- Spider of Agility: His spider-sense can detect danger and allow him to counterattack any melee attack by shifting into his defense stance before it happens.
- Spider's Speed [Meter]: Spider-Man can increase his speed to deal a flurry of attacks
- Ionic Webbing: Webbing can weaken metal, leaving armored enemies and robots vulnerable.
- Vibro Blast: Web-Shooters can charge up to fire a sonic blast that can stun enemies.
Noir
- Spider of Stealth: Spider-Man can disappear by moving in the shadows, losing his enemies' sights and leaving them open for stealth takedowns.
- Lazarus Blackout [Meter]: Spider-Man can temporarily disable all the lights when his Lazarus magic reserves are filled.
- Dual Arc Tasers: Created by multiple Spider-Men, Spider-Man can aim and fire rapid blasts of repulsor energy. Recharge over time.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Not being hit for some time can rapidly repair the damage Spider-Man retained.
2099
- Spider of Speed: Spider-Man attacks and glides faster than the others, with his claws causing bleeding and bites causing paralyzation.
- Accelerated Vision [Meter]: His eyes make everything seem slower, giving Spider-Man some much-needed planning time.
- Venom Webbing: Years of research allow Spider-Man to infuse his venom into his webbing, paralyzing bleeding foes.
- Holographic Cloaking: A unique Gadget Spider-Man owns allows him to disappear while his Spider-Doppelganger is activated.
Ultimate
- Spider of Power: His attacks are harder, wider, and drain lifeforce. Has immunity against sonic attacks
- Symbiote Rage [Meter]: Spider-Man can unleash his rage on his enemies, dealing heavier damage with bigger attacks.
- Web Stream: Spider-Man fires a thin spray that can trap enemies faster than Web Shots, with the option to attack afterward.
- Venom Form: Spider-Man can instantly become Venom, who is slower and stronger than him. Life Drain replaces Web Stream, and Venom Leap replaces Web Swing.
Spider-Men Gadgets
- Concussion Grenade: A gadget that can easily blast enemies across the air.
- Web Net: A little device that can trap a group of enemies in a makeshift net.
- Spider-Doppelganger: A holographic clone of classic Amazing Spider-Man joins the fight, imitating the Spider-Man who summoned it.
- Tablet Shard: Turn the heroes into the Cosmic Spider-Men (or, while in Venom Form, Cosmic Venom), replacing charge attacks, web projectiles, and gliding with cosmic shockwaves, blasts, and flight. Requires all 8 Tablet Fragments from bosses.
