"I knew you were a true beauty." the captain told him, stroking Lokis cheek softly. Loki zoned out, staring to the wooden ground. Once again he grabed his jaw, making him look at him. Loki looked at him with cold eyes. "What is the real reason?" "Of what?" "Why did you take me with you?" "I already told you." "I dont think you really want to sell me.. You want something completly different..dont you?" "Dont be ridiculous." "Please, I just want to know." "I dont have to answer to your questions. Now stop this or I will make you shut up." he treathened, his grip geting hurtful tight around Lokis jaw. Tears assembled in Lokis eyes because of the pain but he didnt dare to talk.
He let go of his jaw and untied his hands. He then brought him into the kitchen. Loki followed in silence.
As they entered, Anthony told him "You will do as they tell you, boy. If not, they will get to decide your punishment." "yes.." Loki whispered, lowering his gaze. The captain left again.
"Whats your name?" "Loki.." "Do you know how to cook?" "no.." "how to clean at least?" " ... also no.." The two men sighed, while loki felt more and more as if he were stupid.
Was that the plan? Humiliate him into obedience? Make him a slave?
Step for step Bruce Banner and Clint barton showed and teached him what to do and how. It actually worked pretty well. The prince learned fast, so those guys were very pleased with him.
Loki sympatised especially with Bruce Banner, so they started talking.
"You know, before I got here, I was a scientist." "May I ask what happened?" "People declared me as for crazy and wanted me in prison. Only hours before I should have gotten brought to the prison, the captain came with a small crew to rob the village. They took me with them and teached me everything about piracy." "So.. they kind of safed you from your fate?" "Actually yeah. Here, set the table." he gave him some plates and Loki did as he got told. "That means, you got very much luck.." Loki answered toughtful.
He also got to set down the food on the table. Then he cleaned the rest of the kitchen without being told to. He sighed as he heard everyone coming to the table to eat. Only he himself didnt.
"So? How did he behave?" the captain asked while eating. "He is a fast learner and a good talker. His vocabular is very expanded." "For that, that he never did anything like this in his whole life, he did very well, captain. He even cleans the kitchen right now, even if no one told him to." "Very well then. He should eat something when we finished. I mean, he didnt eat since yesterday morning." "How much?" "Let me think..A normal portion. That should be enough for now." "isnt that a little... you know... too little? You said it yourself. He didnt eat since Yesterday." "He shouldnt feel to good at first. He had high standards so its our job to break that down and build it up new. He is not a prince anymore. Is that clear?" "yes Captain.." "good. now eat."
