Rtc Nischa/Perfectdolls/Spacedolls one shots!!! [On permanent hiatus]

History class was always Penny's favorite. Not only did she actually enjoy learning in this class, but she absolutely couldn't deny her crush on the boy across the classroom. That boy being Ricky Potts. Sure, they were friends of sorts and spoke every once in a while, but something about his stupid smile made her blush. Especially when the smiles were directed her way. 

She sat down in history, waiting for the teacher to start the lesson, only to find it was a sub. Fantastic. Mind you, this could mean she could move next to Ricky? Maybe she shouldn't, would that be too obvious? 

As she was thinking, she could see someone else sit next to her in her peripheral vision, the curly haired boy she normally looks at from afar, now giving her a friendly smile as he pulled out his pencil case, one which obviously used to be white, however, it was now covered front to back in doodles. Penny admired every drawing as she tried to take a secret look to see them. 

The lesson never truly started as everyone loved giving the sub a hard time, they were 15 minutes into the class and he'd only just started introducing himself. 

"Right, everyone please settle down, my name is Mr Smith, oi, curly haired kid, if you like drawing so much why don't you tell me the answer to the first question?" He yelled, making the whole class go silent. Ricky and Penny looked at each other and laughed before he started signing utter bullshit only they would understand. 

"I had granola for breakfast, then my cat walked in it" Ricky signed, watching the teachers face go to annoyance, thinking he was deaf and trying to give him an actual answer. Penny just sat there, trying not to laugh. 

"Oh, blonde girl next time him, ask him what the answer is" 

"He said 1918" Penny said, trying to stifle her laughter whilst trying to lie for Ricky. 

"That is correct!"

The two just smiled at each other, Penny turned a slight shade of pink as they continued to talk, Ricky was insanely happy that someone else knew sign as they got no work done that class, and actually became closer friends in the process. Penny always thought choir would bring them closer, but she guesses not. 

Speaking of choir, they hung out in the choir room at lunch, talking about anything and everything, with both of them laughing at pretty much anything signed. Penny's crush really wasn't getting helped.

That day sparked a close friendship between the two, they hung out together at anytime they could, whether it be lunch, class, after school or choir, they never seemed to not be in the same room as each other. Safe to say, Penny's crush wasn't getting any better, in fact, it was getting stronger. 

One day, Penny and Ricky were having a movie night in Penny's bedroom, they sat on the bed next to each other as Ricky rested his head on Penny's shoulder. She was sure that she was bright pink at this point. 

The tension in the room felt... Different? There was something about it that left a strange feeling in both of their stomachs, like, good butterflies? If that's one way to put it. 

They sat silently. Ricky looked over and noticed Penny's hands on her lap, he slowly but surely put his hands over and held her hands, hoping she wouldn't pull away, in fact, she was the one to intertwine their fingers. 

They sat silently to not address it, neither wanted to, it was a sweet moment. 

"Ricky, I like you, like a lot, it's more of a love actually, like romantically." Penny admitted as the room went silent. The two exchanged a look as Penny realised what she just said, slowly gaining a fearful gleam in her eyes. 

"Just like forget I said that" Penny panicked, now worried that she had ruined everything as she turned away. 

Ricky on the other hand, was more than ecstatic, god his crush liked him, this is insane. 

Ricky pulled the taller girls chin towards him so they were now making eye contact. Ricky obviously couldn't express his feelings in words so he went for the next best thing, as he slowly pulled her in and had their lips meet together. 

They stayed like that for a good two minutes before they let go, heavily breathing. The two just smiled at each other, glad that tonight even happened. They loved each other, they weren't gonna like any more.
