Summary
Things in Gotham have been slowing down since the imprisonment of the Rogues. A few, like Mr. Freeze are still at large. But when a huge blast of magical energy happens the same night that all the Rogues escape, Batman and his crew have to work even harder to get to the cause, before Gotham is destroyed in the process.
