Past Life
Tony Stark stared at the shield made by his father that was raised above the man whom his father had helped create to be brought down upon him with the sole aim to kill, or at least that's what Tony thought Steve Rogers was aiming to do. It came as a surprise that Steve Rogers would backstab him so disgustingly. The comic books portrayed him as just like his father and Aunt Peggy, but no, Aunt Peggy had betrayed him too. Steve Rogers and Aunt Peggy had hidden the murder of his parents from him, and what's worse, they let him believe it was an accident that his father got his mother killed.
Tony could feel fear – fear of being killed, fear of leaving Pepper, Rhodey, and Happy to the monsters he called teammates, fear that he wouldn't be able to get justice for his family. Tony felt time slow down, and he saw a yellow-haired version of himself. It wasn't blonde but pure yellow.
"Hello, I am Minato Namikaze," he said.
"Who are you?" Tony replied.
"I am you but in the past. Tell me, do you believe in reincarnation?" Minato asked.
"Yeah, who hasn't? It's the idea that after death, your soul is cleansed, and you are reborn as a different person," Tony replied.
"That's right, it's the concept of rebirth. That is what you are to me, my next life. I have seen your life and chosen to intervene now. You see, I watched your life from when you were a kid, wanting the attention of your dad, who only cared about finding a man who, as we can see now, doesn't even care about him. To your lowest point after your parents died and then descending lower due to Stane's manipulation and then Afghanistan. Then, I saw you become a hero and find the will of fire. After that, I saw you relapse due to the palladium poisoning, where that fake and more ugly and disgusting version of Kushina (Natasha Romanoff) manipulated you to control. After that, I saw the team, and I saw the team slowly hate you for trying to protect the world by building Ultron, even though they themselves have done far worse. But I decided to intervene now because no child deserves to watch their parents die and be beaten up for having a human response," Minato said as Tony hysterically laughed while feeling the shield pierce his arc reactor. He felt his artificial ribcage collapse.
"How will your intervention save me? I am going to die. Rogers might not know it, but my ribcage is weak. It's only a matter of time before I die," Tony said.
"We will become one. I become you, you become me, and with it comes powers. I have chakra, and it should be able to heal you, especially with Kurama, who will be our partner. You will learn about him if you accept. So, I ask you, Tony Stark, do you accept to become one with me and live, or would you rather die?" Minato said.
"I... I... I accept," Tony said as Minato put his fist and Tony numbed it. He felt memories enter him. He saw Minato's life, how he was an orphan with great skill, how he had a crush on a girl that was bullied called Kushina, how he saved her, how they got together, and how he helped her from loneliness and beat Kurama for her. He saw that she was pregnant and how a masked man attacked. He witnessed how Minato sealed Kurama in his own son for the village and how he died.
"I... That's intense. The world that Minato was from is something. It makes Hydra look like saints," Tony said as he felt chakra heal his ribcage. Tony felt time fast forward to normal, and he saw Steve Rogers pick up Barnes. Tony grabbed a shard nearby and used his chakra to draw the Flying Thunder God seals on it before he threw it at Steve, creating a Rasengan and slamming it into Rogers' back, shredding bits of his spine.
He felt Bucky lunge at him, so he zapped to the same kunai behind Barnes. "Lightning Style Electromagnetic Murder," Tony yelled as he made hand signs, and Barnes fell to the ground, holding his head as lightning coursed through his brain, destroying it. His serum luckily left him alive but he was nothing but a potato.
"Bucky, No!!!" Rogers yelled, his serum healing him enough to talk, but he was still paralyzed. Tony looked at him before grabbing him and Barnes.
"Ross is gonna enjoy you," Tony said.
"Stark, what did you... how did you do this? Did you always have this kind of power?" Steve Rogers yelled as Tony ignored him and carried him to the quinjet before being intercepted by T'Challa.
"Mr. Stark, I, the King Of Wakanda, demand you hand over Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes so that they can be treated for your attack on them. They did not kill my father, so they are innocent," T'Challa arrogantly demanded.
"Barnes killed my parents and Rogers, so they obviously aren't," Tony said.
“I Don’t Care!” T'Challa charged at him like a raging animal, his spoiled self not liking that he was denied. Tony dodged.
"Rasengan," Tony yelled, blowing a hole in T'Challa's suit. Tony then made some hand signs. "Lightning Style Electro Torture Hand," Tony said as he slammed his hand into T'Challa's back, and the current swept through T'Challa, torturing him. Tony took his hand off and did it again and again.
"My parents don't matter. Well then, I will make it so that you regret saying that, you weak, useless bastard. I will make sure Zemo gets let off. After all, if my parents don't matter, then yours shouldn't either," Tony said, slamming his hand on T'Challa's face after ripping apart T'Challa's armor using pure strength, making T'Challa's face puff.
"Do you like those arms of yours? It will be a shame if someone cuts them off," Tony said as he cut off T'Challa's arms when he said "cut," watching the Prince turned King scream in pain.
"I'm not done with you. Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique," Tony yelled as he saw T'Challa scream in pain, dropping to the ground, seeing his worst fears, like his father slapping him over and over for disgracing his legacy, the accords, and caring for some white colonizers. He saw Nakia being fucked by his best friend W'Kabi, who killed his family and took the throne.
Tony then used a lightning style jutsu to destroy T'Challa's quinjet after using Sage Mode to detect it and left with Rogers and Barnes in a stolen Avengers quinjet holding cell, leaving T'Challa to freeze to death like the disgraced prince would have done to him.
Eventually, Tony arrived at the holding cells and gifted the super soldiers to Ross, knowing the man would make their life a misery.
Tony then did some hand signs while in the quinjet, but not before marking the quinjet and ordering Friday to fly it to the compound. He felt a pull, smiled, and teleported

Konohagakure no sato (The Leaf Village)
Tony arrived at the familiar sight of his and Kushina's home. He went to their armory and armed himself with kunai before going out. He looked at the Hokage monument and smiled. He had one goal and one goal alone: his son, Naruto. He used Sage Mode to sense the other half of Kurama and found a 4-year-old Naruto in an alleyway being beaten.
"Finish what the 4th Hokage Minato Namikaze started. Kill the demon," yelled a villager. Hearing this, Tony got mad. These monsters were using his name to hurt and kill his son, putting Minato in a state he hadn't been in a long time, not since the 3rd Great Ninja War where he killed 1000 Iwa (Stone) Shinobi and earned the moniker The Yellow Flash. He was enraged, bloodlusted, seeping out of him. He could feel Yin Kurama's chakra enter his chakra network. He flashed from one kunai to the other, slaughtering each and every villager, shinobi, genin, chunin, jonin, no matter their rank or age. His fatherly instincts were raging, destroying everyone who hurt his baby, his son.
A few nanoseconds later, Tony cradled a scared Naruto who latched onto him, crying. He had originally come here to see if Naruto was doing well, but now he wasn't going to let Naruto stay here. This village had betrayed him, just like Rogers did, and therefore he would abandon them to their fate, just like he did with Rogers to Ross. Tony felt the kunai in the quinjet and teleported to the quinjet that was now parked outside the Stark Tower.
Tony entered the tower to see Happy, Pepper, and Peter.
"Tony, you're here. Where were you? Wait, is that a kid? Wait a minute, is that Naruto my Sochi (Son)?" Pepper said as she clutched her head.
