And then BAM he got hit by a big ass BUILDING- WHAT?
Ok so this was harder than they anticipated.
The city is in complete chaos right now and they still haven’t found Miles’s father anywhere, this is starting to get concerning.
So far they haven’t really fought the Spot head on, they’re kept busy trying to keep as many people alive as possible, evacuating spaces and protecting citizens, Miles has been having a heart attack everytime he spots a kid wearing anything that resembles the color red in danger, making him think back to his vision.
They set Porker on the search for his dad, his cartoonish physics and ability to literally turn his eye into an all seeing binocular will never cease to amaze him.
“SPIDER-MAN!” an echoing voice shouted behind him, and he was reminded of the threat that was attempting to kill him right now.
Given how the Spot has a specific grudge on him, he opted to distract him while the others are taking the people to safety before they join the fight, and also try and find his dad.
And so far he can safely say that his ass has been handed to him on many occasions, the fact that his spider senses just don’t work on the guy makes things ten times worse, he hates it.
However his spider senses do work when a truck is flung right at him, prompting him to dodge it roughly, taking a strong fall, immediately getting up and keeping the pace.
“Guys, any updates!?” He shouts through the coms of the watch that the gang handed to him earlier before they split up.
“We managed to evacuate people here” Peter said through the coms, “what about you? Found any weak spots we can take advantage of?” He paused, then his voice rang out again, “pun intended”.
“Nothing, he’s been really throwing me around like a rag doll, any punch I throw at him goes right through his body and back at me, this is really starting to get frustrati- WOAH-!” He cut himself off as a hole appeared right under where he was running, making him jump up on a wall and start climbing.
“Have you found my dad yet!?” He shouted into the watch, barely dodging an attack in time.
“Still looking for him!” Porker replied.
Miles cursed before he shot a web to swing away, at least Spot is focused on him more than anything, so that’s a positive.
However a hole ripped through the sky right where he aimed his web and cut it off, making him fall right through another portal and getting spat against a car, wrecking it completely.
He groaned in pain before looking up only to be met with that scary distorted silhouette of the guys he called a villain of the week just two days ago, he is never underestimating a villain ever again.
“You’re gonna pay for what you did to me Spider-Man…” the Spot echoed and a hole tore through the sky before an absurd amount of debris and wreckage from the damaged buildings was sent his way.
He couldn’t react fast enough, but before he was injured in any awful way, he felt something stick to his back and pull him away from the attack, finding himself hidden in an alley, between the arms of someone before they put him down.
“Peter?” He asked, turning around and immediately smiling at the man that just rescued him.
“Not really,” said the guy.
“Miguel!” He exclaimed in happiness and joy upon seeing the familiar suit, making him almost forget the pain his body’s going through right now.
Miles from the other earth showed up from beside him.
“I hope we weren’t late, we had to make a quick stop” he said, lifting his arm up and pointing to a gizmo attached to his wrist, it looked like both uncle Aaron and Miggy had a watch too.
“Wait! How-“ he cut himself off once he noticed the lurking shadow behind them, and his blood turned cold, “LOOK OUT!” he shouted, lifting his arm and immediately pointing his web shooters at Miguel who was lurking behind them.
Fortunately enough, Miggy managed to grab his arm and tilt it towards the sky fast enough before he shot, sending a web upwards.
“Woah, woah, wait don’t shoot” He said, “The guy’s fine, he’s with us”.
Miles’s mask shifted to a puzzled expression, glancing back at his friend than at Miguel again, who was avoiding his gaze the whole time, then his eyes widened.
“Wait, are you serious?”.
“Yes”.
And it seems to be true given how Miguel hasn’t attacked him yet.
“How?!”.
“It takes a Miguel to convince a Miguel”.
“They were at each other’s throats for a whole hour before they calmed down” Miles-42 chimed in out of nowhere, “you should’ve seen it”.
“Whatever, we shouldn’t waste time, there’s a city being attacked out there” Miguel finally spoke, walking past them and peeking outside of the alley, “plus we got your dad to save, so let’s not make things harder”.
Miles’s eyes winded at the last statement, Miguel has chased him down and choke slammed him on a train for trying to save his dad, and now he’s just okay with it? How and when? He turned to look back at Miggy for a second, it really does takes a Miguel to convince a Miguel it seems.
“Lyla, do a scan on the universe for Jefferson Davis Morales” Miguel voiced out on his watch, to which a holographic map emitted from the watch and a red dot kept flashing showing where Miles’s dad was.
“Miles, can you contact your friends?” Miggy said from beside him, “we have a plan on how to stop this Spot guy, but we’ll need everyone here for it”.
“Uh yeah, I will,” he said.
“Cool, while you guys discuss the plan, I’ll go out and distract the big guy out there while Miles gets to Jeff,” Aaron said, and Miles 42 put his mask back on his face.
“Wait” Miles said, “are you gonna be okay fighting him on your own?”He asked.
“Miles, I have fought so many people back in my own universe before, I’ll be fine, I promise”.
Miles swallowed with a heavy heart.
“Okay, good luck!”.
With that Aaron put the mask back on and him and his Miles left.
After that Miles called for the others, with the added detail that Miguel is here now, and he’s somehow on their side as well, he doesn’t want a repeat of the situation with Miggy back on earth-42, although he will admit, he won’t feel as bad for Miguel as he did with Miggy, sue him.
After a while, everyone arrived at the alley, eyeing Miguel suspiciously, and honestly he can’t blame them.
“So you said we got a plan?”. Asked Peter.
“Precisely” Miggy replied, “you see, back at the spider society, me and big guy over there have been looking back at any information we can pull about the Spot”” he explained, “and we found something”.
Miguel took a step forward, pressing a few buttons on his gizmo that blasted a hologram of the scene from a few days ago, from the camera that Gwen left when she was hanging out with Miles.
It showed the Spot working on a mini collider, and Miguel paused the scene before it continued.
“Here you can notice something” he started, “The Spot’s well… spots are limited, right here he was creating more dark matter because he was out of holes to use, and he repeated the same thing back at Pav’s earth with the collider in Alchemax”.
“So if we wanna beat him, we’re gonna need him to use all of his spots, that will make him an easier target,” Miggy explained.
“That actually makes a lot of sense”. Gwen muttered.
“So we just attack him until he’s spent?” Pav asks.
“Exactly” Miguel answers.
“What about Miles’s dad?” Hobie interjects, shooting a glare at Miguel from under his mask.
“It’s already being dealt with” Miles replies.
“And Miguel is surprisingly okay with it now?” Gwen questions, very full of doubt.
“Don’t worry about it, he is, I’m making sure of it” Miggy answered.
“You’re sounding very confident in yourself” Miguel says to his counterpart, “I could beat you up if I want to”.
“I would like to see you try”.
“Okay enough of this” Peter interrupts them before they could start bickering, “we have a plan to execute, we can’t waste time”.
It’s kind of weird for Peter to be the one giving the orders to Miguel, however he didn’t miss how Miggy was immediately all ears the second he spoke, feels weird, he’s gonna need to ask Miguel about this heroic age Spider-Man Thing when all of this is over.
“Penni and Margo you two try to scan the buildings and check for any citizens left to evacuate, Porker, Miguel and, uh- Miguel, you two will come with me, the rest will go with each other, we’ll try to attack the Spot from all directions and overwhelm him”.
“Do I have to be on the same team as the pig?” Miggy whispered under his breath.
“What was that?” Porker sprung up beside him, literally stretching his legs in a cartoonish way to reach him face to face, Miggy choked.
“Nothing! Nothing! I said nothing”.
“That’s what I thought”.

Aaron was having a rough time, but he was holding his ground he would say, the spot guy didn’t seem so interested in him, so his hits weren’t really all that hard.
However he won’t deny he felt relief when he saw the gang of Spider people finally emerging and backing him up on this mission.
He knows the plan, the Miguels discussed it in front of him and Miles earlier, and he knows that when this part is at play, his mission is now to go find Miles and Jeff, so he leaves the battle ground and opens the map to find his nephew and his brother from another mother.
Literally.
He really doesn’t know how he’ll react to seeing Jeff again, he didn’t even think about how Miles himself would react to seeing his dad again now that he thought about it, definitely the reason why Miles was so eager to be the one to look for him when they set up the plan earlier.
And speaking of the devil, he sees Miles landing right beside him.
“Found him?” He asked.
“Not really, Miguel did mention that it’ll be hard to track him down without having problems, he keeps disappearing and reappearing on the map”.
“Keep looking, we’ll split up and cover more area”.
Miles nodded, covering his face with the mask once more and jumping away from him.
He better not lose a brother a second time.

They were attacking Spot from every direction they could.
The spiders finding it hard to navigate around his portals for the lack of spider senses, Miguel and Miggy were managing to hold their own tho.
Miles thinks that maybe he shouldn’t get too dependent on his spider tingles and train his other senses when all of this is over, not to discredit the tingles tho, they saved his ass way too many times.
However, on the bright side, their plan seems to work, they have been overwhelming Spot, making him use his holes even more, and he thinks that he sees a bit of white regions appearing on his body.
They just need to keep this up longer, as long as he doesn’t know what their plans entail.
Miles was about to land a kick on Spot before a portal opened up, a car coming his way, luckily he was snatched very quickly by Miggy.
“He really seems to be targeting you” Miguel commented, “who even is this guy and what’s his problem with you?”.
“Weird alchemax scientist, got screwed over by a project gone wrong and now he blames me for it!” Miles said before shooting a web and swinging away.
Miggy stood there for a second.
“Well that’s just vaguely familiar” he said to himself before following behind.
They continued on their little dance until there was a white area large enough to actually hurt, and Hobie took advantage of it, kicking the spot hard enough and sending him tumbling behind.
“Yes! He’s starting to run out!” Hobie cheered.
And it seemed as if the spot had the same realization.
“NO!” He shouted, throwing more Spots at them that they managed to dodge, and making things worse for himself, and this time they actually managed to land punches at him.
Granted it was hard, but it still worked.
And that made the panic settle in spot’s head, suddenly they all seem to be working together way better than when he was in that Mumbatten earth, and the fact that there’s more of them doesn’t help,
What would help however is more Spots.
Panic makes him crave more even though he already has enough, and he immediately makes a bee line to the collider’s site.
The place was wrecked, but last time he checked, the collider wasn’t so damaged, he can get it to function again, and then he’ll be able to get more spots.
He opens a portal straight to it, giving himself a head start against the Spiders.
Who stood there wondering where he went, before Lyla alerted them of his presence in the site, and it clicked.
“He’s going to make more dark matter!” Miguel exclaimed, “Go we need to stop him!”.
As they swung to the collider, they were unaware of the police car that was patrolling the city under them.
And that police car was unaware of the two Prowlers behind it.
By the time they reached the place, they found Spot had found a way to actually work the thing. Sometimes having a smart brain isn’t always the best when it’s in the wrong hands… or heads.
“NO STOP-“ Miggy shouted before shooting a web at him that luckily landed on his white area, pulling him back.
And now it’s almost as if it’s a repeat from the Mumbatten alchemax, with one snap of a thread away from more destruction, the others we’re holding onto Miggy as well.
“Listen! it’s not too late for you Spot!” Miggy found himself trying to negotiate with him, “Alchemax shocked you over? Well, so did mine! I was a scientist at their labs just like you, and I was screwed over by them just like you! I know how you feel and we can help you if you’d just stop!” The pull was getting stronger, “we can find you a cure.”
Spot was quiet for a second, before his echoing voice rang again.
“Alchemax didn’t screw me over, Spider-Man did”. Was the last thing he said before he snapped the web using one of his portals and going straight through the collider’s been.
Recreating the same scene from a few days ago.
But it didn’t go the same way.
A flash was suddenly beeping and The Miguels had to close their eyes from it, then a scream was heard.
The Spot overdid it.
It was said that if the collider turned on it’ll cause a black hole or some sort of horrible explosion.
Well the collider caused a black hole, but all it ate was from the spot.
His body couldn’t handle any more dark matter, and in a second, he imploded with a panicked and horrified scream.
And with the implosion came the sudden shooting of so many black holes that ate at the general area.
The area where Jefferson Morales was trying his hardest to get people to safety and away from.
Suddenly he heard the sound of a little child crying.
A little girl in a red dress was right under falling rubble caused by the amount of black portals that ate at the area, and he ran towards her, the prowlers attempting to get to him but failing as concrete fell separating them.
The spiders were still recovering from the implosion when Miggy’s enhanced hearing picked up on Aaron’s screaming from somewhere under.
“JEFFERSON!”
He quickly perked up, his eyesight allowing him to see who he assumes is Miles’s father, and the danger that was about to strike him.
“NO!” He shouts in panic before immediately getting up on his feet and jumping to Miles’s dad and the girl just as the building gave out and came crashing down.
Mid air he shot a web that stuck to both Jeff and the child, and he pulled as hard as he could, the momentum sending him forward while dragging the two backwards.
Falling to the ground, he had managed to pull Jeff to safety, but he forgot where that landed him.
He was so focused on getting Miles’s father out that he didn’t realize that he was in and under the danger instead.
He didn’t have the time to react, he couldn’t make a cocoon of webs, he couldn’t lift his arm up, heck he couldn’t even get up on his feet before it all came crashing down.
The last thing his hearing picks up on is Miles’s scream from far away, and the last thing he sees is the horrified face of a cop with a child in his arms.
“MIGUEL-“
And everything went black.
