There He is! There Too!
7/4/1947, Residential Area, Attilan
The two Royals had watched the fireworks, Maximus and Triton liking the Fourth of July celebration as they saw strange vapors and crystals fill the sky instead of the fireworks, they were beautiful, but they also had little to no… none of the impermanence of fire which made the two of them both sigh, “So then, are you and Auran finally going to get married?” Triton asked of max.
“That isn’t going to happen, at least for a while now.” he said and hearing that, Triton sighed at that, “You should hurry soon, someone like her won’t be on the market for too long.” he said now and hearing that, the Prince glared,wanting to use his power to make him slap himself, but Maximus had stopped himself, he had to be calm, there would be a time, it just wasn’t right now.
While he was thinking that, Max saw that there was Gorgon, Mesili and Myrra, the three of them looking like they had been in love with each other which made the two of them look at each other now, “Those three are definitely mixing their genepools.” Triton said with Max cocking his head, “How do you think it works? Do they take turns or all together?” he asked, making his cousin laugh as they enjoyed the day.

7/4/1947, Washington DC, District of Columbia
The Squadron and some of their old Invaders teammates had come over now, they couldn’t get a hold of Victor or Jimmy, apparently the latter was living in Japan and Victor… he couldn’t stay away from conflict apparently as the Squadron had each taken some alcohol and snacks as they had been enjoying each other right about now when Zarda had heard their phone ringing.
That made the others smile as Joseph went and looked at his prism, “Is there anything that you can tell me about Sin–Cong?” he asked, making the Prism start to speak, “According to my scans, there seems to be Atlantean technology in the vicinity.” Krimonn said out loud, making the rest of the squad look towards them now, “Atlantean tech?” Robbie asked.
“Looks like.” He said as Zarda had walked out towards them with the phone, “It looks like we’re being summoned.” she told them now, making the group look at each there before sighing, the Squadron giving their farewells to their compatriot and such before making sure they were somewhere private for their transportation away from them and now towards Fort Erskine.

7/4/1947, Fort Erskine, Teton Wilderness
“We found Doctor Stasis.” he said, making the group all looked to the map that showed a variety of images that were there, one of them showing the man in question in multiple areas now which made the Squadron look and then the General had seen that there was something which made them all at the ready as he took a breath, “We will be splitting you up, there are four and we need you each to catch them.”
Hearing that, the four of them started to laugh towards all of that right now as they were each given an address, all of them looking with some determination now as each of them had went to move out now, it would take a couple of days, but they were finally going to capture that bastard and they were going to make sure that he was going to feel everything he deserved.

Robbie had been looking now, there were signs of larger creatures who had appeared to be stealing food and some meals that were being made and as he looked, seeing everything, he had put on his goggles and started to run through the canyon so that he would have been able to get anywhere and everywhere where a hidden lab or location that they had set up.

Sk’ym’x had appeared like a Kodiak bear right now, sniffing the area for any sorts of signs when he noticed that there was something that made him curious, there was a fear coming from the bears of the water, they had been scared of the seawater and it made him decide that it would be worth looking at now as he went to go ahead and swipe at what looked like a fish only to get grabbed and dragged under.

Zarda had been dressed like a tourist right now and she was not surprised to see that the bastard was flagrantly parading down the streets right now in full regalia, she had no idea why everyone seemed so calm, but she knew that there was something which she had to think of as Zarda had went to follow after making sure that she looked like the rest of the crowd right now as she stalked the man.

Joseph was flying high above, making sure that he was in a God’s eye view which made the Prism go and zooming thanks to the abilities that were given now and as he looked at everything and saw that there were canines and felines that were stalking through everywhere that was there before he took a breath, “Alright, let’s do some divine justice.” he said now before creating a rain of arrows before them now.
They had been moving and aiming towards the creatures there, each one of them was a killshot which would have eliminated everything so quickly they wouldn’t have felt a thing now and as he watched them, the man went and lowered himself down, looking around before seeing that the smoke was starting now and looking, he sighed and hoped that one of the others would catch one.

The speedster had finally found the cave that the bats had been living in and as he looked around, seeing everything that was there before they started to swarm him, try to attack him, but there was something which made him pause, he saw that the creatures had apparently already mutilated him now and that made the Speedster surprised that they had already murdered it.
That surprised now, making the man think on how he was going to survive when he heard the sound of a whistle now, making him wince while the bats started to fly away now, making the man look around before he saw that there was Max there with a smile now which surprised the man as he looked around and saw that there was a whistle in his hand, “Been a long time, Robbie.”

7/5/1947, South Padre Island, Texas
Zarda had gotten a bit too close it seemed as Doctor Stasis had turned, “¡Parece que debo despedirme de ti! ¡Hasta pronto!(It seems that I must bid you farewell! Goodbye for now!)” he told them all now and hearing that, the group had all cried out, seeming to hate it which was when Zarda had ran forward now, they started to run as fast as possible towards his capture.
But a salamander like creature that was around his throat, it started to open its mouth and breath a burst of fire now, making her take a step back, raising her forearm now to try and protect herself when she saw that there was something which made her confused as The Salamander had skittered off while the rest of his body exploded in harmless fireworks, making her scowl at that.
She went and looked at the crowd, but the fact that The Salamander had vanished now made her all the more curious, usually the others died, but if it left before he exploded, then there was more here and she was going to have to research whatever she could about all of this and maybe they would finally get a one up with Doctor Stasis compared to how he’s always vanished by now.

7/5/1947, Stasis Lab, Port Lions
Skymax had been dragged to an operating table that had seemed to try and strap his ankles and wrists now which made the Skrull look towards everything that was there and as he did so, there was Doctor Stasis who had looked to be quite curious, “Ahh… one of The Kodiak Bears was dumb enough to get close to the water.” he said and hearing that, Skymax took a breath now.
He went and tried to look scared, making sure that he was acting well, watching as Stasis got closer… closer… the squid creature watching as well when he acted now, growing a limb with one of the hidden weapons he had installed and shot a mild EMP into The Stasis, shutting it down but not frying his systems before he morphed and became something that was more like himself.
He started to pull out and assemble a large cannon rifle now before he aimed at the creature that had been there and tossed a bubble towards The Stasis to keep it safe from any water or the like when he went to aim, “May Kly’bn love you.” he said before opening fire upon the creature now, making it screech in the water now, thrashing now as the blast electrocuted the veins of it now.
As the water filled the area, drowning everything that was there and the two of them had started to move now, becoming more aquatic with gills and fins as he grabbed the strap and started to drag the bubble away now, he had acquired the Stasis, and now they only needed to make sure that it didn’t end up burning out or exploding like the others had been doing, hopefully one of the others grabbed one.

7/6/1947, Main Lab, Fort Erskine
The Squadron had brought the remains that they were able to acquire there, all except Skymax who was being a little late as Maximus who had been invited was looking at them all, “I have to admit, whoever made these is a veritable genius.” The Inhuman said, stopping himself from activating a explosive that was in one, “If I had one that was intact, we would be able to find more.” he told them.
That made the group look before they saw that there was Skymax who was walking in now, “Maximus, you’re back.” he said, surprised to see him and hearing that, Maximus grinned, “Is that one still working?” he asked and hearing that, the Skrull showed that there was some spasms and a few jerks, “The EMP is wearing off.” he said before firing another shot.
That made the group curious now as he popped the bubble it was in and dropped it onto another table, “This is the only whole one we could find.” he said and hearing that, the Squadron looked before they decided to get to work, “So then, once I’m done with this, I’ll be leaving, I only came to do a small checkup.” he told them all now which made the group curious.
“Now then, let’s go ahead and get this cut open.” he continued and hearing that, the Squad watched him, a bit surprised by all of this and seeing how there was some advanced machinery and things that made them each think that Stasis was going to be doing something that made them scared right now with wonder at what it was that they were going to do with it all.

7/7/1947, Maximus’ Lab, The Royal Palace
Maximus had appeared back at his home and started to look over everything there and as he checked on the schematics, Maximus had decided to build himself a robot, it would be quite the achievement for himself and was going to have fun with that right now as he grabbed his claws to get to work as Auran started to walk in now, “Maximus.” she said to him now.
That made the man smile towards The woman, “Look what The Squadron Supreme brought me.” he said and hearing that, the woman looked over everything that was there before he started to check on everything that was there before he eventually looked, “Do you want me to make a replica of your father for your mother? Or just an army of robots?” he asked of her.
“I’m thinking an army, I always liked the idea of being a general.” she said towards him and hearing that, Maximus smiled , chuckling at the thought right about now before he went to grab a few of the printers that they had designed and then proceeded to begun checking a few of the other parts that had been labeled before he thought on how they would all look like.

7/8/1947, The Institute, Mojave Desert
The scientist had been looking over everything that was there right about now and that was when he noticed that there was a Salamander that had looked not of Earth’s design but most likely of man, “Stasis call.” the creature said, making him raise an eyebrow at that, “What seems to be the matter?” he asked, looking at the creature with some curiosity with it.
“Squadron Supreme, found four fakes, three destroyed, warn in case they find Phaeder.” the animal continued and hearing that, Phaeder had been surprised, “Squadron Supreme?” he asked and hearing that, the Salamander had went to land on its back and show its stomach which was starting to change into a script no that he began to look over the information.
The man began to read over The Squadron Supreme and was starting to get a bit worried by all of this right about now as he went to think on how he would deal with it when there was a crack, something that he had been working on thanks to the workings of one of the students that he had taken and decided that there was something that he could send, “Where are they usually?”

7/8/1947, Training Room, Fort Erskine
Joseph had been doing some tight maneuvers and such and as he had done so, the Prism had shot down towards the squad, Robbie started to rub in a tight formation before beginning to make a funnel of wind now and as he started to move now, Zarda and Skymax had went ahead and started to go upwards now, Skymax flying while Power Princess had leapt upwards now.
The two of them had went to attack and as they did so, he created a bubble before they had seen how there was something that he aimed towards now, the switch that would activate the rubber ballistics that they had been using now to fire, hitting Skymax while Zarda had landed in the funnel instead, the wind protecting her back while she had used her shield to block the rest.
As they started to see him laughing towards them all, the door opened, “All of you at attention!” The General had shouted now and hearing that, they had stopped, Joseph turning off the weaponry as they started to turn at attention towards him now which made him sigh right now, “We’ve got a wild… a DANGEROUS animal that is heading towards the Fort.” he told them.
Hearing that, they started to get to move now, “Any idea where we’re going to find it?” Joseph asked, “Just follow the screaming and panic that is coming from everywhere.” he told the group and hearing that, the Squadron had been a bit surprised by that before they started to move now, the Squadron curious right now as they went and curious at what exactly it was that was coming.

7/8/1992, Teton Wilderness, Moran
The Squadron looked around at everything that was there and that was when they saw that there was broken trees and that made them start to follow the movements when they saw that there was a growl now which made the group begin to walk towards it now and as they did so, the group saw that there was a large rat that made the group realize that there was a large rat that was there now.
Seeing them, the rat had screeched, the large polyps and there was some sort of rumble as the polyps had begun to quiver and that was when there was a blast which aimed towards the each of them now and seeing that, they dodge now, Robbie getting there as closely as possible right now as he went and aimed for the cital areas right now and as he did so, the animal had screamed, going to thrash now.
Its claws and limbs had started to extend now, going to attack him now and as they saw this, Zarda went to block the claws that were there now before the Doctor Spectrum had went ahead and fired a controlled beam that went ahead and created a collar that started to constrict now and that started to make it scratch at the leash that was there which made the others move now.
Skymax had pulled out a few of the weapons that were there now and as they started to attack the animal, cutting or containing the polyps until they had taken care of everything that was there and it made the group relieved, at least until The Rat looked at them and seemed to be crying, its veins glowing and glowing which made them all start to run as far as possible now.
As they had went and hid behind trees or their shields or force fields now as it exploded, making the Squadron look towards the damage that made them see everything before they all had thought that this wasn’t Stasis’ work, and whoever this was, it made them think that they had another danger that was coming right now which meant they would have to prepare for whatever it was.

7/9/1947, Residential Quarters, The Institute
Phaeder had closed the remote now and as he looked towards the rat, it was an issue but he was feeling… bored, very bored, raising The sone of Captain America was fun, but he wanted to do something that made the man– he heard a knock now and that made the doctor a bit curious as he went ahead and opened the door, “Hello?” he asked of the older man there who smiled.
“Hello there, my name is Howard Stark Sr.” he said towards the man, he recalled the name now and that made the scientist recall John Howlett Junior, he went and offered his hand, “Like the member of The SSR?” he asked, making Howard chuckle, “That’s my son, and I think he’ll never forgive me for losing Stark Munitions.” the man told him as he went and walked in now.
“The men here say that you’re one of the brightest, able to make the little asset do whatever they need him to do.” he said with a smile now, “But I guess that you’re feeling… bored.” he said towards the man and hearing that, he started to smile towards that right about now and as he looked at his lab, Howard went and removed his shirt, making Phaeder raise an eyebrow when he saw it.
There was a strange metal apparatus over his torso now, one that made him curious as he went ahead and touched it, “This is interesting, is it to replace your heart or more vital organs?” he asked of Howard who chuckled towards that, “it’s a part of project Tomorrow, and yes, it replaces multiple vital organs, but it needs a recharge every now and then to keep me alive.” he explained.
Hearing that, Phaeder had been a bit surprised by that but eventually he went to feel it, there was some humming which made him grin, “Is there anything else that you wish to add to the project?” he asked and hearing that, Phaeder had nodded, “How much of the human needs to be used for the project?” he asked and hearing that, the man smiled towards him.
“There isn’t much, but there’s the problem of human brains–” “Why not animal brains? Maybe a Chimpanzee or dogs–” “We can use dogs, they’ll be much more compliant.” he said now and hearing that, the man smiled as well now as he went ahead and showed him the images of the machinery that were there and Phaeder had grinned, “I can work on the organic parts.” he said.
That made Howard started to look towards everything that was there now and as he went to pull out a few of his old designs and making an artificial system, “How do you feel about the processing power being inside of the stomach instead of the head?” he asked, making Howard Senior chuckle, “I think You and I will be making some genius work with each other he told him.
