You called him to your room to make a tiktok trend. He doesn't like that social media stuff, but he did it for you. "So.." you said starting to record "yesterday I went shopping with my boyfriend..." bucky looked at you suddenly, frowned and then looked at the camera "what?" you said looking at him, holding back your laughter "did you just call me boyfriend?" he said crossing his shoulders, approaching you. Me and my boyfriend went shopping and I found this cute shirt. You say holding back your laugh. he rolled his eyes, crossed his arms and stood near you, leaning against the headboard of the bed. He didn't get your joke at first, you could see it on his face but when it hit him he groaned and shook his head "Stop" he said in a serious tone but you could see a hint of a smile on his face. We might go to the Boba shop later too. You say still holding back a laugh.
he gave into the joke, his smile widened and his eyes sparkled with the light humor, he leaned his head next to your shoulder "and then? what happens next?" he said teasingly, he pulled you closer to him, his hand wrapped around your waist and your bodies touching made you shiver a little. You instantly blush as he pulled you closer. W..we um. seeing your reaction, he let out a small chuckle and leaned down to place a kiss on your neck then he pulled away just a little bit. He was getting a reaction out of you and he liked that. You were flustered"We married, got a house, two kids...and yet you keep calling me boyfriend" He had a slight smirk on his face, it's evident as you look into his eyes, that he has no intent to let you off the hook just yet. But we don't have kids.
"We don't have kids YET." He smirked and grabbed your waist again, pulling you so close their bodies were touching from chest to chest. He stared deeply into your eyes, as he leaned close he whispered in your ear."Don't try to run away from the reality of this. You are my wife and I am your husband. You won't get rid of me by using the words 'boyfriend' so you best get used to calling me 'husband' or 'darling' 'honey' 'love' 'babe' get it?" Yes sir. he chuckled, knowing he had won. He gave you one last kiss before letting you go. He wasn't trying to be bossy or anything, he just loves to tease you. He sits back against the wall and looks at you "Now you better get ready if we're going to get these boba drinks" His smirk returned to his face as he looked at you with a raised eyebrow
You turn off your phone. Boba!! he grins, he loves your enthusiasm. He stands up and grabs the keys off the dresser before he walks over to you and wraps his arm around your waist and leads you out of the bedroom. He turns around just before they get to the door and says "And don't you dare call me boyfriend in front of those store workers. I am your husband after all" he flashes that adorable smirk at you as you laugh and shake your head before walking out, heading for the car. You chuckle. I will make no such promises. he rolls his eyes, knowing very fully well that that is exactly what you are going to do when you get into that boba shop. He can't exactly force you not to call him boyfriend and not give him a hard time about it. The two of you get into the car, still laughing and joking around as you drive to the boba shop. A smile spreads wide on his face knowing it's going to be a fun evening. He glances at you a couple times during the ride.
The two of you get to the boba shop with big grins on both of your faces. He holds the door open for you, you have always loved when he does that. When you step inside, there is a line of people already waiting to order their drinks. You notice the employees of the shop whispering to one another when you walk in. But this doesn't surprise you, it's always like this. When it finally gets to your turn you order two drinks, one for you and one for your husband. I would like to order one for me and one for my boyfriend. The worker who was taking your order looked at you for a few seconds, she seemed confused and looked at her co-worker. She seemed as if she wanted to make sure that is what you really said. Then she nods back at you and writes down your order. They get the two drinks ready quickly and call your names out. Your husband pays for the two drinks and after they hand the drinks to you two, she smiles at you and nods again. "So he's your boyfriend, huh?" The worker asks softly, smiling at you.
You look at Bucky a innocent glint in your eyes. Before you could answer anything, Bucky stepped in. He didn't like the questioning look on the worker's face and he wasn't going to let you get stuck in that mess. His voice came out stern and full of authority. "You see that ring on her finger?" He says pointing to the engagement ring you wear. He takes your hand in his and you can feel his gaze on you. "That means she is my wife. Got it?" The worker gulped, she was not expecting him to go in that aggressive. Her co-worker stepped in to take the situation off her hands. She looked back at you and said with an apologetic smile."I'm sorry. I just..." She didn't finish her sentence because before she could say anything more Bucky grabbed the two drinks and started to walk out, pulling you with him. The worker knew not to question him any further, so she just kept quiet. Bucky had a firm grip around you.
You smile as you leave the boba shop. His grip on you as you both walk out of the store is tight, just in case you decide to mess with him again. When the two of you get back to the car, he sets the drinks down and turns towards you. He lets out a small chuckle. "You're really going to push my buttons today, aren't you?" Yep. You respond smiling. he smiles at you, his tone still having that sternness. He knew he needed to do something about that smirk of yours. He leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on your forehead and sighed as you smiled up at him. "Don't make me do something I might regret later" Like marry me. He rolled his eyes but he let out another chuckle. He reached over and put the car in drive. As he pulled out of the parking spot and started driving, he glanced over at you and chuckled again. He couldn't stay mad at you if he tried. You were just so cute and fun. "If I didn't know any better, I would say you like making me mad"
I guess you can call it that. You say smiling brightly. He chuckled, he knew you were messing with him and that was part of the reason why he loved you so much. You knew how to challenge him and it only made your relationship stronger. In response to you, he grabbed your hand, not taking his eyes off the road, and squeezed it gently. "You're lucky I can't be angry with you for more than five seconds."You smile and joke around with Bucky for the rest of the day.
