9 Stitches - Henrik and Jackaboy Man (Jacksepticeye egos)
“Henrik you’re most popular patient is here!” Henriks co-worker yells to him from the hospital corridor. Henrik rubbed a hand roughly down his rugged face as he held back a groan as the sound of the patient’s footsteps grew louder. “Hiya Hen.” Jackie said using his left hand to awkwardly wave as his right hand was busy clutching a still heavily-bleeding wound in his side. Henrik turned to his computer charts, skipping over the pleasantries “You’v been heare enough timez to kno how zis goes. Take zis off and lie on that cot. Jackie opened his mouth to retort but the stern glare the doctor gave the computer made him reconsider. He followed orders, hissing as his side burned at the attempt to lift the suit. “Oh for Gott sake! JUZT lye downn.” The doctor barked.
After a few seconds of only the tense sound of silence and metal clinks of tools Henrik spoke up “I’m sorry vut I vill need to cut za suit.” Jackie sighed sadly but nodded as the Doctor began to open the suit to access and asses the wound. “Uh-what’s the damage hen?” Jackie nervously asked, “Vell you zhall live vut you definitely need stitchez.” Jackie nodded allowing the doctor to focus on his needlework. Jackie watched Henrik at work intently as he sowed him up. To anyone else the Doctor would seem to be the picture of calm, but Jackie knew him better than that. As the doctor finished his stitches he stood to grab some disinfectant but not before Jackie placed a hand softly on his shoulder. “I’m sorry Henrik.” He whispered as Henrik suddenly found the floor very interesting “No need, juzt be sorre for vourself.” He finished as he grasped the bottle of iodine. “I won’t feel sorry for getting inured protecting the innocent. But I will feel sorry for making you worry like this every time I come in.” Henrik gave him a venerable look as he pulled a chair to sit by his patient, shoulders slumped with newly released tension. “I am juzt worreed vhat one day I von’t be able to stitch ye vack togetha.” The doctor admitted. The superhero turned onto his good side to give the doctor a very needed one-arm hug as he melted into the embrace of the superhero that smelled like fresh air with a hint of disinfectant. “They don’t call me a super-hero for nothin. I’m not invincible but I’m not going nowhere without a fight, and I now damn well I have a amazing medic that I can’t leave alone.” He finished with a cheeky wink raising a smile on both of their faces. Until Chase decided it was time to visit and ruin the sentimental moment
“Wow you could say this scene has ME in stitches!”
The groan of the Youtuber’s name was heard throughout half of the ER
