Chapter 4
~Christmas eve~
I am currently in the living room watching elf with my two friends Wanda and Natasha.
"I don't get how you guys like this movie." I complain.
"You don't?" Nat asks faking offense.
"No. It's so overrated." I say.
"I don't think you've watched it correctly." Wanda smiles.
"What do you mean. There is no way to watch a movie correctly other then watching it which I've done and it sucks." I say looking at her.
"Your just wrong." Nat smirks.
"What. Nevermind I don't even understand you two." I complain as I relax more into the couch deciding I'll just fall asleep while the movie is on.
I'm half asleep when I hear them talking.
"Y/n " Nat whispers and my sleepy brain doesn't process it enough to respond.
"Is she asleep" Wanda asks.
"Yeah I think so. Doesn't she look gorgeous." Nat asks her lover.
"She does. I really want to ask her to be with us I just don't know what to say." Wanda frowns.
"Same and we don't want to ruin anything." Nat adds.
"Or make her feel like she has to since we all live on the same floor and she doesn't want it to be awkward or something." Wanda says and once again my brain can barely process it so I finally fall asleep. I wake up Christmas morning to a good smell in the kitchen.
"What's going on in here?" I ask.
"Wanda making the pancakes for this mornings breakfast." Nat tells me. "Also merry Christmas y/n"
"Ooh nice I was on muffin duty which I made last night. And merry Christmas to you both" I say and sit next to Nat as we watch Wanda twirl around the kitchen making the pancakes from scratch. She also made me some hot cocoa which I thank her for.
We go downstairs at eight thirty and most people are already down there. I go over to Steve and Bucky who are talking while Bucky has alpine in his arms.
"Hello little cat." I say scratching her and she purrs.
"Merry Christmas" the boys say and I return it. We talk a bit more about random stuff before everyone sits down to eat. Most avengers are here for Christmas and we plan to eat then open our secret Santa gifts. I got Peter so I got him some Star wars Lego set I saw. (Idk pretend may doesn't exist so Peter is always at the tower or something)
We finish up breakfast and go to the living room. Peter is very happy with his Legos and Thor got me (something u like idk).
Everyone dispersed to their rooms until the night where we meet up again for a little party. I went up to my floor with Wanda and Nat who kept looking at each other. It made me a bit self conscious. Was I bothering the or did I do something?
At around noon I can't take it anymore and go to my room just in case and after a quick nap I remember the previous night
they couldn't have meant what I think they did. They would never like me like that. They are the two most gorgeous women to ever exist and well. I'm just... me.
I wait like five minutes before I need to find out so go find Nat and Wanda who needed up being in the kitchen.
"Hey can I talk to you guys" I ask nervously hoping I didn't imagine this happening. Maybe it was a dream I should back out.
"Course." Nat responds facing me
"Is everything alright detka?" Wanda asks and I blush. I don't know what that word means but the way she says it and the way her accent comes through makes me love it. And she's been calling me that for months now.
"Well I don't know if I just imagined this or maybe I misunderstood and if I did please forgive me." I say starting to ramble.
"Hey y/n its okay, what's wrong." Nat assured me.
"Well last night I was like half asleep and I kinda forgot this happened till know but I don't know." I say finally backing out to awkward to repeat their conversation.
"You heard that?" Nat asks. So it did happen. I nod.
"Like we said we don't have to do anything about it if you don't feel the same we completly understand." Wanda says and I shake my head.
"No it's not that. I actually do like you guys. Which is why I wanted to talk about it." I say making them smile.
"Really. You're not just saying that right." I shake my head at her words and they both smile.
"So does this mean you would want to start something with us?" Nat asks. I nod my head at that blushing once more.
"May I kiss you?" Wanda asks and I nod before feeling her lips crash against mine. Her lips are soft and we both reluctantly pull away before Nat asks and kisses me also.
We then all go to get ready for the party and I throw on a red dress I had played out previously.
"You look hot." Nat says simply when I walk out making me laugh out loud.
"Thanks." I reply.
"You do look amazing detka. I'm so glad we're dating you now." She says and Wanda agrees.
Eventually the party starts and we head downstairs. I quickly find Bucky.
"Hey you know Russian right?" I ask.
"Yeah" he replies skeptically.
"The fuck does detka mean." I ask.
"Its the Russian equivalent of babe or baby. Who the fuck is calling you detka" he teased while my mouth drops. Wanda and Nat have been calling me that for months and I was just UNAWARE.
"I have dumbass." Nat says coming up behind me and wrapping her arms around my waist smiling at Bucky as I blush. "And Wanda but I don't really know where she went." Nat says looking around. Bucky just smiles at me knowing I had a crush on them.
"Shut ur face bear or I swear to god." I threaten.
"I didn't say anything." He smiles and takes a sip of his drink.
"You're a dick" I say rolling my eyes.
"I have to go talk to Steve for unrelated reasons." He says before russing off to find said man. I turn around in Nats arms.
"Hello" I smiles and she kisses me.
"Hello moya lybov" she smirks.
"Stop calling me thing I don't know the meaning of." I whine and she laughs.
"Never." She replies before I see Wanda.
"Found her." I say and Nat turns around. Once she comes over nat speaks up.
"She asked Bucky what detka means we have to confuse her with more words." She jokes making Wanda smile and look towards me.
"Good luck." She says and Nat releases me out of her arms.
"Bullies" she mumbles and we both laugh before deciding to go get some drinks.
Once the party is over and everyone is well aware of us dating thanks to Bucky. He did asks before telling anyone besides tev though which was nice. But Wanda nat and I head up to our floor and I plop down on the couch.
"I'm tired."
"Didn't you literally take a nap earlier." Nat asks.
"So" I reply laughing a bit and she rolls her eyes at my antics. I slowly get up and go to my room to change out of my dress and into some pj's.
We end up watching a movie on the couch me sandwiches between the two women ready to sleep with my head on nats shoulder and legs damaged across Wanda. As I am half asleep o hear them talking again.
"I think shes asleep again." Wanda laughs.
"I'm glad she heard us last time. I'm also glad she likes us back." Nat says and I can her the smile in her voice. Wanda agrees and once again my brain doesn't process it and slowly the sound middle until sleep comes over me.
