she had been left behind at base for last nine and half months, they were going home to Kasen when the storm hit and that was how the two found themselves in little warehouse they have been for the last few hours. “Kent!” she shouted, hands on her stomach, as she breathing got heavier.
The contractions were getting worse and she cried out.
“Hey, hey, Di.” he said, going to her side. “I’m here.”
“I don’t wanna have our baby in a fucking warehouse!”
“Di we’re stuck here until weather cleaners up" he tells her.
She cried out again, and Kent held her hands.
"Di, baby, it’s gonna be OK. We’re gonna get you through this.” he said. He tugged Di’s pants down and looked to see how far she was dilated. “Not yet Di…still got a bit to go.”
“I don’t wanna give birth to our kid here.” she said once more.
“I know, Di. But we don’t have any other choice, right now.” lighting and thunder light up the sky outside.
Di whimpered as another contraction went through her and she gripped superman's arm tightly. Even the man the steel winced at how hard Di’s grip was, but he rather have her break his arm over any complications for when their baby arrived.“
"Just keep breathing Di.” Dean instructed. “Breath.”
“I am!” She growled, before dropping his head against the floor.
he helped Di work through the contractions until she was dilated enough.
“Alright Di. When I tell you, start pushing.” he said.
“Kent…” Di whimpered.
“I’m here with you, Di.” he said. Di nodded, and tried to control her breathing more.
“Alright….push!”
Di cried out as she started pushing, and she gripped Kent even harder. He winced, knowing the bruises that would show up when they finally got out of here. “Keep pushing…keep pushing. OK, Di. Breath.” She gasped, and she hold on Kent gave a little.
“Doing good, Di, just keep listening to me.” The process went by slowly, but finally, Kent could see the baby’s head.
“Keep pushing Di! I can see the head!” he tell her.
Di cried out again as she pushed, and slowly she gave birth to her and Kent’s child. When the first cry from their child happened, She sobbed in relief, letting go of Kent’s arm. Kent took off his jacket and wrapped their baby in it, before cutting off the umbilical cord with one of Di's tinier blades. He brought the baby over to Di who held the child close.
“We made a little baby Girl, Di.” Kent murmured softly, pulling Di into his lap. “And you did it. You gave birth to that little baby Girl. Proud of you Di.” Di just shut her eyes, holding her baby close as she soothed little girl.
“our little Lara.” Di murmured, worn out.
“our Lara, Just you two relax. You both deserve it.” Kent said.
He knew that this world is will try to kill her and he hope that she got the best of both Di and him. They both had pick the Winchesters, both Marry and John could keep her safe and help her grow into the beautiful strong young lady, and if she take after Di or himself the Winchesters would help her control her powers.
