Chapter 1

Deep in the Quantum realm, there was a place not accessible to even the Pym Particles or magic, a place so hidden that the most powerful and ancient Gods in the Marvel Universe could not find it. This place was called the QuantumForge. It was sentient and had knowledge of all technology like weapons, AI, shields, barriers, medi-tech, and more. It could even combine these with magic and cosmic powers to create something far beyond anything that was ever known. The Forge could even take the most primitive life form and, for a period of time, turn them into a god. It could even take cave men and put them on the level of civilizations like Wakanda, Asgardians, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Kree, Nova Empire, Thanos, Celestials.

The QuantumForge could even take the most primitive life form and, for a period of time, turn them into a god. It could bestow upon people the power to create technology, form advanced armor that would make even the Kree look primitive.

It could take the most basic material in the Universe and forge a weapon that could even cut through the skin of a Celestial, or even better, create a shield that would be impenetrable even to the Mighty Thor.

This place was also known as the birthplace of the cosmic cube as well as the death place of the Dark God Knull.

The Forge had been watching the future of a planet in a universe, Earth-199999 specifically, for a while and knew about the events of Infinity War. The Forge also had its own ideas for how it wanted the universe's story to end. It did not like the mortal it enjoyed. Tony Stark dying was not in its plan, and so the QuantumForge made a decision. It had a plan, and now it was time to execute the first part.

The Forge had intervened during Tony Stark's birth, blessing him with its powers. Powers that it could control to create an X-Gene that would be able to harness its powers and change the fate of the whole Universe. The Forge had been watching this Tony Stark for a while now and knew he was the right man for the job.

So, now it was time to start its plan.

Tony Stark's X-Gene would not activate until the age of 39. He would activate it in a time where people would be accepting of superheroes, and his bigoted father was dead. The Forge planned for Tony to activate in Afghanistan right before Tony was kidnapped by the Ten Rings when he is bombed by his own bomb sold to the Ten Rings by his business partner Obadiah Stane. The Forge would then use this time to implant knowledge into Tony Stark, to make sure that Tony would not need help from the likes of the Avengers, S.H.I.E.L.D, and H.Y.D.R.A. The QuantumForge did not like the Avengers or S.H.I.E.L.D. or H.Y.D.R.A. In fact, they were an annoyance. They thought they were the heroes but no one had any idea who the real heroes were and the real villains. The Avengers would be nothing without Tony Stark. Without his inventions. The Forge had to admit Tony Stark was a genius but a little too arrogant, but not as arrogant as Victor Von Doom or Doctor Doom or his other variants it had seen in other universes, especially the ones written by the horrible Team Captain America fans and Tony Stark haters. Also known as the Trash - fanfiction-verses.

However the universe’s written by Team Iron Man’s and Tony Stark fan’s he is the definition of angel even ones where he gets revenge on S.H.I.E.L.D, Wakanda and Team Captain America. Also Known as the GOAT Fanfictions.

Tony Stark had his moments when he was being an idiot, but in the end, he always does the right thing and protects the Earth. He even protected the Earth from the most powerful threats, and not just Earth but the Universe as well, including Galactus, the Beyonder, Thanos, Ultron, and Kang the Conqueror. Tony Stark would not need the Avengers because they would become nothing without him. Tony would not need a team.

He would not need the help of Steve Rogers, the man who kept his parent's murder from him and hid it behind his back.

Or Clint Barton aka Hawkeye who mocked the injuries of Tony's manipulative friend.

Or the God of Lies, Thor who is nothing more than a bully,

or the Winter Soldier who killed his parents.

Or Bruce Banner, who ran away from his responsibilities and abandoned his world and left Tony Stark to deal with the fallout of Ultron.

Or Sam Wilson Captain America's pet puppy.

Or Wanda Maximoff the person who brainwashed and killed innocent civilians and illogically decided it was Tony Stark who killed her parents,

Or Vision who tarnished the memory of J.A.R.V.I.S by falling in love with the disgusting and vile Scarlet Witch.

Or James Rhodes the man who chose his career over his friend. The man who couldn't see his self-proclaimed best friend was dying.

Tony did not need any of them.

But Tony did need some help from people who were loyal to him and his friends who were not idiots, the ones who cared about him and who Tony had trusted for years and knew that he could trust.

Peter Parker, known as Spider-Man, would be perfect.

Stephen Strange was another good candidate.

Carol Danvers, a real captain who does not favor or hate her teammates for their past or affiliation or the color of their skin or who they love or how much money they have.

Loki would make an excellent ally. He, like Tony, had been wrongly blamed for so much and like Tony, was a victim of mind control.

Valkyrie was another great addition to the team, the only problem was that she was a bit of a drunk, but the Forge had plans for her to get clean and help in the future.

But in the end, it was the choice of its champion to choose whomever he wanted as his allies.

The QuantumForge would also give him a family, allow him to give sentience to his AIs like J.A.R.V.I.S and Friday, and maybe even the Iron Legion.

And a family is something that Tony Stark really needed.

Tony had suffered enough in his life. His mother's death, his father's neglect and abuse, his best friend's betrayal, his godfather who wanted his company, the people who tried to kill him, the people who hated him, the Avengers' betrayal,

Tony Stark did not deserve this. He needed a family and someone who would love him unconditionally.

Tony did not deserve the pain he suffered.

He did not deserve to suffer for the sins of his father or Howard Stark.

He did not deserve to suffer for his company or the mistakes of others.

The Forge also planned to return to him those who he lost like the man who put Tony on the path of a hero, Ho Yinsen, the kind butler who raised Tony, Edwin Jarvis, the second mother who helped raise Tony when his mother couldn't be there for him, Ana Jarvis, and his mother Maria Collins Carbonell Stark.

They would be reborn with powers just like Tony was going to.

The QuantumForge could even help Tony with his fear of water.

And in the end, the QuantumForge knew that Tony would succeed, he would be the savior of the Earth and the universe, and his name would live forever.

Now all that was left was for Tony Stark, the Genius, Billionaire Playboy Philanthropist, to activate his X-Gene.

The QuantumForge would start its plan in February–May 2009.

It would begin with the bomb.

With a smile, the

QuantumForge turned its attention to the other people in Earth-199999 who would need its help.

Tony Stark would not be alone. He was never alone.

There would be others, and they would save the day.

And the QuantumForge could not wait for the show to begin. This will be entertaining to watch unfold live. Although it could watch the results of this now. The Forge would rather watch it live.
