Rtc Nischa/Perfectdolls/Spacedolls one shots!!! [On permanent hiatus]

Ocean was leaning against the car window, half asleep. She had stayed up until 5 am studying for the 3 tests she had today. She needed sleep. The 30 minutes she had last night wasn't enough. The only good part was that it was spent in Penny's arms. 

Penny, on the other had, had gone to sleep at a reasonable time the night before, she was asleep enough that she felt rested but she still felt acutely aware of Ocean, who sat next to her, never letting go of her hands. Penny always gave her hand a squeeze whenever she could feel Ocean getting stressed, which always calmed her down. 

They pulled into the school, ready for first class. Penny looked over and saw her girlfriend fast asleep. It pained Penny to wake Ocean up. The red head just got up and walked into the school, practically keeled over as her back was so heavy. It was full of 3 tests worth of studying and an English presentation. 

First class went by quick, it was a music theory lesson, Ocean could hardly keep her eyes open as she never let go of Penny's hand, mumbling half asleep gibberish. Penny would let go every once in a while to raise her hand, Ocean would patiently wait for her hand to drop again before interlocking their fingers again. 

Second class was difficult. A science quiz. Just some overview stuff that really wasn't important, but Ocean had strived this far to make every test an A+. She was not going to ruin that. Yet she still found a way to cling to her girlfriend in some way. They let their feet rest on each other. A small touch that gave Ocean the small motivation to stay awake and keep going with the test. 

Break was spent in choir room, Penny scrolled on her phone as Ocean slept soundly on her shoulder. The bell gave Ocean a scare as she got up to go to next class, not wanting to be late. English. Penny and Ocean had worked on this presentation together. They sat in the back corner, waiting for the names to be announced in order. Ocean was physically latched onto her girlfriend, interlocking arms and hands, resting her head on the blonde's shoulder. 

The person before them, Alex, had a really good presentation, almost worrying to Ocean; but Penny knew they had spent countless hours on this together, she just hoped that Oceans sleep deprivation wouldn't blow the chance. 

Alex sat down and smiled at the girls. This worried Penny, he was really good. That was when Penny regained consciousness and stopped staring at the floor. 

"Ok and next on my register is Penny Lamb and Ocean O'Connell-Rosenberg" The teacher gave them a warm smile as the girls prepared each other. 

The presentation was how Shakespeare conveys gender stereotypes (as per Ricky's request, Ricky is such a Shakespeare nerd). 

The presentation was definitely well done, they looked over at Ricky every once in a while and he gave an enthusiastic thumbs up. Ocean was starting to feel the sleep deprivation getting to her, she found it hard to articulate sentences. Thank god the presentation was over as soon as it started. 

The rest of the day was some sort of blur in Ocean's eyes. A test happened at some points, she had lunch at some point. All she remembers is the comfort of Penny throughout the day. They were always holding hands or hugging, sometimes planting small kisses on each other's lips when they were in private. 

The final bell rang and Ocean almost forgot about choir, until she started walking with Penny and they reached the music room. 

"Penny?" Ocean asked

"Yes?"

"Can you lead choir"

Penny accepted it gracefully and they got to work, starting with vocal warm ups then actually starting the song they were learning. Noel wasn't I'm school today, which kind of relived Penny, it meant that Ocean wasn't going to get all angry. 

They actually got a lot of work done before Penny called for a 10 minute break. 

Penny sat down, scrolling through Instagram, Ocean rested lightly on her shoulder. Penny was going to let everyone know break was over, until she heard the light breathing from Ocean, who had now spread herself across the benches, and rested her head on Penny's lap. 

Penny stood up slowly and let everyone know that choir was going to end early, she couldn't really promise they were going to be quiet so she went the east route instead. 

Penny picked Ocean up and carried the red head to her car as she made sure to be as careful as she could, before they arrived at Penny's. 

Penny picked her girlfriend up again and carried her into the house, gently placing her down on the bed. Planting a kiss on Ocean's forehead, and grabbing a hand, feeling a slight squeeze before she left Ocean to her own accord, taking a slight moment to look at her girlfriend, sleeping soundly.
