What happened?
Tony started to open his eyes, feeling really cold, and saw that he was in the ground in front of a weird pod inside an old SHIELD faculty.
"What happened?" He asked himself while looking around.
He saw three more pods that had written some familiar names: Pietro Maximoff, Vision and Steve Rogers. Suddenly, Tony heard a voice that said:
"Hello Mr Stark. Would you like to release all of your friends in this place from the freezing pods?"
"Yes please." He answered, feeling a bit nervous about what was going on.
The capsules were starting to open but at a very slow speed. While he waited he wanted to see if his nanotech suit still worked, so he pressed his reactor and the armor covered his body.
"FRIDAY are you there?" He asked.
"I'm here sir." A male robotic voice answered.
"Well that is... Hold on. Is that you JARVIS? You were used to make Vision. You shouldn't be working on my Armor!" Tony exclaimed.
"I only remember that I saw Ross asking some people to repair me since FRIDAY was damaged so I could protect you. After all, my code can be replicated." The AI explained.
"Ok then." Tony said. "I just hope I can remember what happened."
Suddenly the pods finished opening and Pietro, Steve and Vision walked out of these pods, looking confused.
"Guys. Aye you all right?" Tony asked them as he deactivated his armor and went to help them.
"I feel dizzy." Pietro said.
"I only fell a bit of a stomach pain" Said Steve, with his shield in one hand.
"I'm totally fine." Vision said. "But I'm guessing that these shyntomps are because of the low temperatures of these pods."
"Does anyone remember why were we in those pods in the first place?" Tony asked.
"No." Pietro and Steve said at the same time.
"I only remember that someone told us that it was to save us for the future." Vision said.
"Listen guys. Why don't we focus on getting out of here? After all the only thing that I think we are doing right now is wasting time." Pietro proposed.
"You are right." Steve said, walking to one of the exits. "Come on guys."
The others followed him out of the faculty. When they got out they saw they were on the top of a mountain.
"Sir, I can't detect any digital wireless connections, so we may have some trouble over communicating without proper devices." JARVIS spoke by a little communicator Tony had on his ear.
"Thanks JARVIS." Tony said.
"Wait a second. Wasn't JARVIS..." Steve started to soy before Tony interrupted him.
"I'll later tell you about this Cap."
"Ok then. Look!" Steve pointed at Mother's Watch, allthough they didn't knew that yet. "That place seems to have people. We could ask them what is going on."
"Let's go then." Pietro said as he dissapeared with his speed.
"Cheater." Tony said quietly.
Aloy was at Mother's Watch to get some resources and make a quick stop on her search of GAIA. After she acquired more arrows she saw Teersa coming.
"Hi Aloy." She said as she arrived at her side. "What are you doing?"
"Getting a rest so that I can continue searching for GAIA." She aswered.
"Ok then. I'm happy that you are taking a rest. After all, travelling that much must be exhausting."
"But I need to find GAIA soon so... Look out!"
Tons of machines were entering the place and attacking the residents. Aloy quickly grabbed her bow and started shooting arrows at the machines. The only problem was that there were too many.
Tony, Steve, Vision and Pietro were arriving, when they heard many people screaming.
"What was that?" Tony asked as he turned on his armor.
They finally saw what was happening. Tons of machines were attacking the place and its people.
"Ok that is a big trouble." Steve said holding his shield. "Here's my plan. Tony, you and Vision take care of the biggest robots. Me and Pietro are gonna take care of the rest. Got it?"
They all nodded. Steve and Pietro went by feet while Vision and Tony flied thoward the place.
Aloy and Teersa were fighting against many watchers and a few striders, but they could see even more machines coming. Suddenly, Tony landed in front of the girls and used his laser to destroy the machines, slowly because she could kill them. Both of them were shocked.
"You're welcome ladies." Tony said as he went against more machines.
Vision started to use his ray to destroy machines, which was very effective. The machines tried to attack him, but he used his phasing ability to make the damage useless.
Steve was using his shield to block the machine's attacks and to launch it to these when they were vulnerable. Pietro was using his speed to destroy watchers, which couldn't aim correctly due to his speed.
Suddenly the rest of the machines arrived, but before they could even do anything, Tony launched an intense EMP bomb, which managed to shut them down, leaving only three machines intact, which got destroyed immediately by Tony's beam. He landed and the others joined him.
"Anyone hurt?" He asked.
"Just some small hits but we are fine. And I think that the people didn't get gravely injured." Steve answered.
All the people surrounding them, shocked by their advanced technology. They were all aiming they're bows at them.
"Who are you, trespassers?" Lansra asked them furiously. "If you don't answer us I'm gonna make sure you die."
"We just saved you and the people of this place!" Pietro exclaimed.
"Yeah." Tony confirmed. "And besides, I doubt that your arrows will do anything since my armor is bullet-proof and the others can avoid them easily."
"Are you trying to scare us? Because it isn't working!" Another one shouted.
"Everyone please stop now." Vision said.
The people just realized that he was floating above the ground, making them even more nervous.
"Get rid of that...!" Lansra started when Aloy got between the crowd and the others.
"Hold on, Lansra. They just saved us, so we should be trusting them." She stated.
"You are wrong, Aloy. These people will only bring doom to our world."
"I agree with Aloy. We should ask them who they are." Teersa walked in front of Tony. "First of all, where did you get that technology?"
"I built it." He answered.
"Where do you come from?"
"I only know that me and my time have been freezed for almost a thousand years so I can't..." He saw the people looking at him shocked. "What?"
"You're old ones." Teersa started with a bit of fear.
"So they will bring destruction to our land. The all-mother will push them aside like she did." Lansra spat.
"We should ask for their help." Aloy said. "They could help to protect other places like they did today."
"She's right." Teersa agreed.
Lansra wanted to argue, but Aloy asked Tony: "Will you help us?"
"With pleasure."
