While Miguel Sleeps...
Miguel worked constantly. Therefore, when he fell asleep, he was knocked out cold. The chicken wandered around as Miguel snored. It pecked at his shoes and clothes that were strown around the room.
Finally, the chicken pecked at a certain object. A certain multidimensional-much-cooler-than-a-watch-watch. The chicken pecked at the buttons and the screen. It then managed to get the watch stuck around his neck. A portal opened, and naturally the chicken walked through.

The chicken started wandering. She was in another version of New York. She was on top of a building. There was a party happening on the roof. It was A party celebrating Miles Morales getting a perfect score on the SAT.
The chicken started wandering around the rooftop. He was pecking at food that had fallen on the floor. Jeff Morales was carrying a plate of plate of full drinks, and the chicken just so happened to wander into his path. Naturally he tripped over the chicken, the chicken squawked and ran off quickly before being seen. The chicken managed to turn on his police radio by tripping him. This caused Miles to hear that the goblin was causing trouble. He quickly made an excuse then the chicken watched as the teen struggled to put on his spider suit while climbing down the fire escape.

The chicken wandered again and ended up activating the watch. She ended up in yet another version of New York. The chicken had thoughts on the colors of the world, but her thoughts were interrupted by drum playing.
The chicken got startled. It ended up running around the room. It was making a mess. It ran into the kitchen. Gwen’s dad was fixing coffee.
“What the hell?” The chicken squawked and jumped onto the table. The next five minutes was spent with him chasing the chicken around.
He thought he was about to catch the chicken. “Come here you son of a gun.” He tip-toed to the chicken as it pecked at a piece of bread he had left on the counter. He lunged for the chicken.
As he lunged, the chicken fell to the ground. It activated the watch and he fell through another portal.
Gwen’s dad stood up in the kitchen and rubbed a palm over his face. He stood up and kicked at the container that had fallen onto the floor during his chicken chase. “Big ass mystery.”
At this moment, the drum playing stopped. Gwen walked into the kitchen while wiping sweat off her brow. “Everything good?” She stared with wide eyes at the mess that now littered the kitchen.
“I don’t even think I know what happened.” He shook his head and shrugged at his daughter.

The chicken squawks as it lands in the next dimension. It started pecking at the weird plant life. The plant life was huge.
Then, the chicken was startled. It laid an egg and began to run. It was being chased by a lizard. A GIANT lizard. It ran in circles.
Little did the chicken know, it was being chased by a dinosaur. It did not like the dinosaur it was being chased by. The chicken ran around until the watch finally activated a portal.
It fell through the portal and was thrilled to be away from the reptilian monster that wanted to eat it for breakfast.

This time, the chicken landed in a mansion. It heard someone talking. When the chicken turned the corner, it saw a pregnant woman with a lizard hanging onto her stomach.
The lizard sensed the chicken’s presence and lunged at it. The chicken immediately started running and dropped eggs on its way. The poor thing was terrified of this weird lizard. It was so small compared to the dinosaurs he had just faced, but ten times as mighty.
The pregnant woman chased after the lizard screaming “Butterscotch!” It was an odd thing to be yelling. The chicken heard Miguel’s voice, but it definitely wasn’t his Miguel.
“Everything good?” He yelled from his office.
The lizard grabbed the chicken and threw it out the window. Before it hit the ground, the portal opened. The chicken disappeared through it.
Miguel walked out of his office just in time to see the crazy lizard reattach itself to the pregnant woman’s belly.
“I have no idea what happened. But I have some fresh eggs for breakfast tomorrow!”

After the chicken’s adventure, it was finally back in its Nueva York. The chicken quickly wiggled and tried to get out of the watch. The watch finally came off, and she ran from it. She was traumatized.
When she threw the watch, it beeped. Lyla appeared confused.
“Huh? Miguel is asleep why is his watch active?” Lyla bounced around the room. Then she saw the chicken hiding under Miguel’s bed. She shrugged her shoulders and disappeared to let Miguel continue his 14th hour of sleep.
