Chapter 2
Later on, the other avengers arrived and they were all sitting in the lounge area eating Pizza and watching Brooklyn 99 (“Brooklyn did not look like that back in my day” said Steve)
“Pete, where's your glasses?” said Tony, “surely you can’t see any of this?” he gestured to the TV
Peter felt his face, did I forget to put them back on? I didn't even notice. But now that Peter knew he wasn’t wearing them, he looked at the TV again and found he could see perfectly fine. Weird.
Peter decided not to mention this, he couldn't be bothered with conversations right now. He still wasn’t totally with it, but he did seem to be feeling a little better.
“Oh right” He said instead, and went to his room to get them.

“I swear somethings up with that kid” Said Tony once Peter was out of earshot, or so he thought.
“Like, I know he's not feeling awesome but he’s acting weird too, super out of it. He seemed fine this morning, just nervous”
“My kids do that all the time” shrugged Clint. “Probably thinking about someone”
“Hm” said Tony, a small smirk forming in spite of himself but still not convinced.
Peter heard the whole conversation as if they were in the same room as him. Okay what the hell, do spider bites normally heighten ALL your senses? Honestly, Peter knew it was something to do with the spider bite but he thought he’d just feel off for a while then go back to normal. Apparently not. He was freaking out a bit now. Should I go tell Dad? Maybe he’ll know what’s up?
In the end, Peter decided to sleep it off. He didn’t like bothering his dad and the others when they had other things to worry about.
