Spider-Shroom?
Here we go again. My name is Mushi. Just Mushi. I was bite by a radioactive jumping spider. Actually the jumping was a Thiania Bhamoensis! Which have aquamarine coloring all over it! They are apart of the Thiania genus! Ah- sorry for going on a rant- anyway for the passed year I've been my city's one and only Spider-Shroom. I sure hope you can figure out the rest.
First day of senior year and I'm late already. Throwing on my school uniform and running out to the street; inevitably missing the bus. "Fuck!" Rushing through the streets trying to make my class in time. I can't risk being in my suit right now. To many cops around. They don't particularly like Spider-Shroom, not after I spray painted the side of their buildings with the words "Acab! Fucking Pigs!" They tried to arrest me then and there but I was to fast. Luckily I'm a fast runner.
Finally reaching the school while bursting into my classroom. "Ahhh, Miss Rose. Great for you to finally show up." Looking around to see my teacher. Ms. Liz. Deadnaming me like fucking normal. "My name is Mushi and you know it." Taking my seat and trying my best not to cry. "Whatever you say Rose. I'll stick to the name your mother gave you." She said with venom in her voice. She knows my mother left. She knows my mother hated every part of my existence yet she says that. Tearing up I say "whatever do you mean. I don't have a mother. Just like you don't have a husband. If I remember correctly he left you like she left me." And like that I was sent to the office. Fighting through all of the deadnaming, misgendering, and disrespect; I head to the office. Wiping my face and standing strong as I walk into the principals office. Immediately getting dead named. "Already Rose. Just go home. You could have been in college by now if you weren't so disrespectful." Scuffling, I just walk out while flipping him off. He's not wrong, I'm smart. Just hate being told what to do, or say, or well anything. Fuck rules, fuck authority, fuck everyone.
Walking to the store to get some snacks before I smoke. Instead of reaching the store I head a crash in the Ally. Pulling my mask over my head, turning into the Ally. A tall, blooded up, punk looking dude looks like he came out of some weird ass portal. Holy shit- he's a spider person like me- who the fuck- the closer I get the more I realize he's injured. Deciding it was best that I take him home. Swinging through the street while holding him close. He's passed out. What the fuck happened. Who the fuck is he.
