Hobie brown hates meetings, he allways did, and allways will. Allways trying to avoid them as much as he could. Tho, the only times he actually did come, where the ones where Pavitr was there too.
He didn't even listen to Miguel, he just occasionally stared at Pavitr all the time, untill the end of the meeting, and then asked him to hang out.
That's pretty much how it worked, Miguel noticed that of course, so every time he needed Hobie’s presence he allways made sure to call Pavitr too.
He still remembers how it started.

"Hobie"
"-I need to come for a meeting"
Miguel was calling Hobie with the watch, to invite him to go on a very important meeting that was supposed to start in 10 minutes.
"Suck ma dick, I've more importan' things to d-"
"Uhm...sorry boss? Could you give me a chair? The others are already taken..." then he heard a shy voice, Pavitr's voice to be more specific, from Miguel's watch.
"Oh, of course. Lyla! Give Prabhakar-"
"You can call me Pavitr"
"...a chair"
And before he could continue the conversation with Hobie, a portal appeared in front of him with the british boy jumping out of it.
Miguel unwittingly smirked "Looks like the important things weren't that important uhu?".
"Shu' up man" Hobie scoffed at him, but Miguel could see the smile under Hobie’s mask as he got closer to Pavitr and doing their usual greeting.
Form that moment on, Miguel made sure to invite Pavitr everytime he needed Hobie’s presence too...or when his presence was absolutely necessary, he didn't like Hobie that much.
Tho, the two of them together could get distracted very easly, whenever you made then sit near or far from each other, they allways found a way to distract the other.
But one day something strange happend...
"Lyla call Pavitr" Miguel had to do another meeting and he needed both Pavitr and Hobie, there was a very dangerous Venom that was traveling universe to universe, and this Venom really really liked the taste of human meat, and his host didn't mind it.
He wanted to make a general hologram videocall (lmaoooo I didn't know how to call it ;] pls don't hate me) so that everyone could see it at once, but Lyla told him about some spiders being in public spaces in their universes and civilian seeing a blue spider saying stuff, couldn't be so convenient.
He had to call every spider singulary, which was a pain in the ass, and finally he arrived to Pavitr, he said the important stuff, then informed him about a meeting that were going to have in 2 days, to specify more.
He planned to have the meeting with every spider man, of course not everyone one time, it was impossible, he had to make a meeting with at least 15 spider people each.
Miguel asked Pavitr to inform Hobie about Venom and the meetings too, to shorten time (to make sure he would actually come).
Pavitr thanked him for warning him and told him he would definitely go to the meeting. And he would make sure to inform him!

Two days later, Pavitr didn't show up, but Hobie did, this means that Hobie didn't knwo why Pavitr didn't show up. And he wasn't happy about it.
"Hey! You twonk!" Hobie yelled to Miguel, suddenly getting up from his seat...more precisely were he choose to sit, after 10 minutes of waiting for Pavitr to show up, Hobie knew he would never be late.
"Pav' wa' supposed to be 'ere ten minutes ago!?" He insisted
"I don't know where he is, maybe he had plans and forgot to warn us" Miguel said without even turning around, I'll make sure to call him later to know what what kept him from coming" And he was sure that one of the other spiders made a "that's what she said" joke and exhaled exhaustevely, he hates his job.
"No! That's no' right! He would hav' inform-"
"-you" Miguel said, interrupting him and finally giving attention to the british boy
"I know, he would have at least inform you, you wouldn't have even bother to come too if u knew Pavitr wasn't going to be here...im going to send someone to see if he's OK if that's what you want"
Hobie looked at him with his mouth open,and finally realized "You've been invitin' him jus' to make sure I was goin' to be ther' too..." he looked down, ashamed of his ignorance, he should have thought about it from the beginning, it was weird that Pavitr and Hobie had the same meetings every. single. time. From. Hobie prospective Miguel used Pavitr to get to him... Like... Like if he was some kind of pawn
Then he looked up at him, with rage "Eat shit an' die you fuckin' jerkwad!" he Said opening a portal, Miguel was sure conducted to 50101B, who was he to stop him?
...27 minutes later, when the meeting finished and he was about to greet everyone (out) he got a call from the british boy
"MIGUEL BRIN' A SQUAD 'ERE! IMMIDIATLY!!" Miguel could hear his panicking voice, he was also full of wounds and half of his mask was ripped apart, and he could see his eyes...full of anger and saddnes
So Miguel didn't asked any questions and sent the all spiders of the meeting on the spot, and then, and only then he made sure everwhen everyone was gone he presumed to interrogate Hobie
"Hobie what happen?!" He was trying to peek in the background, seeing part of the city destroyed, and the spiders that he sent were already fighting something...but he just couldn't see who or what
"THA'-, THA' FUCKIN' BLACK SLUSHY PIECE OF SHIT! THA' WHA' HAPPEN! I CAME TO SEE WHY PAV WAS MISSIN' AND I FOUND AN ENTIRE BLOCK DESTROYED!! AND PAV ALMOST GOT KILLED BY THA' THING! HE'S NOT OPENIN' HIS EYES!" he could hear his voice break in the last sentences
"I-I... He's still breathin' but he lost a lo' of blood! I-I don't kno' w-wha' to do! I-!" Hobie was rumbling to himself but snapped out of it when he heard a voice yelling at him... Miguel
"HOBART BROWN CALM YOURSELF DOWN! YOU SAID HE IS STILL ALIVE, SO BRING YOUR AND HIS ASS OVER HERE AND TAKE HIM TO THE MED! YOU HEARD ME?!" Miguel tried to look calm, even if he was panicking too. But that was Hobie needed to bring him back to reality
"A'ight'! A'ight I-I'm comin'!" he said closing the call and opening a portal to Miguel's earth, where he had to give the body to Miguel, since he was faster than him, to bring him in the meds, Hobie tired to keep track of them even if slower, but eventually he menaged to arrive in the medical in time to see Pavitr being placed on a medical bed and entering a room.
And when he tried to got in, someone placed a big hand on his shoulder and stopped him "Leave them do their job Hobie, if you want Pavitr to survive" Miguel's voice has made it's way into his ears
"But...but wha' if he-" "He won't, trust me Pavitr is very strong. He will wake up, apologize for making you worry, maybe kiss you and then everything will go back to normal"
At that phrase, Hobie looked at him shocked "Kiss...me?" he asked blushing a little (just a little... God I'm using too much c.ai this days-)
"Yes? Aren't you two together?" he tilted his head in confusion
"...No..."
...A moment of silence...
"Ah" Miguel said walking away
Hobie just stared at him, and after a while of processing what just happen, he sat in front of the still closed door and waited for it to open

2 hours and 37 minutes later of non-stop starting contest with the door, it opened and some spiders-doctors came out of it
"HOW IS THE LAD?!" Hobie got up and asked impatiently at the doctors
"He's fine, but he need to rest" one of them responded, and with a that Hobie exhaled heavily, happy that his best friend was alive and well...I mean...That his best friend was alive at least
So he entered the room, and sat next to him, and hold his beloved's hand and kissing his forehead

After the incident, Hobie began to come to all the meetings, to make sure to see if there were any more "very much dangerous" lever spider-man villains he should know about
And it was after Pavitr completally recovered and started to come to the meetings again that he noticed that the two boys got closer, in a "started to kiss on tle lips" way
So he wanted to check something
"Lyla let me see what happen in the med room n° 8, on Monday 21st, when Prabhakar woke up "
"Mmm, what's the magic word??" Lyla teased him, smirking
"I'll diactivate you if you don't show me. Here" Miguel said with an angry smile, and a fake happy voice
"We both know that u won't! Because
1)you love me too muuuuchhh~
2)you need me to run everything here
And last but not least
3)without me you would go butt naked for all HQ" Lyla replied to Miguel with a Lenny face like face
"... Ugh... Please?" he said defeated, his face becoming a little red
"Of course Miguelito~" she said one last time before dissappearing "I told you to not call me like tha-" and before he could finish that phrase, a holographic window appeared in front of hims, showing the two boy
Pavitr was awake and in a sitting position, Hobie was sat on a chair on the left side of the bed and was holding the other's hand
It looked like they had a normal conversation but then he noticed that his audio was deactivated so he turned it on and MAN if he regretted it
"WHAT THE HECK WERE YOU THINKING UHU?! NOT CALLING ME WHEN YOU KNEW YOU COULDN'T TAKE THAT THING DOWN ALONE?!" Screams were immidiatly heard, Miguel had to turn the volume down to demage his ear more than now
"I'm sorry bro...I thought I-" and of course, he was interrupted... By a kiss? From Hobie?
"I don't want to fucking hear it lass" Hobie looked him in the eyes placed his head on Pavitr's legs, with his crossed his arms under his head as a full support, hiding the few tears that were coming out of his eyes
Pavitr then after a long time of shock, smiled softly and patted his head
"Of course jaan"
Then the window closed
"Awwww they are so cute" Lyla was tearing up on Miguel's shoulder
"...Yea... But they better not make it interfering with work"
"Ughhh party popper" Lyla dissappeared, and Miguel returned to with work addiction
