Unknowingly creating a freindship that shall withstand all.

Atleast that's what he thought.

Atleast that's what went through his head when they hung out. When they were together building lego sets, when they both raved on about their favorite star wars charcter. When he had to explain to the other about his "nightime activities".

It's what went through his head the first night after the fight at the Statue of Liberty, as cried into his pillow.

Filled with grief over what was, and what isn't now.

---------------------------------------------

To the people who took care of him so dearly.

He remembers when they took care of him so dearly, when they so gently put him to sleep on rain filled nights.

He remembers when a family of three were shot down, he remembers when their lovely apartment was filled with grief with tears. He remembers when he watched his caretaker be lowered into the ground. He remembers his aunt the only one remaining cried harshly mourning the loss of her love.

He remembers when they learned how to live together again, he remembers when she no longer had tear marks imprinted onto her face, when they were able to wash away eachothers tears and get through it together. He remembers how she took care of him so sweetly, like a honey filled jar,

But sadly that honey ran out, as if the jar was smashed in front of him. As he was unable to catch it, as his eyes widened at how similar this situation was to the death of his other caretaker. He watched as she was lowered into the ground next to her long decreased love,

seemingly reunited.

-----------------------------------

To the part of him that held all of these people so dearly.

I apologize for being unable to stop it, I apologize for being unable to do anything other than crying with you. I apologize for taking over your life.

And I apologize for being so similar yet so different from you Peter.
