Peter B. Parker x Symbotie! Venom! Reader
"Oi!" A voice called out while an argument was going on. Everyone turned to the voice, but only one looked happy to see the person. Peter B. Parker was quick to move away from the group to the person heading to them. "Hi honey." He smilesld as he goes up to them and gube them a hug.
"Honey!?" The teens call out in shock as Miguel made a face. "Hi Peter, hello may." Peter baby lets out a squeak of joy at seeing them. "Miles! This is (y/n), (y/n) this is Miles the kids I've told you about." You smiled. "Nice to meet finally meet you Miles. Pete's told me so much about you."
Miles eyes shine a bit. "Really?"
"Yep, he's really proud of his first spider student." You look around to the others teens "oh hush... i wasnt that bad." Peter lightly hits your shoulder making your chuckle. You look over to the other teens and smile. "and who are the rest of you guys? Never seen ya around here before."
"When did you become a welcome presence?" Miguel chimed in. You look over to him a bit of a glare was set in both of your eyes. "Miguel... I didn't see you there, ya know...all dark and grumpy." You smirk when he growls just a bit. "Wait are you apart of the society too?" Miles asked.
"Hmm? No just a day pass person. Not too many spiders like me much." Your gaze lands on Miguel and Jess, who only tolerates you for the most part.
"Why? You seem decent." The blond teen spoke up. "That's because I'm a venom variant." Venom then forms out of you to smile "we are venom." They say before going over to Mayday and Pete. "Wow!"
Kids kinda of circle around you both and you look over to Miles. "See every spider deals with Venom at one point or another, it's rare that a host of a symbiote get along only me and neither person are the only ones that do." Venom moves back from Peter and May to look at the teens. "Other Venom probably won't be as nice as us..." they spoke and move back into your body. "So I'm not really apart of the society, I'm only here allowed here because of Peter." And you kiss his cheek. The teens make a face at the public display of affection.
They weren't the only one however.
Miguel had a known dislike about you. A venom host dating a spider. All Venoms are bad news. But some how your don't fit the bill. And it doesn't help that you and Peter seem to work so well together either._
It pisses him off.
And you know it too.
"Sooo...what have I been missing? Seems like a big argument going on here."
"Well-"
"It doesn't really concern you (y/n)." Miguel cuts in. Peter makes a face, but you dont seem to mind much. "Hmmm...see perks of being a day pass I don't have to answer to Mr. Grumpy pants." And the teens let out a chuckle. "Well either way. I promise Peter and May diner tonight so sorry to cut off whatever argument is going on." You sent a glare at Miguel and quickly look back a peter. Peter smiled at that wanting nothing more then to leave the conversation. Before (y/n) showed up Peter and Miguel had been in argument about Miles.
Since Spot was no more and everything turned out fine after saving his dad. Which proved Miguel rule wrong. That's not everything Spiderman has to go through is set in stone, which made everything and everyone's opinions change. Which might has started the argument of Miles being let into the society.
It was a very heated argument between Miguel's and Peter as the young teens watch from the sidelines. "Miles just proved you wrong and you can't even admit to it! He literally saved the whole multivariate from collapsing in on its self!"
"He caused it to almost collapse in the first place!"
"He didn't! He didn't take the spider! He didn't do anything that spot guy did, but you can't see pass your own problems to see how wrong you have been!" Peter huffs. Trying to get his anger under control. "You ask us to help... made it seem like everyone here is doing something big." He looks back at Miguel "we are spider man...we help people...we help each other! Miles didn't have any idea could happen... he's just a kid and kids make mistakes, you can't blame him for what someone else did."
"He still a anomaly. We don't know what else can happen with him." Just as Peter was gonna say something else you appeared
Miguel watched as you, Peter, and Mayday left the society. The other also left too leaving Miguel alone. Miguel let out a huff and went back to work. The argument would start the next day.
*with peter.*
"Well... that was tense." You mutter once you guys made it back. Venom then appears once more since now you guys were home. "I dont like his anger."
"I don't think anyone does."
"Then why do you keep going there? He's already seems to be upset with the Miles child and you?" Venom questioned. And he had a point, but at the same time Peter wouldn't leave the society unless it was for a really good reason. And it had almost had been...but Peter is a good person and would keep trying to help others.
He is Spiderman after all.
"True...but I think things can change. And Miguel needs to see that things can change...and it's gonna end up like the last time..." Peter then sighs and puts Mayday down for a quick nap before dinner in the play pin in the living room. Once done he goes back to you and Venom. " Now...about that diner you both promised."He smiles gentle. "Coming right up."
Peter stuck to you both as you cooked and Venom chopped vegetables. It was light chatter about the day as the dinner cooked. "Your thinking..." You spoke as you cook dinner. You know something is bothering Peter...
"Was the argument we walked in on?" Venom added. Peter made a face and slumped in the chair. "Yeah..." "Is it because of the child Miles?" "Yep...and other things..." You turn the stove on low and you and Venom go to sit next to him. Venoms head rested on Peter's shoulders while you held his hand. "He's just a kid... they are all kids...it wasn't like Miles asked to be Spiderman...no one does...and he's not wrong to want to protect his dad and his eart... and he proved Miguel wrong."
You let out a sigh. You didn't know much about the spider society... or Miguel in that matter. But you do know a man in guilt when ya see one. You had been in the spot before you met Peter or Venom. "It's the guilt... I might not a lot but I can see guilt. It's his guilt and the fact that Miles proved his theory wrong about the spidervers is what beating him up." Peter looks at you before nodding. "Makes sense..."
"Why don't you get May ready for dinner? It should be ready soon."
Peter nods and moves to Mayday as you and Venom finish up the dinner. Once the table was set everyone sat for dinner. You suggested that maybe he should stay away for a bit and make sure the other kids were fine. "Maybe you guys should give him a little space..." You might not like Miguel much you realky don't want to deal with an angry spider.
"Yeah...is it okay if the kids come over for a but? Just till this all blows over."
"Sure, I'm venom won't mind."
"Not at all."
And with that the night ended. Peter did one last check of the city while you and Venom made sure Mayday went to sleep.
