Summary
After Tony Stark's drone footage revealed the war criminals Steve Rogers and his team returning to Wakanda, the situation escalated. The war criminals had destroyed an entire city, killed over a million citizens, and destroyed a religious temple. T'Challa is summoned to the Sokovia Accords council to answer for his crimes of funding these terrorists. However, his arrogance pushes the council too far, leading to the complete eradication of Wakanda and its arrogance. Discover what happens by reading.

Tony Stark walked in, smirking at T'Challa, as he took his seat on the Sokovia Accords council. He watched T'Challa, who was sweating profusely, while viewing footage his drones had captured of an unsanctioned mission by the terrorists known as Team Captain America. This mission, based on misinformation, had destroyed an entire city. But it didn't end there. After their mission, they had been caught heading straight to Wakandan borders. The drones didn't enter the borders, but cameras in the surrounding countries never saw them leave, indicating that Wakanda was harboring these traitors. The country in question, India, was beyond furious. An iconic city, Amritsar, had been destroyed due to Wanda Maximoff's uncontrolled power, resulting in over a million casualties and the destruction of the Golden Temple, which, aside from its religious value, was worth 500 crore rupees, approximately sixty million, eight thousand, six hundred fifty dollars in U.S. currency.

They now sat at the table to discuss how to punish Wakanda, or more specifically, T'Challa, and how to repair the relationship between India and Wakanda. Thaddeus Ross, the American representative, stood up; Tony was there for the Avengers. "To think, Wakanda, one of the drafters of the Sokovia Accords, would be the ones to break them in such a way. Not only did they know the damage done to India and such a cultural site, one might assume the Avengers' war criminal, Wanda Maximoff, might have had a racial motivation. But enough about that. King T'Challa, you are here to explain yourself, your country's continued support for these war criminals, and how you can compensate for funding this terrorist attack on India."

T'Challa looked around the room and spoke clearly, "What can you outsiders do to Wakanda? We are unstoppable. We cannot be harmed. We will continue to support the great Steve Rogers and his noble cause. He was fighting a runaway Hydra member, and Wanda Maximoff lost control of her powers. It was an accident; she is a kid."

"A kid?" The Indian representative, Rajesh, stood up, absolutely furious. "She is the same age as my daughter, a grown woman! She is not a child, and she killed my people. She's the same age as my daughter and yet, she murdered over a million people. Coincidentally, none of her teammates were harmed. Mr. Stark, you were once her teammate; is she a child?"

"No," Tony replied, "King T'Challa is mistaken. She is in her mid-twenties, a grown woman. I should know; before the civil war, I applied for a visa for her and saw her passport."

"I agree; she is not a kid," said the South African representative.

"So you admit you lied about her age and that you were housing criminals on international wanted lists," Rajesh accused.

"I will not be called a liar. But even if I did, it does not matter. I am Wakandan; we have vibranium, we are invincible," yelled T'Challa, infuriated that these outsiders opposed the king of Wakanda.

"Hahaha! You, untouchable? Not anymore. You see, Mr. Stark made a weapon capable of breaching the barrier you Wakandans hide behind. T'Challa, we can now send nukes, so I suggest you cooperate and give vibranium compensation to everyone who has been hurt by the war criminals, which includes every country here. Every country has had damages done by the war criminals. So, what will it be: nuclear warfare or peace?" Thaddeus Ross asked as the rest of the council agreed. They weren't normally one for nuclear threats, apart from Russia and North Korea, but after witnessing the Wakandan king's disrespect and arrogance, especially since his people were cowards who hid behind a barrier and were only advanced thanks to vibranium, they had to humble him.

T'Challa looked at them arrogantly, "You think you scare me? Bast is with us, and I am the Black Panther, the mightiest warrior in the world, and the greatest king."

"You arrogant piece of... I'm done being nice," said the Chinese representative, Xiu Heng. "I vote for the destruction of Wakanda."

"As do I," agreed the Russian Representative.

"Me three," agreed the North Korean Representative.

"And me," said Thaddeus Ross.

"And me," added Rajesh, the Indian Representative.

"We will see this weapon Stark has. I bet it's a bluff," T'Challa says, leaving arrogantly as his entourage, the Dora Milaje, followed him.

They had all left.

"Stark, tell

us more about this weapon you made," Ross asked.

"Friday, introduce the weapon," Tony said.

"Yes, sir," Friday responded. A hologram appeared, revealing a sleek, menacing missile, its design exuding lethal elegance.

"Introducing the 'Arc Overload Missile.' Its core concept isn't to penetrate the barrier but to overload it entirely," Friday stated.

"Overload it? How?" Ross asked.

"The missile is powered by a modified arc reactor, a design I've adapted from Boss's earlier work. Upon nearing the barrier, it unleashes a concentrated burst of energy," Friday explained, noticing the representatives' confusion.

"Friday, explain the science behind it, not everyone here has a 200+ IQ and knows about vibranium," Tony interjected.

"Vibranium, as used in the Wakandan barrier, is highly conductive, as seen when Ms. Romanoff brought the King to his knees with your creations, the improved Widow Bites. So, I propose leveraging this property. The arc reactor can generate an immense electrical surge, tailored to the barrier's frequency. This surge would exploit Vibranium's conductivity, essentially overloading the barrier's energy matrix," Friday clarified.

"So, we basically hit them with a surge their own barrier can't handle. It's like short-circuiting the entire system, opening Wakanda up," Tony summarized.

"That's correct. The overload would cause a collapse of the barrier, allowing the missile to pass through unhindered. Additionally, the aftermath would fry their Vibranium infrastructure, preventing immediate recovery for years," Friday added.

"Impressive. I would love to have more of these for North Korea," the North Korean representative commented.

"They won't be effective on any other country. They are made for taking down the barrier, which only Wakanda has," Tony clarified. "So, shall I send the payload to the Wakandan capital and the Dora Milaje and the other people who have lived there for decades?"

"Do it," Ross said.

Tony smirked and pressed a button.

"Payload sent. I'm sure the council has other matters to attend to," Tony said as they watched the missile approach the barrier on Stark's satellite feed. They watched as the missile discharged the arc reactor energy, bringing down the barrier and turning the Vibranium infrastructure into tiny shards. The missile caused a small explosion at the Vibranium mines, discharging so much electricity that all the Vibranium overloaded and exploded.

"It didn't blow up Wakanda, Stark," Ross yelled.

"I know. This was just meant to disarm Wakanda. I don't have a nuclear bomb. That's up to the council and those authorized to have nukes," Tony replied.

"You're right. I will have one of the United States' nukes deployed after I get permission from the White House," Ross said.

"Don't mind me; I got permission from President Putin. After telling him about the disrespect of Wakanda, he has launched our Tsar missile, which has already reached its target and will explode in 10 seconds," the Russian representative stated as they turned to the screen and counted down. As they reached zero, the screen showed a view of Wakanda, and they saw the missile explode, a large explosion covering the city and a mushroom cloud covering the entire country.

"Mission complete. Wakanda has been destroyed by the Russian Tsar payload," the Russian representative announced.

A few minutes earlier, with the war criminals in Wakanda:

Steve sat in Wakanda, ranting about how people were blaming them for India. "They took down Hydra. People got hurt, who cares? More people would have been hurt if it wasn't for us being there, and Wanda was a kid."

"It was an accident," Steve yelled.

"I can't control it," Wanda yelled.

"I know it's not your fault," Steve said.

"Yeah, I bet Stark paid the media to make us look bad," Sam said delusionally.

"He definitely did. That's a Stark move," Natasha said manipulatively.

"That jerk and his accords are keeping me from my family," Clint said.

"Yeah, me too. My daughter probably hates me. She's an Iron Man fan," Scott said when suddenly a boom was heard.

"Hey, what's that?" Steve said, rushing to the window.

"Guys, Wakanda's barrier just collapsed somehow. Apparently, something hit it," Natasha said.

"You think it was Stark?" Steve asked.

"Possibly," Scott said as the door opened.

"Guys, we need to get out of here. Look at that, the Russian Tsar," Natasha said, but it was too late. Before Wanda could put up a barrier, the explosion wiped them and Wakanda out.

The end. Everyone lived happily ever after.
