Marry me! Spinneraki AU
I honestly have no idea who would be the ideal 'NEET' in this situation b/c honestly both Shigaraki & Spinner are kind of NEETs lol. If push came to shove, I'd go with Shigaraki, though.
So, basically this is an Marry me! AU where the HPSC fear that 'NEET's like Tenko who hide away at home all day and don't go out could have a propensity to become villains (criminals if one wants to write this in a quirkless AU), so they create a law stating that all current 'NEET's in existence have to be married to a government agent, who's job will be to rehabilitate them and reintroduce them to 'normal' society.
On Tenko's twenty-first birthday, when he becomes eligible for this new system, he finds he's been matched to one Shuichi Iguchi, former NEET and current civil service agent working at the HPSC.
Of course, he hates this at first. He never asked to be married! Why did his stupid sister have to go and sign him up for this against his will?? Life isn't fair!
But as he gets to know Shuichi, he starts to find that the other man is a lot more than what Tenko first thought him to be... and that maybe, just maybe, Tenko might just be staring to fall for the civil service agent.
