Summary
Set in a post-civil war era where President Elis, influenced by Captain America, abolishes all laws to embrace a state of unrestricted free will. As chaos ensues, Tony Stark and his allies flee to Mars, taking orphaned children with them. However, the absence of laws leads to a descent into violence and depravity on Earth. Steve Rogers, initially supporting the lawless world, witnesses the devastating consequences firsthand and realizes the error of his ways. Meanwhile, Tony Stark builds a new civilization on Mars, striving to protect his family and create a better future.

Lawless Land

It had been a year since the civil war. President Elis decided that Captain America knew what was best and used the might of the USA to force the world to remove all laws, stating them as restricted and violating free will. Tony Stark, Pepper Potts, Peter Parker, Aunt May, Ned, MJ, Colonel James Rhodes, Happy Hogan, and their families had fled to a terraformed Mars with a whole lot of orphan children, seeing the stupidity in President Elis and the Captain America fanatics' plan.

Steve Rogers, of course, approved; how could he not? It was because of laws that he couldn't join the army without getting the serum. He was too weak, sick apparently, but that didn't matter; he had heart, and everyone knows in stories the main hero has heart, and it's because of that heart the hero prevailed, just like the ones his mother, Sarah Rogers, read out to him.

"I can't believe Stark fled with his family. I bet his ego couldn't take the world accepting Steve's perfect world," Clint said as Wanda laughed manically.

"It's good for him he left, or I would kill him because his precious laws aren't there to protect them," said Wanda, only to fall on the ground, blood seeping out as a bullet from a sniper hit her head.

"What was that? Who killed Wanda?" Steve yelled, mad at seeing his surrogate daughter. When he heard a gunshot, he looked around to see people getting killed, fights breaking out, and shops being looted.

"What's this? What's going on? Hey, you, stop!" Steve yelled as he saw a man raping a woman who looked at Steve with hate. The man, seeing an angry Steve, ran.

"Why? Why are you telling him to stop? You enabled this! You're the one that removed laws. We trusted you, Captain America, as someone who knew what he was doing, but you removed the rules that kept men in check from the vulnerable like us being raped. That's not the worst; your ideals of the perfect world allow kids to be raped, and the predators—sorry, that term has no legal meaning anymore, but you know what I mean. No laws mean predators get away with it," she said.

"I never wanted this; I just wanted to be free from the restrictions the rich and powerful made for us little guys," Steve said.

"No, you are not the little guy. You haven't been since you took that drug. You think you are one of us, that you fight for us, but newsflash, Rogers, we can't punch through a wall, pull helicopters down with our bare strength. We are humans; we can barely defend ourselves," she yelled.

"I..." Steve couldn't form words.

"I hate you, Captain America. The world should have known better than to trust an uneducated idiot from the '40s who got lucky to survive a military human weapon project," she said, grabbing a gun and shooting herself as blood stained Steve.

"I... what have I done?" Steve thought. "No, this is Tony's fault. He wasn't here, like always, he ran away and abandoned the world," Steve yelled as Nat, Clint, Sam, and Scott agreed.

"Yeah, Stark ran away; it's his fault," Clint said.

"His ego is too big for his head, and now he's doomed the world to rule over his own. So narcissistic, he thinks he can rule better than Steve," Natasha said, comforting Steve, her jealousy for how much better Stark was than her showing. Stark was born into a better family; I mean, her true family saw her worth as trash and abandoned her. She was raised to be a killer, and as much as she pushed Stark as a killer, she knew she was projecting because unlike her, Stark had plausible deniability; he didn't know his weapons were being used for bad guys; he only sold to the American military.

Sam stayed silent, with Scott knowing it was Steve, but their dick-riding ways overpowered their common sense.

"Okay, are you mental, Stevie? This is your fault. You always thought laws were a cancer, even when we were kids. Now you want to blame Stark? I'm sorry, but even you can't be deluded enough to think it was Stark; this is all you. Stark left before laws were removed. This is your vision of a world, where the strongest rule and the weak are used, where humanity is no different from animals because, Stevie, no, Rogers, that is your way of thinking. That is Natasha and Clint's way of thinking. And you two, Sam and Scott, are the biggest yes-men in the world. He destroyed society as we know it, and you still don't stand up to him," Bucky yelled, punching Steve in the face.

On Mars,

Tony sat watching as the orphans he adopted played with Peter as he held Morgan Stark, his and Pepper's child. He had established rules that would later become laws. Friday had alerted him about humans on Earth being no different from animals once laws were removed, but Tony didn't care; he was done with Steve's supporters. Steve could save them; he had his own family, his own world to look after. Thanks to Loki, who took over as Odin, had made a deal with Tony. Tony would work with Eitri at the forge to make Asgardian weapons, and Loki would use his power as acting king to help Tony terraform Mars. They had shared knowledge, and Tony had made Mars into a Type 1 civilization. Take that, Wakanda; now your tech is as primitive as your culture.

Tony took a look at Morgan, his one-year-old daughter, and smiled.

"Daddy loves you like he does all his children," Tony said.

Five years later, on Earth,

Civilization on Earth was destroyed. Some high general with nuclear code access, in a temper tantrum, decided to launch all the nukes to destroy the world after his wife and kids were killed by some lunatics wanting revenge on the military. No laws were keeping him in check.

Five years later, on Mars,

Tony watched as Morgan played with her elder brothers and sisters, with Pepper's head on his chest. His kids, the older ones, were taught already and had a higher IQ than the combined IQ of Team Cap, which wasn't a good comparison. Tony meant that each of them had an IQ higher than 170. They had created new technology with Asgardian Uru metal that would make Wakanda, and especially Shuri, cry with jealousy, like teleportation, space bending to create wormholes, full-dive VR, healing chambers, and more. Tony couldn't be prouder; the Stark faction of humans was turning out nice. Now, hopefully, none of his kids, adopted or biological, would ever give birth to a child like Steve Rogers. He doesn't want his world to be destroyed, which Steve did to Earth unsurprisingly, but what surprised Tony was how fast it happened. Tony expected at least 7 years, but Steve's ways did it in a year.
