oc hears voices
oc is crazy he hears 5 different voices every second of every day, and the voices command him to kill everyone he sees and bathe in their blood. the voices have never stopped but become less intense when he kills
the voices appeared with his powers as a teenager when his family died in an accident.
he can control blood whether his own or others’. He shapes it into weapons, and shields, controls people's bodies by controlling the blood, can shape blood into tendrils to strike enemies from afar or use it to trap opponents in a prison of blood, concentrates blood into a single point and shoots it out akin to bullets, sharpen blood to the point that he can slice and tear flesh with ease, increasing physical abilities by speeding up the transport of nutrients and oxygen via blood to all parts of his body, thus improving his energy and power,speed up healing by immediately clotting his blood, preventing blood loss and speeding up the recovery process, manipulate blood from anywhere in his surroundings, such as the bodies of other living creatures, allowing him to control them like puppets, induce nosebleeds or headaches, could instantly kill others by making blood explode from the inside out or forcibly causing heart to stop or knocking them unconscious by restricting blood-flow to the brain.
he becomes a hired killer but refuses to kill kids. he becomes well-known fast to the public because no other hired killer can leave the crime scene completely covered in blood as he does.
shield agents go after him but they can't catch him so they send the Avengers.
the fight isn't going well for the Avengers cause they aren't going for the kill and they are surprised by the fact he has powers.
Natasha arrives as soon as he sees her he stops dead in his tracks because for the first time in his life, the voices are quiet, and the shock allow Steve to knock him out.
in the interrogation room, the voices are furious with him cause the redhead lady isn't there, he refuses to talk unless he can talk to the beautiful redhead.
and as soon as he sees her again the voices stop and he starts crying thanking her and asking how she is doing it.
