With a resolute and vibrant voice, their queen's unwavering tone echoed across the entire ocean, carrying within it an exhilarating sense of hope and promise as she turned to gaze at him.

-"We are humbled as Ix Chel's favour smiled upon us. A pair of beautiful souls is about to grace us. We are blessed to welcome two precious lives, a little princess and a little prince…"-

Their god paused for a moment, as if not daring to believe the words that had just left his own lips, captivated in awe and happiness.

"Jump'éel tojóolal largamente esperada, u Talokan u anticipado ichil yáax ka anhelado ti' siglos..."

-"A long-awaited blessing, that Talokan has anticipated for generations, and yearned for centuries…"-

He looked at her with eyes of unparalleled clarity and boundless love.

Seemingly shaken by their announcement, she grinned mischievously,

"Táan k ka'a ts'áaik u bienvenida juntúul chan paale' yéetel juntúul x-~"

-"We are welcoming a baby boy and a baby girl~"-

Thunderous, as their people cheered in a roaring ovation. The surprised shouts, the uncontainable excitement squeals, the dancing in joy, and the happy tears shed. Even the deafening applause couldn't interrupt their deep, affectionate gaze. Namor turned to face Shuri, unable to contain his amusement, he gently kissed her forehead, with precious and treasured love.

A pure joy and total elation that felt as if it were about to burst from their chests.

A blissful smile graced Shuri's lips, and sheer euphoria adorned her face, lit up with profound contentment. She placed her intertwined hand with his on her blossoming belly, cradling new life within, glowing with the warmth of love and the promise of a beautiful tomorrow.

The wonder of being a mother— carrying two little lives. Shuri felt it again like the first time they found out she was pregnant, as she felt it truly now.

Namor's eyes sparkled with utter joy, he couldn't help but beam with complete ecstasy. Her lovable silly fool. The corners of his mouth curled up in sheer glee and pointed to the sky. Absolute bliss painted across Namor's incredible soft features as he chuckled with pleasure.

As Shuri stands at the center of the gathering, wearing her royal attire and crown that matches his. The Talokanils place their hands on their hearts and begin a harmonious chant.

"¡Líik'ik Talokan!"

Shuri felt a powerful surge in her chest, just like when their people were blessing them, celebrating their joy back in Wakanda.

"Wakanda Forever!"

"¡Líik'ik Talokan!"

The rumbling in her chest and the frantic pounding of her heart brought tears to her eyes that she couldn't hold back. She was filled with gratitude and profound thanks; this moment felt like a dream, almost too unreal.

"¡Líik'ik Talokan!"

And Namor tightly wrapped her hand, his large hand resting on top of hers and the slightly protruding belly. The warmth from his palm reassured her that this was real.

They had come a long way.

Journeyed through countless ups and downs, and now, their family was about to welcome two beautiful souls and grow from two to four— who would have thought?

"It could've been different."

Shuri looked at Namor, who was equally moved, whose eyes were reddened with tears, and she clasped his hands tightly too.

They made it different.

"Wakanda Forever!"

"¡Líik'ik Talokan!"

The mighty chant resonates through the water, creating a sense of unity and reverence.

Overwhelming jubilation surrounds them when their people gather around. The atmosphere is bathed in the soft, radiant glow of bioluminescent flora, casting an ethereal light on the faces of every Talokanil.

One pair after another, Talokanils swim forward, their hands gently touching their bodies with tenderness as they give their most sincere blessings and the anticipation of new lives. Welcoming their new little princess and prince.

Namora and Attuma stood firmly behind them, their people forming protective and blessing circles around them, like never-ending ripples. The circle grows and grows, as vast as the sun.

With a mixture of pride and affection, Shuri places her hand on Namor's chest, feeling the same rumble and beating heart.

While the smiles on Shuri and Namor's faces were as radiant and breathtaking as the sun in the deep sea.

Namor looks at his love, his Shuri— smitten.

The sun that he brought to his people.

Her.

Shuri.

And of course, their firstborns, two little sunshines, are arriving in their lives.
