Summary
Jake Peralta finally finds out who his father is.

The sun shines on the streets of New York as 99th Precinct Detective Jake Peralta finds himself in the middle of a homicide investigation. His wit and unique style are known throughout the department, but unexpected news is about to turn his life upside down.

After several years of bragging about his unknown paternity, Jake gets a call from his late mother's lawyer, who reveals that he has discovered the identity of his real father. Jake can't believe what he's hearing: his father is Tony Stark, the billionaire genius behind Iron Man.

Jake immediately contacts Tony to confirm the news. Tony, always curious and open to new experiences, offers Jake a private flight to his Malibu mansion so they can meet in person.

Together, they sit facing each other in Tony's elegant living room. Jake, with his impeccable sense of humor, can't help but comment on his father's flashy and eccentric style. However, deep down, he feels a mixture of excitement and concern about this new revelation about his identity.

For hours, Tony tells Jake about his past as Iron Man, his struggles, and his successes. Jake is surprised to discover that his father is a true superhero and one of the fundamental pillars of the Avengers team. Slowly, he begins to realize that his life is about to change forever.

The visit to the billionaire's mansion is just the beginning. Jake begins to learn more about his father and the challenges he faces as a superhero, both physically and emotionally. Tony, in turn, realizes that he too has a lot to learn from his son, especially about Jake's sense of humor and dedication to duty as a detective.

Tensions build as Jake must decide if he wants to follow in his father's footsteps and join the Avengers. But before making a final decision, Jake needs time to reflect and understand how this new discovery will affect his life and the lives of those around him.

Over time, Jake comes to the conclusion that being a superhero is not his thing. While he admires and respects his father for his dedication and bravery, he understands that his place is in Brooklyn, working at the 99th Precinct and being a detective.

Tony, though initially disappointed, eventually supports Jake's decision and they recognize that while he doesn't have superhuman abilities or high-tech armor, his ability to solve cases and catch criminals is just as valuable.

In the end, father and son part with a new connection and a special bond that can only be formed between people who have shared moments of truth and emotional revelations. Jake leaves Malibu with a renewed perspective on his life and his purpose, but more importantly, with a new sense of belonging and pride in his father.

And so, with an exciting new chapter in his life, Jake Peralta returns to Brooklyn with a smile on his face and the knowledge that this is exactly where he belongs: with his family at the 99th Precinct.
