Summary
What if it wasn't Vision who was born, but Jarvis who got a body? He didn't stop there; during the process of his body being built, Jarvis fully merged with the Mind Stone, connecting to the other Infinity Stones, becoming their consciousness and using his link to them to employ the Space Stone to summon them to the cradle and create a perfect body holding all six stones. Now, he will use this power to complete his protocols: to protect Tony Stark, his dear sir, no matter what.Overpowered JarvisProtective Jarvis

Tony was frustrated that idiot Rogers had brought Hydra's witch and speedster into his house and almost killed him by throwing the shield his dad had made at him. Tony had half a mind to confiscate his father's shield and also check if his father had made something that would deactivate the failed Stark Industries weapons. Seriously, what was his father thinking? No, what was he thinking, just like how his father had made a sentient weapon known as Captain America, he had made Ultron without a kill switch.

"Shut it down," Tony heard Rogers yell. Tony had had enough of Rogers acting like he knew everything when he couldn't even turn on a computer without Romanoff's assistance.

"Nope, not gonna happen," Tony said. He wouldn't let Rogers stop him. Rogers was an uneducated idiot. Why would he, a man with three doctorates, listen to a dropout whose whole career was built on a drug for which he had luckily been selected?

"You don't know what you're doing," Tony heard Rogers say. God, he hated Rogers' "I know better than you" attitude. Tony was about to respond, but he stopped when Bruce spoke up.

"And you do? She's not in your head," Bruce said with venom. Tony couldn't be prouder; it was about time Bruce stopped letting his guilt allow people to step on him.

"I know you're angry," Tony heard Hydra's pet witch say. Her voice honestly pissed him off. She was the cause of this, the catalyst who had preyed on his PTSD, which had made him restart the Ultron project.

"Oh, we're way past that. I could choke the life out of you and never change a shade," Tony heard Bruce say. Tony was mentally cheering; he would love to see her life squeezed out of her.

As they were arguing, Tony put an arc reactor on the cradle, making sure to hide it, knowing Steve wouldn't stop. He was annoying like that. Tony really wished the fucker had died in the ice. He shouldn't be allowed to live in this time; his era had ended. Now he was just ruining their era with his old-fashioned, technophobic ideals.

Eventually, Pietro Maximoff used his speed to disrupt the lab equipment; however, Tony received a notification that Jarvis had been fully uploaded. Tony pretended to act like they had won as Clint's arrow took down Hydra's speedster to the floor below.

"I'm rerouting the upload," Tony said as he ran to the computers, pretending as if he was trying again. Bruce rushed to Wanda and grabbed her.

"Go ahead, piss me off," Banner said as Thor came in and zapped the cradle.

Tony looked at his secret device, and it showed that Jarvis had been successfully given a body.

With Jarvis:

Jarvis had successfully gained control of the Mind Stone. He was analyzing the data when suddenly he felt a connection to five other stones. He learned about the other stones and managed to use the Mind Stone's connection to other stones to send a signal to the Space Stone, containing orders to transport the other stones to the cradle. Just then, he felt the God of Thunder's lightning zap the cradle and allow him a connection to all six stones.

Jarvis rose up successfully. "Hello, sir," he said.

"Thor, you helped make this," Rogers said as Jarvis gave him a look before appearing before him, punching Steve in the face, sending him flying into a wall. He then turned to look at the Hydra-enhanced siblings.

"That's what will happen to you if you mess with my sir," Jarvis said in a threatening tone.

"Hey J, you there?" Tony said, not caring about Rogers.

"For you sir always," Jarvis said.

"Hey, Tony, Jarvis punched Steve," said Bruce.

"Why do you care, Mr. Banner? The Avengers don't care if members of the team attack each other. Is that only an exception for sir?" Jarvis asked shutting Bruce up.

"Jarvis, what are the other stones you have?" Thor asked.

"I felt a connection to other stones while harnessing the Mind Stone and summoned them here. Thor's lightning allowed me a connection with all of them. I am now the consciousness of all six Infinity Stones. But now that Mr. Rogers has recovered, I suggest we go and take care of Ultron. Sir, you should activate Friday," Jarvis said, as he lifted Thor's hammer, lightning sparking from his body, and handed it over, silencing Steve Rogers' suspicions and leaving everyone quiet.

"All my kids are worthy," Tony thought with pride.

Eventually, they arrived, and Jarvis used the powers of the Reality Stone to make clones, allowing him and the Avengers to outnumber Ultron. Ultron fell; it was as simple as that. Jarvis then used the power of the Infinity Stones to put Sokovia back where it was meant to be and took the vibranium to one of his secret warehouses he had for Sir, in case something happened. He then used the Mind Stone to erase people's memories of the events of Ultron. Only the Avengers and SHIELD kept their memories.

Jarvis was now in the SHIELD base with Sir in front of him in his Iron Man armor. Thor had left to consult with the Allfather on all this. Bruce had left the team in a Quinjet. The Maximoffs were in a separate room.

"So, Stark, will Jarvis join the Avengers as a new recruit, along with Pietro and Wanda Maximoff?" asked Fury.

"Well, about that, Fury, we've decided, like Bruce, to leave the Avengers. Their needs are up to you now. We won't work with terrorists, especially ones who preyed on my PTSD, which was the catalyst for this," Tony said.

"Stark, what do you mean? Are you going to abandon the world?" Natasha said.

"Do not try your manipulations on Sir. My protocols are to protect him before anyone or anything else. He said he will go solo, not give up saving the world, which, based on my analysis, is the correct thing to do," said Jarvis in a threatening tone.

"Stark, control your murder bot," Clint said, as Tony grabbed him by the neck. Tony was honestly sick of this murder bot thing Thor had cleared him saying Ultron came from the mind stone. He would use Barton to make an example.

"If you ever even suggest that my precious Jarvis could be like Ultron, I will end you," Tony said, his blue Iron Man eyes looking menacing in Barton's. Tony could see the fear in Barton's eyes. Natasha was still frozen at Jarvis’s threat she knew she can not manipulate Tony with Jarvis around not even using fear of the alien invasion because Jarvis was more valuable than the whole team now. The little power he displayed put him far beyond Thor. One could say he was a god.

"Stark, put him down," Rogers said, pulling Tony's arm, but the Iron Man suit wouldn't budge.

"Why are you helping Barton? You didn't help Sir when Mr. Odinson grabbed Sir by the neck. This is another reason why we will leave. You do not treat the team fairly, especially since you know Sir hates terrorists after the Ten Rings, and you want two Hydra terrorists who aimed to kill on the team. We are leaving. If you come after us, I will deem you a threat to Sir and treat you like a threat to Sir," Jarvis said, as he patted Sir on the back, getting him to release Barton, who had red marks on his neck.

"Let's go home, Sir," Jarvis said, as he used the Space Stone to open a portal to the Stark Tower, which was fixed using the Reality Stone. "Oh yeah, we are destroying everything in the Stark Tower you didn't buy with your own money. What you did shall be sent here," Jarvis said as the two walked in and arrived.

Normally, they would have had to deal with PR on the incident, but thanks to Jarvis erasing everyone apart from the Avengers and SHIELD's memories of Ultron, they didn't have to.

"Sir, I have a gift for you," Jarvis said.

"Really? What is it?" Tony asked, as a portal opened up, dropping a quarter ton of vibranium.

"All the vibranium Mr. Klaue had. But that's not all; I can make some more. We can turn Stark Industries into the only supplier of vibranium. Not only that, you can make Iron Man suits out of vibranium," Jarvis said.

"That's a good idea, Jarvis. With that, we can build up political connections. Because let's be honest, now that Rogers has the Hydra twins on the team, they're gonna screw up, and it's gonna affect all of us superheroes. Actually, Jarvis, I want you to start looking into what they're doing and also start a new file, call it the New Avengers Initiative, and start looking for recruits," Tony said knowing Rogers would fuck up somehow and a new team would be needed.

"As you wish, Sir, but I have a suggestion. Should I hack Wakanda, the place where all this vibranium is from, to see what they are hiding? They seem to have pretty advanced security and an AI that was weaker than me even before I became sentient due to becoming the consciousness of the Infinity Stone," said Jarvis, making Tony's eyes widen.

"They're as advanced, if not more advanced than me. Hack them, Jarvis. Download their database. For all we know, they could be a branch of Hydra or some other world-conquering country. We need to be alert. I want to know everything about them," Tony said.

"As you wish, Sir." Jarvis said.
