The start of the show

Peter woke up that Monday with the feeling of emptiness. He now has no friends, he broke up with Liz, Felicia and Harry hates him, well Spider-Man, because of his conflicts with their fathers and Harry has a grudge on Peter, because he is still taking photos of Spider-Man.

"Sometimes I really think of quitting being the Spider-Man. My life as Peter Parker is ruined, because I can't reveal to my already ex-friends that I'm Spider-Man. I just don't want them to be in danger because of it. But maybe it's just me being selfish, I don't really know anymore. But citizens of New York is still in need of their friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, so I'll have to continue fighting". - said Peter as he shook his head. - "I think it was a good decision to leave Midtown High. It's time for me to leave the past in the past and move forward. I was surprised that Max Modell offered me a free place at Horizon - one of the most prestigious schools in the world. And I took the chance..."

"Peter! Breakfast is ready!" - aunt May said outside of the door to Peter's room.

"Coming, aunt May!"

Walking downstairs he saw eggs with a bacon, toasts and some orange juice.

"Good morning, aunt May". - Peter said while yawning.

May watched her nephew with a sad look in her eyes before replying - "Good morning, Peter". - Lately she noticed that Peter didn't look like the happy teen he was a few weeks ago. She wished that she could help, but Peter wouldn't tell her exactly what the problem was.

"Hey, Peter!" - at the entrance to Horizon High stayed Max Modell, who was waiting for Peter so he could introduce the teen to his new classmates.

"Good morning, Mr. Modell". - Peter greeted director.

"Just call me Max". - said Max as he patted Peter's shoulder. - "Come on now, the other transferred student is waiting. I have a feeling that you will get along with her quite well".

Peter wanted to meet this girl, since Max told him they will get along, but when he saw who that transferred student was his eyes widen in shock. One of his enemies, Silver Sable, was staying here. When silver haired beauty noticed Max and Peter coming her way, she turned around and extended her hand towards Peter for handshake.

"I'm Silvija Sablinova. It's nice to meet you..." - she raised her eyebrow hinting to Peter that she didn't know his name.

"O-oh, I'm Peter... Peter Parker. It's nice to meet you too". - Peter gave Silvija a smile that she returned, but Peter couldn't help but notice that the girl's smile seemed somewhat... sad.

At the same time in Midtown High

"Attention class!" - said Mr. Ruby gaining the attention of the class. - "As sad as I am to say this, Peter won't be studying at Midtown High. He decided to transfer to another school. But also I would like you to meet new transfer student, miss Felicia Hardy".

"It's nice to meet you all. I hope we'll get along well".

"Please take a seat somewhere you want".

'I came to this school because of I found out Peter Parker attended here, but seems I was too late...' - Felicia thought as the bright light in front of her consumed her.

Looking around, Felicia noticed that she's in some kind of movie theater room as well as her parents, Mary Jane, Gwen, Liz, Flash, Sally, Sha Shan, Rand, Kenny, Glory, Harry with their families, John Jonah Jameson with his wife, Curtis Connors with his wife Martha and son Billy, Robbie and May Parker.

"Where are we?" - asked Flash as he walked around the room.

"I'm glad that you asked". - the voice came somewhere from the shadows. - "You're in a place out of time. A few days, weeks, months could pass here and not even a second will pass in your world. My name is Croakus and I brought you all here to watch the past of all of you and someone you all know".

"But where's my nephew Peter?" - asked May as she didn't see Peter being in this place.

"He won't be joining us. He already has a hard time, so I has decided to let him be out of it. Now, please everyone take a seat".

Once everyone found their seats with their family and friends, the lights dimmed down and the screen came on to the scene of a spider on its web with the city of New York behind it.

Spider-Man was jumping from rooftop to rooftop.

"Go Spider-Man!" - Flash yelled as he was the only one who believed that Spider-Man is a hero.

"Tell me there's something better. Go ahead, try". - Peter talked to himself as he swung across the city. - "How I spent my summer vacation by Peter Benjamin Parker".

"Wait, it can't be, Petey is..." - Liz couldn't finish the sentence.

"I can sum it up in one glorious, hyphenated word - Spider-Man. I am the Spectacular Spider-Man!" - Peter exclaimed as he flipped and did tricks all throughout New York.

'This explained so much'. - thought Liz, Gwen, MJ and even Sally.

"HA! I KNEW IT!" - Jonah yelled.

"So, Peter is Spider-Man... Cool" - said Rand with his smooth tone.

Harry just gritted his teeth.

"Only one thing missing - it's the last night before school starts and I could really use some action".

Peter's eyes widen when he heard an alarm in the distance. He jumped off the building and let himself fall close to the ground before shooting out his web and swinging towards the crime.

"It was too close. I thought I would have another heart attack". - said May, worried about Peter's safety.

"I'm showing you the past right now, remember. So, there's nothing to worry about, for now".

O'Hirn and Marko came out of the door on the roof of jewelry store with bags over their shoulders.

"What did I tell you? One getaway jump to the next building and we're a million bucks richer". - Flint told to his partner.

"This ain't no million buck haul. Not after The Big Man takes his cut anyway". - replied Alex with a frown.

"Ah, shut up and jump".

Alex wanted to jump over the ledge but wasn't quick enough as a line of web pulled him back before webbing him up.

"Oh no, not again!" - Marko said as he tried to shield his eyes from the bright light upon him.

"Yep, again. What is this, Marko, the third time this summer?" said Parker very proud of himself.

"Just wait till I get my hands on you, you skinny little creep". - grumbled O'Hirn wiggling in the web.

"Okay, so, Marko, now tell me. The new Spider-Man signal. Too much? It's my first night trying it out. And I'm not sure that it screams friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man". - Peter said as he faked a punch to Flint's head and webbed bag of jewels. - "Be Brutal". - continued Spider-Man as he pulled the bag to him and made it hit Marko in the back, making him fall to the ground with a grunt of pain. - "I mean, as a guy with a lot of experience getting thrashed by, well, me... I really value your opinion". - finished Peter as he webbed up Marko's hands and feet.

"Does he always make stupid jokes while fighting?" - Sally asked with obvious irritation in her voice.

"Well, he would say they're good jokes". - replied Croakus chuckling a little.

"Well, let's finish this episode and I'll show you something". - said Croakus as everyone just turned to the screen.

The scene zoomed out to show that someone watched this from the laptop.

"This is a live feed?" - said the figure as the other man nodded. - "Then I've seen enough. Summon the enforcers".

"Already on their way". - replied Hammerhead as he closed the laptop.

Walter Hardy saw that something was bothering his daughter.

"Now it makes sense..." - Felicia whispered to herself.

"You were upset that Spider-Man didn't allow you to break me out. You remember that I told you I made a mistake of taking away Ben Parker's live? He was upset, because I took someone important to him". - Felicia's father grabbed her shoulders.

May kept her head down as tears slipped down her face.

"I know you are upset about all of this. But you must trust me when I say, that you will understand everything as we move on". - the voice of Ben Parker was heard as he stepped out of the shadows.

"Ben?! Is that you?" - May couldn't believe her eyes.

"Yes, it is indeed me".

"But... How?"

"I was revived by the man who brought you here and I already saw Peter's adventures as New York's superhero and I must say I'm very proud of him".

Peter threw on his brown shirt over his Spider-Man suit.

"I've never been so pumped for the first day of school, because today everything changes".

Peter walked down the stairs quietly and stopped when he heard his aunt talking to their neighbour.

"It isn't getting any easier, Anna. We're almost out of money". - said May as she sipped coffee from her cup.

"But May, I'm sure Ben left you with..."

"Ben Parker was many, many wonderful things, but a financial wizard he was not". - May sighed - "I miss him so. Oh, but listen to me go on, we'll manage. And please, not a word of this to Peter. I wouldn't want him to be concerned".

Peter peeked around the corner before going back and faking coming downstairs.

"Hey, Aunt May. How's the most beautiful girl in Forest Hills this morning?" - said Peter kissing his aunt on the cheek.

"Oh, Peter". - May handed him a bagged lunch. - "Now hurry off, you don't wanna be late on your first day".

"No, ma'am". - Peter looked back at his aunt with a worried face.

"Oh, Peter. Why didn't you tell me that you heard all of this".

"It isn't your fault, dear, You couldn't know that he was there".

Scene shifted to a lab in OsCorp.

"I blame you for this. You told me to bring my magnetic air transport system to OsCorp". - said Toomes angrily.

"I know..." - tried to reply Otto.

"You arranged the meeting with Norman Osborn".

"And I had the best intentions".

"He studied my ideas and rejected them. Then announces OsCorp tech-flight four months later".

"I'm sorry, Adrian..."

"Don't you dare apologize, doctor. OsCorp has nothing to apologize for". - interfered Norman.

"Nothing to... Osborn, you stole my work!"

"That's dangerous talk, Mr. Toomes. Dangerous and unsupportable. Listen, you old buzzard. You've been at this for decades without one success to your name. If you never accomplished anything as a young man, who'd believe you created tech-flight as an old one?" - said Norman as he pushed Adrian towards guards. - "Boys, show Mr. Toomes out".

"Good news, I don't blame you anymore". - Adrian said to Otto as the last one turned to Osborn, who blew off his nails with a grin on his face.

"Harry, your dad is kind of a jerk". - Flash frowned.

"Shut up, Flash! You're not nice of a guy at school too".

"What is he talking about, son?" - Flash's dad asked sternly.

"I-I don't know, dad".

Scene changed to the high school.

'All right, the Parkers are desperate for cold cash, but I am not letting that spoil this moment'.

"Hey, Pete". - Harry yelled from afar.

"Harry, Gwen! How'd summer treat you?"

"Science camp was fun". - replied Gwen.

"Yeah, well, the world tour stunk. My dad spent the whole trip locked in boardrooms. So i spent mine locked in boredom. I should have spent the summer with you, Pete. Least we could have done nothing together. But now we're back. So, you ready for the torture that is M-cubed?"

"It'll be different now". - said Peter as he looked at the fountain, where Sally was.

"I didn't know that Peter had a crush on you, Sally". - Glory said with wide eyes.

"Uh, I missed my chance to date a superhero!" - Sally screamed into her hands.

"Really? Cause you spent half of sophomore year stuffed into a locker". - Peter walks over to Sally. - "Ah, Pete? Where are you going?"

'To face my destiny. Peter Parker is a wall-crawler not a wallflower. And my life is about to change.' - Peter prepared himself mentally before stammering. - "Ah...eh... S-S-S-Sally?"

"What's he... Ah... Is he?" - Harry turned to Gwen.

"I... I think he is".

"Are you damaged?!" - Yelled Sally.

"He did". - said Harry and Gwen as they cringed.

"Why in the world do you think I'd ever go out with Midtown High's champion geek?" - she pointed her finger at Peter and made him back up.

Flash and Rand walked onto the scene.

"Hey, Rand, Puny Parker is hitting on your girl".

"Rand, I-I didn't know you two were..."

"It's cool". - Rand said to Peter before he could apologize.

"Cool? You don't care?" - Sally widened her eyes.

"Why? You want to go out with him?" - Rand continued with his smooth tone.

"I want to walk on a Parker free planet, thank you very much". - Sally glared at Peter.

Sally gulped as she looked over and saw her parents giving her disapproving looks. She was scared, when she looked at her father, but when she caught her mother's gaze, she became beyond terrified. Next she made the mistake of looking over and catching the eye of May.

"I don't know what my family has done to you, young lady, but if didn't want to go out with my nephew, you could have simply said no". - May said as she glared at the cheerleader.

"I'm sorry, Mrs. Parker". - Sally said with her head down.

"It's not me that you need to apologize to".

"We'll have a long talk with you, when we get home". - Sally's mother glared at her daughter.

'Now, I'm totally dead!' - Sally screamed in her head, knowing what that meant.

Flash grabbed peter by the front of his shirt.

"Lucky you didn't try this with my girl, Parker. If your geek sweat got within one mile of Liz..." - Flash warned Peter.

"Back off, Flash! I won't be your punching bag anymore. Things have changed". - Peter glared back.

Flash smirks before pushing peter and making him trip over Kenny, who was on his hands and knees behind Peter, and made him fall and hit his shoulders and the back of his head on the fountain.

"You hear him threaten me, dude?" - Flash stole Peter's lunch and took the dessert and handed the sandwich to Kenny. - "The nerd thinks he's Spider-Man. Hm. Pound cake".

"Oh, my lunch!"

"I thought I taught you better than this... Eugene Thompson, you're in a big trouble!" - Flash's father glared at his son. - "I'm sorry Mr. and Mrs. Parkers, I apologize for my son's behavior". - Mr. Thompson bowed a little.

"You have nothing to be sorry about, Mr. Thompson".

"As a parent I should've made sure that he don't bully others".

"I thought you and Peter were friends. He's such a good kid..." - Mrs. Thompson shook her head.

The next scene opens to the door of a warehouse being opened and showing a speaker on a stool. Four men walked in.

"Come on. The Big Man wants a word". Hammerhead - leads three men to the speaker. - "Enforcers all present and accounted for, boss".

"Thank you, Hammerhead. Gentlemen, I'll get right to the point. For the last four months, a pest has plagued our operations. At first, I could hardly credit the reports".

"Thought the boys were trying to stiff us". - Hammerhead smashed his fists together. - "Had to get a little rough to make sure they was sincere".

"Establishing patterns of movement took all summer. But last night we had confirmation. The spider-man is real". - finished The Big Man as Hammer head hands Montana pictures of spider-man

"And you want the enforcers to wrangle up this here spider?"

"No, Montana. I want you to squash it".

At the same time at Midtown High.

"Chapter one by tomorrow, ladies and gentlemen. Mr. Parker, Miss Stacy. A word". - said Mr. Ruby as Peter and Gwen looked at each other. - "I wonder if either of you remember a field trip we took last year to the laboratory of Dr. Curtis Connors at Empire State University?"

Peter had a flashback to when the spider bit his hand and his DNA changed.

"Trust me, that's one field trip I'll never forget".

"Me neither. Dr. Connors's research was thrilling".

"I'm glad you feel that way. Because he's offering two internships to promising high-schoolers. I recommended my two star pupils. You start this afternoon".

Scene changed to Toomes putting on his flight suit and then changed to the Osborn home.

"Ah! Thanks for letting me kill time at your place, Harry. I'm not due at the ESU lab for another hour".

"I'm surprised you're not at the school paper. Aren't you their star photographer or something?"

"Not anymore. Someone else can take pictures of Flash prancing around the grid iron. I'll be too busy raking in the green".

"Is this part of the same reality where Sally Avril is your..." - Harry chuckled nervously.

"A minor setback". - Peter waved his hand. - "But at least this lab job solves the Parkers money problems. I mean, look around. All of this belongs to your father and he's a scientist".

"Boys, come out here!" - Norman yelled from outside as Harry looked at the door in shock and Peter put his head down in shame.

Peter and Harry walked outside to meet with Norman Osborn on the balcony.

"I couldn't help overhearing".

"I'm sorry Mr. Osborn, I..." - Peter tried to apologize.

"Don't you dare apologize, son. I never do". - Norman stopped Peter. - "So, what's about a lab job?"

"At ESU, working with Curt Connors".

"Connors, huh? Quite an opportunity". - older Osborn looked at his son. - "Don't suppose you were considered for the honor, Harry?"

"Ah, no, sir".

"It's totally not a big deal, Mr. O, but thanks. We'll, uh, we'll get out of your way now".

"Osborn!" - Vulture yelled flying towards Norman.

The vulture came swooping in and grabbed Osborn by the shoulders and carried him of the balcony, leaving the two shocked boys behind.

"Dad!" - Harry was very shocked.

Once the boys were out of shock, they ran towards the edge of balcony.

"What do we do?!"

"Call the cops! Do it! Go!"

Peter waited until Harry was gone before taking off his shoes and jumping off the balcony.

"Tell the truth, Osborn. Can your tech-flight do this?" - said Toomes as he made sharp turns and flips.

"AHH! Toomes?"

"Not Toomes now. I'm what you called me. I'm the vulture".

"I called you a buzzard".

"What?" - said Toomes shocked.

"You can't even get the name right".

Vulture glared before swinging his body forward and throwing Osborn in the air before catching him again.

"Toomes, stop! What will any of this accomplish?"

"A means to an end, Osborn. Something you know all about. You will announce to the world that Adrian Toomes is the genius behind tech-flight. You will pay me all that I am owed. And you will publicly apologize for stealing my invention".

"I never apologize, old man".

"I may be an old man... But I'm not a patient one".

Vulture flew straight up in the air and dropped Osborn. Osborn closed his eyes and waited to hit the ground, but he was saved by Spider-man.

"Oh, guys, you play hot potato hardcore".

"What is this? These skies are mine now!" - yelled Vulture as he chased after Spider-Man.

"He may be right. I really just rent".

"What are you babbling about? Put me down". - complained Norman.

"Dude, you are the bossiest damsel in distress i have ever rescued. Also the ugliest, heaviest and the first". - joked Peter.

"Who are you?" - asked both Osborn and Vulture.

"Why? I'm your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man of course".

"Spider-Man? I thought that you were a myth".

"Man, I need a new press agent".

Vulture flew faster and cut the web, making spider-man and Osborn fall.

"He's not helping, Stan. The perps he nabs always walk..." - female officer told to her co-worker.

"Heads up!" - yelled Spidey, making female officer to gasp and look up.

"What's going on?" - the officer was really confused.

"Explanations inside. Now". - officers led Norman inside the police station.

"Look, beaky. I admire anyone who dresses up as their favorite animal. Better still, you can fly". - Peter moved in front of the Vulture. - "So I gotta ask. You heard about great power coming with great responsibility?"

Everyone heard a sob and turned to see May crying lightly with smile on her face.

"What's wrong, Mrs. Parker?" - Gwen asked with a worried face.

"Ben used to say that all of the time". - said May, being proud of Peter.

"And he puts these words to good use". - added Ben, hugging his wife.

"I bet, you're very proud of your nephew". - Mrs. Thompson asked smiling.

"I couldn't be prouder. But I hope this will show me why Peter looking sad and depressed these days". - sighed May, making Felicia, Gwen and Liz put their heads down.

"Argh!" - Vulture tried to hit Spider-Man, but he missed and flew away.

"Whoa, Beaky, Don't fly away mad". - Peter called to the villain.

The scene changed to the front of the ESU building.

"That's great, Harry. I- I'm glad that your dad's safe. Me? Well, uh- Y-you know I tried to follow him on foot". - said Peter as he took off web shooters and puts them in backpack. - "And I ran for blocks, but- Yeah, I guess that was pretty useless. Uh, hey, look, I'm late, and, uh, Gwen's giving me the look. So goodbye."  - he hung up phone and put it in his pocket.

"I so was not giving you the look". - said Gwen a little amused.

"But I'm late, right?"

"Always, bro" - Eddie came to greet his friends.

"Eddie!" - Gwen threw her arms around Eddie.

"Hey, Gwen".

"Bro, what are you doing here?"

"Work here. I Connors's personal assistant. Not bad for a frosh, huh?"

"Ha - ha. Eddie Brock's a freshman".

"College freshman, little man. But I'm guessing you're missing me at Midtown High. No one to keep Flash Thompson off your back". Eddie motioned to Peter's sock covered feet. - "Stole your shoes again, huh?"

After a moment of awkward silence, Eddie noticed that Connors' wife was coming.

"Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, I'd like you to meet Dr. Martha Connors" - announced Eddie after clearing his throat.

"Eddie's told us great things about you both".

"Said you wore clean underwear. Lucky I didn't say socks". - Eddie whispered to Peter.

In the meantime Dr. Connors put a green liquid into an injector.

"Curt, stop hiding in the office. New interns are here".

"I'll be right out".

"Peter, Gwen, this is ESU's resident genius - my husband, Curt".

"It's an honour to meet you, Dr. Connors". - Peter shook Curt's hand.

"You look familiar, son. Weren't you the boy that was bitten-?"

"By the science bug. You know it."

"We won't overdo it the first day. Eddie will show you around the lab, but the real work can start tomorrow."

"So questions welcome." - Eddie said.

"Here's one. What does this gig pay?"

"Pete, you're a high school kid with zero experience. You're not getting paid." - after these words Peter looks at a lizard in the cage with sadness.

Scene opens to Peter and Gwen waiting at the bus stop.

"Aunt May needs my help. I don't know what I'm going to do."

"Oh, Pete, Don't angst, okay? It'll come to you."

Peter watches Gwen leave on the bus before throwing his arms in the air.

"Well, I'm waiting!" - yelled Peter as a newspaper hits peter in the face. Looks to see that pictures are wanted. - "You gotta admit, the girl knows her stuff."

"Today's been one-stop shopping for disappointment. No money at home. No cool at school. I nearly pavement splat fighting a wacko with wings. And now Daily Bugle security won't even let me use the elevator. But May and Ben Parker didn't raise no quitters". - Peter climbed in through the top story window. - "Any quitters. You get the idea".

Peter opens the door and sees a lot of people walking around and talking on the phone.

"Robbie, where's my layout? Foswell, I ordered that rewrite 12 seconds ago. Lee, I'm not paying you to sit on your keister. And you!" - Jonah pointed to Peter.

"Me?" - asked Peter confused.

"Yeah you! I sent you for my bagel and schmeer nine minutes ago". - Jameson grabbed Peter by the front of the shirt and dragged him to his office.

"You sent Benny, Mr. Jameson, and it's only been three minutes." - said Betty walking by.

"Uh, actually, sir, I've got something better then a bagel."

"Oh, yeah? What's that?"

"A proposal. I think i can get you pictures. Photos of spider-man in action. I bet it'll sell a lot of newspapers."

Jameson gets in Peter's face.

"What do you know about selling papers? You're a kid. Worse, you're a teenager". - Jonah turned to Betty. - "Miss Brant, Call security. Get this wailing infant out of my face, out of my city room, out of my Town!" - he then turned to Mr. Robinson. - "Hey, what the bugle needs is photos of spider-man in action. Now that would sell newspapers, huh?"

'Today officially reeks.' - thought Peter, feeling defeated.

Mr. Jameson turned and saw that his wife and Mrs. Parker were glaring at him with cold eyes.

"I think that the next time I see Peter, I am going to tell him to take his pictures to another paper place". - May told the shocked Jameson.

"WHAT!?" - Mr. Jameson yelled in shock and worry. Ever since he stated selling papers with photos of spider-man he has been making more money then ever.

"Yes. I believe that other places would pay more for pictures of spider-man and would probably write the truth instead of the insults that you put and slander my nephews name."

"Jonah, when we get back home, you are going to call Peter and tell him that you are sorry for the way that you have been treating him. And you are going to pay him more for the pictures that he gives you". - Mrs. Jameson told her husband.

"But he's taking pictures of himself!"

"That doesn't matter. If you don't do what i told you, you will be sleeping on the couch for the next year, do you understand?!"

"Yes, dear". - Jonah said his head down.

"Not one thing's gone right. And now the amazing spider-man is reduced to sneaking around for his shoes."

Scene changes to the front of the building, where Mr. Osborn is waiting to get out of the limo.

"All clear?" - said Norman receiving a nod from the guard and started to climb out.

"Osborn!"

Hearing that Norman got back into the limo. - "GO! Go!" - yelled Osborn as limo takes off.

"You won't escape me again."

"My thought exactly". - said Peter to himself as he followed Vulture.

Helicopter follows after spider-man, with the enforcers inside.

"Target sighted at last known location. Boys, let's squash us a bug". - Montana tried to target Spider-Man.

"Trick or treat". - Peter kicked Vulture away from the limo. - "I mean you are celebrating Halloween in September, right?" - Spidey webs Vulture's foot. - "Or am I not one to talk?" - Pete ran across the buildings, trying not to fall, still holding the web line that is still attached to the Vulture.

Spider-man looked ahead, and noticed a spike coming from the roof and gulp before jumping over it, his legs spread as wide as they would go. Both of them didn't noticed the helicopter following behind them.

"Strangest darn gig Big Man's ever slid our way. We're flying with the freaks now, boys. I got no idea what that big bird's about, but I am mighty glad he's keeping out bug busy". - Montana target locked on to spider-man. - "Target locked". - Enforcer fired a missile.

"Oh, my spider-sense in ting..." - Peter got trapped inside a net and fell.

Spider-man was falling, but managed to get his hand through the net and shoot a web line onto a statue, hitting the side of the building.

"Ohh, that looked like it hurt." Flash said with a cringe.

The statue fell of the ledge, and spider-man fell to another roof. The statue would have crushed him, but he managed to roll out of the way.

"Ox, Fancy Dan. You're up." - Montana said as the two climbed down the rope.

Spider-man tore through the net and saw Ox behind him, he didn't see Fancy Dan until he kicked him in the chest, sending him into Ox's open arms. Ox bear hugged him and tried to squeeze the life out of him.

"Look, pal, If you needed a breath mint, you just had to ask". - Spider-Man managed to get his arms free and webbed Ox's mustache and pulled, making him lose on peter, allowing him to escape.

Peter and Fancy Dan started jumping and trying to hit one another but couldn't. Peter's spider-sense started tingling and he noticed Ox about to bring his fists on top of his head. Peter was faster and webbed Ox's arms together, which Ox tore through.

"Oh, that's not good".

Peter tried to jump away, but Ox grabbed his leg and swung him around a few times before throwing him to the other side of the roof. Spider-man tried to get his bearings and saw Ox and Fancy Dan walking toward him. He figured that he could jump off the roof and try a different plan, but Montana fired a laser from the helicopter.

"Ah, ah, ah. Boys need a workout. Now no turning tale". - said Montana.

"Seriously, who are you guys?"

Scene changed to the vulture who was closer to getting into the limo before going back to the fight with spider-man. Fancy Dan kicked spider-man into the air and tried to kick him again while airborne. But spider-man moved his body and let him fly overhead and webbing his arms to his body and spinning him around before launching him toward Ox.

"It's not that I'm running, but there is this Vulture-guy." - Peter said saluting before jumping of the building. - "So if we could postpone..." - Ox jumped off the building and grabbed spider-man, his arms pinned to his body. - "You're strong. Point taken. But can you do this?" - Pete used his powers and sticked to the side of the building, making Ox let go and continue falling. - "Didn't think so". - he webbed Ox's hands together and tied them to a flagpole. - "Now i know you can tear right through that. But I wouldn't recommend it."

"Son, you're making the enforcers look bad. I can't have that." - called Montana from helicopter.

Vulture pried open the roof of the limo and tried to punch Osborn.

"You will apologize."

"I won't."

The door of the limo was torn off, catching the attention of Osborn and the Vulture. They were shocked when Spider-Man jumped in and sat down.

"Man, this is a sweet ride. That sunroof comes standard?" - Peter jumped through the roof, pushing Vulture away from the limo.

"Why do you defend that thief, Osborn!" - Vulture swinged his wing, cutting spider-man across the chest and cutting his suit.

"Uncool. Do you know what these spider-suits cost?" - Peter turned around, dodged laser fire from the helicopter. - 'Never fought anyone like this group of bozos. Only one thing for sure. I can't let Harry lose his dad the way I lost Uncle Ben.'

Harry for the first time in a while smiled. He figured that Spider-Man didn't like his dad from the start, but now he know that there was more to his dad's (supposed) death then he knew. And this show was going to tell him the truth.

Peter jumped onto the vultures back. Spider-man went around a building and saw the helicopter in front of him, and knew that Vulture was behind him.

'Two birds, one stone.'

Spider-man dodged the vulture and jumped in front of the helicopter and stuck to the belly of the chopper.

"Where did that varmint get to now?" - said Montana, looking around.

"Did you really think you could hide from me there?" - Vulture flew to the underside of a helicopter.

Spider-man jumped onto his back and used his web to pull them to the tail of the helicopter and used the tail rotor to shred vultures wing, making the helicopter spin out of control and making the vulture go still.

"My- my wing. I can't steer".

"Yeah, but you're still airborne. How does that work exactly?" - Spider-Man noticed that the Vultures back was humming. - "Vultchie, your hump's humming". - he pushed his hand through the engine and pulled wires and other pieces out, making them fall.

"You idiot! You've doomed us both."

"Ha, ha. You so have not been paying attention". - Peter web swinged away with the Vulture between his legs.

Scene changed to the vulture, webbed upside down to a light pole, Ox still hanging from the side of the building, and Fancy Dan trying to get untangled from the web. Then Peter got to helicopter, but found no one insede.

"Well three out four ain't bad, especially on bizarre bad guy night. Now, if I can just get my shoes."

Scene changed to the Parker's house and Peter climbing down from the roof, but he stopped and checked on his aunt from the window.

"Oh, perfect end to a perfect day". Peter walked inside and saw his aunt coming down the stairs. - "Aunt May, you're awake".

"Sit down, Peter. We need to talk. I know that you are a good boy. Growing up to be a fine young man. But you're still my responsibility. I can't have you out by midnight. You're to be home by 10:00. That's my bedtime".

"But, Aunt May".

"If you're late, you call before 10. If you do call, it had better be to say you're on your way home. That's the law in this house, Peter. Do we understand each other?"

"Sure, Aunt May. That's fair."

"Lovely. Now, How about a slice of banana cream pie?"

'Okay, nothing went as planned today. Understatement of the year. But I'm still Spider-Man. And still undefeated. And I still have this amazing person watching out for me'. - Peter looked at May, then took a bite of pie. - 'Tell me there's something better. Go ahead. Try.'

And after that screen goes black.

"Now I have something to show you".

Everyone saw Peter lying on his bed.

- Peter gave Silvija a smile that she returned, but Peter couldn't help but notice that the girl's smile seemed somewhat... sad.

"Peter didn't tell me he transferred to another school and how did he manage to pull that off". - May said, because she didn't know how much hurt her nephew was.

"Why did he transfer? Does Petey hate us? B-but..." - Liz couldn't hold back her tears as Sally tried to comfort her, even though she hated Peter's guts.

"So. What now?" - Felicia asked.

"You all go back to your day, and I will summon you all tomorrow evening for more. It's for all of you to decide what you want and can do. And one more thing, you can't tell Peter what you have seen. I will summon him here when I think that you are ready".
